I left a good review when I bought the boat, but once I pulled out of there, the service ended. My 2024 Bass Tracker is missing parts, and Bob spends his energy trying to convince me I don't need them instead of ordering them for me. Parts are only available through dealers, so I went to Rocky Mountain Marine and they were awesome. I suggest you do the same.

One and only shop where you can find everything for fishing at Elephant Butte. They have live minnows fish and those are best for fishing at Elephant Butte. Also, you can find everything needed for fishing. There are some traditional products too. I'll explore more when I will get there next time. Also there's a gas station out there. Happy fishing at Elephant Butte.

The staff at butte general is second to none. They have gone above and beyond at all times when I have needed any sort of assistance. From purchasing ethanol free gas for your boat, to upgrading to the newest bass boat, pontoon, or any other style of boat that you are looking for this is where you need to go

This general store has a little bit of everything for your needs at the lake. Fuel, sunscreen, hats, shirts, bait, life vests and parts for boats. They even have some pastries and fresh made burritos. Along with all those essentials for the lake, they have AMAZING customer service! Bob was very helpful with an issue our boat was having. Thank you for taking care of us!

Wonderful people. Always give me more minnows than I ask for , for free. I am happy with all employees there except once I meet someone who doesn't seem too friendly. I just saw her once in last couple of years. So I guess she doesn't work there any more.Must visit this place if you need baits and any other fishing or boating supply.

So when we arrived and were purchasing minnows to use for fishing, the older blonde tan woman was extremely rude to us. She kept acting very annoying and was accusing us of torturing the minnows. It’s very silly she was worried about the minnows dying since they are bait, and the store is a bait shop for fishing. We’ve been coming to the butte for many years and will no longer be shopping at this establishment.

I bought a boat from Bob and the motor basically blew up on the maiden voyage. It was practically a new boat, less than an hour on the motor, but there was no warranty and I knew that when I bought the boat. Bob, however, was able to contact Mercruiser and get me a brand new replacement motor for no charge at all. I was very pleased with the way he handled the situation. I would not hesitate to purchase another boat from him. He's a true professional. Thanks Bob!

Avoid service department at all costs. These guys use whatever parts they have lying around instead of ordering correct parts. They could have caused catastrophic failure to my outboards. AVOID THIS PLACE.
