Please replace ur cook, I didn't get his name, but the tall, rude, 400 sumthn lb, hostile young man who gets angry if customers request their buns toasted. It was such a simple request, by the way, I didn't expect to get cussed out by the cook, who sarcastically & angrily prepared me another burger which was brought to me when we finished eating our fries & my hubby his burger. We can only imagine wut he did or put in that burger, besides all his anger over being a burger boy. He even kept walking around the kitchen, lookin out at us, like we're about to box in a ring or sumthn...SILLY BURGER BOY...paying customers deserve their food as requested, without all the attitude & intimidation act. SERIOUSLY...the animosity & awkwardness in the room....BULLIES DONT DESERVE TO COOK FOR THE PUBLIC...GO BE A NIGHTCLUB BOUNCER OR SUMTHN ELSE!!

HORRIBLE! Ordered 50 worth of breakfast for my family….the ultimate burrito is the size of a gas station tornado. And we ordered 2 country breakfast trays…when we asked for the gravy that comes with it…they said we will have to charge you more. The never gave the hash brown with the “ultimate burrito” and said they had to charge me more for the salsa. The coffee taste like it was from the day before. Very disappointed!!

It's is EXTREMELY rare you will see such a negative review coming from me. I almost rather not even give one.However, I stopped here on my way traveling through on Fri, the 1st (Sept).After receiving my order, I was missing a very small part I had ordered.When I inquired at the counter, the "manager?," named Kelli comes back in place of the the original person and tells me that I am either "dillusional and in need of help" or "lying to get free food." Now, like I said, this was literally a small French Fry.If I were lying, I would go big or go home.I was so dumbfounded that this lady chose to come outta nowhere and speak to me this way that I left my food right there and walked out. I should also note that I was not even mad. I am almost 45 and she me in tears.Do not go here if you like to smile.

12/8/22 12pmWhoever was on the grill working did an outstanding job making my burger and onion rings. That's how food should look when it comes out. It looked close to the advertisement pictures. The food was fresh and delicious. I had to wait a little longer than expected but now I see why. I should have taken a picture of the food but it's gone. 👍🏻👍🏻

WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.Highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.My friend has a medical condition that causes her to randomly pass out, which happened right in front of the cash register after we ordered on 7/2. She passed out (luckily I caught her and protected her head) front and center of this place and not one person asked if we needed help, an ambulance... anything. Eyes rolled back in her head and seizing and the staff just silently watched as I held her and tried to revive her. Eventually, she came back to and I got her settled and went outside to start the car and get her into air conditioning since no one here was going to do anything to help- not one person asked if everything was okay, just brought her food out and then refused to give her mine because we ordered seperately. Truly disgusted by the complete lack of compassion by this staff and will never be returning here. Absolutely shameful.

I ordered a chili cheese dog, which was nearly $6 for just the entree, which is an insane price. The brownie that was in my ice cream was hard as a rock and had clearly been sitting out all day. My parter ordered the spicy chicken strip sandwich, which was the last thing she ate today, and about 6-7 hours later she is sick as hell. I tasted it earlier and the sauce was completely rancid. I’m surprised no one has sued you yet with the food you serve. I am an OTR trucker and people that stop here are expecting to eat food that won’t make them sick. Spent about $35 for a a sandwich, a hot dog, and 2 blizzards. Overpriced food that’s no good. Hope you make some changes to the direction of your business. Good luck.

Above comments are true. Not very nice people working there. BONUS: Don't stop if you are westbound. You will have to back track in slow traffic to exit 243 due to poor construction decisions closing of on and off ramps.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wish I read the reviews before stopping, but it was the only near by food. Service... there was none. No ice in the drink machine. Had to ask if they had any in the back, but they turned and walked to the back. No acknowledgement of any kind but at least they did bring me a cup of ice... again with no words.Burger was plain, but they couldn't even make that fresh it was straight microwaved whole: the cheese somehow burnt and the bread VERY soggy. Fries had a very strange taste I could not explain and were cold. Obviously did not eat a single bite. Probably will still end up with food poisoning, but we will see.On the positive side the shop had some cool things to look at and i got an $11 cup of ice for my energy drink.

If your stopping for a quick ice cream because the billboards make you crave one it’s so slow that we waited at least 20 min after waiting 10 min in line to order 2 ice creams. Employees can’t focus. This happens every time here. We should know better by now :(

Good place to stop for a quick bite especially since it's the only hot food for miles. We had friendly service and there is a nice souvenir shop located in this building as well. I would definitely go back again.Parking: Big spacious parking lot.

Jessica and her staff are awesome! Moving a large crowd thru with grace and efficiency. Only issue is they are under staffed, as are most places, and the dining room was a bit trashed….but it’s Sunday after lunch. I wasn’t surprised. All in all a great stop along our way.

French fries were cold. When asked to replace them they were thrown back into the grease and reserved. Yuck 🤮Waited a long time for food that was icky and served with no sauce. Paid $21.00 for lunch. Got to eat about $10..00 worth of food. 🙄😵‍💫😤🤮
