It was our first time leaving our girls “2 Great Danes!” 1 just a puppy and the other 5yrs.I wanted to give them 5* But our girls stayed there twice for daycare and the second day the older one didn’t want to stay🙁they had to drag her away while I escaped out the door, I felt uneasy It was like leaving my autistic child at the group home😢though my dogs are fine and perhaps the staff earned the 5 stars, the guy whom I released her to just simply said, “Back again Huh”🤔 And, “Here you Go!” When we picked them up. I just hope they earned the 4, but how would you know for sure🤷‍♂️

We found 10,000 Wags with a Google search and hit the jackpot. We’ve had our pup, Fritz, in day cares in the past but none compared to 10,000 Wags. As soon as I submitted the application for a reservation on line I got a call from the manager. She kindly let me know some of Fritz’s vaccinations were expired which I immediately took care of at the vets. I uploaded the new vaccination certificates and we headed to Taos for our trip. When we arrived it was very busy because of spring break but we were still greeted warmly and they took Fritz back to meet friends and play for the day. Every person that works there loves dogs and really takes their responsibility to care for the dogs seriously. We picked up Fritz at the end of the first day and he was a happy tired pup. A great experience for all of us. Day 2 at 10000 Wags was as great as the first day. If you want your dog to have a safe, caring fun place to spend the day I highly recommend 10,000 Wags!

What a wonderful place! My border collie loves it. They have large comfortable indoor/outdoor runs that open to the play area. I wish all doggy daycare/boarding places were as wonderful as 10'000 Wags. Absolutely the best ever!

10,000 wags is amazing!!! Thank you SO MUCH for spoiling my boy Moo Moo! I was in town from Colorado and needed somewhere for Moo Moo to have fun during the day while I was helping my Grandma move! HE HAD SO MUCH FUN! One day there was even another bulldog for him to play with!! Yay!! The staff is so friendly and I loved getting an update of which dogs were his favorite BFF each day! We come to Taos frequently and will 100% be back! Take care until then and Moo sends puppy kisses! 😘

My two dogs have stayed here a few times. We live 3 hours from Taos and visit as often as we can. We decided on a last minute trip to Taos for my birthday, and these guys were able to accommodate my two boys for one night. Since it was Christmas weekend, they didn't have any additional nights available, which I totally understood. I really appreciated them being flexible and accommodating. Any time we're in the area with our dogs, they will be staying here. The staff are really nice and caring.

I have two dogs and a cat that I boarded at 10,000 wags while I was on a long trip. I would consider myself a particular pet owner and my animals have a lot of specific quirks. 10,000 wags was very accommodating and patient with my pets :)

10/10 would recommend 10,000 Wags! I dropped my girl off here and she stayed for 3 days. They were quick to call and communicate how my pup was handling things and how she was adjusting. I was extremely nervous leaving her there because I’ve never left her with anyone other than family in the past. Picked her up and it was obvious she had a great time, and we will be back for some play dates with the other dogs in the coming days. Thank you so much to all the staff at 10,000 Wags!!!

10,000 wag has been a godsend for my furry family. When we are in town and need daycare or grooming for our deaf white boxer. They are the best and we never need to worry.

We dropped off our dog for daycare while we went skiing for the day. Our dog looked like he had fun and the staff was very friendly and kind. He was so tired when we got home. We look forward to doing the same thing tomorrow!

10,000 Wags is a wonderful place to board your dog/cat. I really think they care about animals, enjoy their jobs, and the place is VERY clean. I have used them many times for my cat and am always happy. They rotate the cats so that they can have some free roam play time out of their cages in a safe enclosed area with a large window. Toys , climbing jungle gym post , etc.. my friend leaves her dog and is also happy with them 😊

Not recommended for Daycare. While this place may be great for boarding your pet, we did not have a positive experience with leaving our dog for the day to play with other dogs. He spent the majority of his time in the kennel by himself vs. playing with other dogs. When we called to check on him they said he was anxious. He was stressed when we came to pick him up and still had a ton of energy, which he would not have if he had been playing with other dogs. He would have been better off staying home by himself for the day.

The people who work at ten thousand wags are very friendly and seem to genuinely care for the dogs there. They were able to get my dogs booked at the last minute (due to a family emergency). My two small dogs have stayed there twice, for multiple nights, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a clean, caring, secure place to kennel their dogs.

This was our first time using a boarding service. We were nervous about leaving him because he is very attached to us, but he went right in and enjoyed socializing. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. Thanks for a nice experience, we will be back!

We dropped off our dogs in the morning for daycare, and picked them up in the later afternoon. The dogs were worn out and very happy when we picked them up. 10 out of 10, will do it again.

My pups Wallace and Ernie were so well taken care of and appeared to have a wonderful time with 10,000 Wags! The staff is very friendly, and the facility was clean and well equipped. I will absolutely be leaving my pups with them again in the future!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars <3My pups have stayed in a handful of different kennels in all of our travels and this time when I picked them up from a 2-night stay, my cattle dog was more interested in saying hello to his favorite staff member than he was in seeing me. While shocked and devastated at first, I quickly realized that it was a sign of just how great and caring the staff is. I wish I lived closer because my dogs would only stay here when needed.

We live in Amarillo and needed a safe place to board our dog while we were in Red River for 3 nights. This was our first experience with 10,000 Wags and it could not have been better! Dexter stayed in the small dog area. He was so happy to be with other dogs he didn’t know we left him. The facility has the best set up we have seen. Loved that the small dogs can play together and are free to go back and forth between the outdoor/indoor area. When I called the next day to check, they were able to give me a detailed report. We will definitely be back!He slept all the way home, content and worn out after 3 days!

The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable of dog behavior. My dogs were a bit nervous at first, being new to the area & this daycare, but they did well & I felt confident that they’d be well cared for. Nathan walked me through the sign up process & the whole experience was professional & friendly. I highly recommend 10,000 Wags & look forward to bringing my dogs again soon.

The service here is to notch! Every staff member is just fabulous. I have utilized dozens of kennels & daycare facilities since I travel with my dogs and this place is the very best. Just wonderful.My pet gets excited to be here. When I pull in she's is ecstatic. And the staff are so wonderful with her despite her limitless energy & poor manners - I am just so grateful to have this place to take her to.I've been very impressed with their attention to her special details - so if you have a pet with special needs you should have no concerns with taking them here. They literally treat her like family - I love how they truly know each dog's name & special conditions.Highly recommended!

My dogs are always very happy to arrive at 10,000 Wags, and I always leave them there with peace of mind knowing they will be well cared for. I love that the staff always know my dogs when I drop off or pick up, it adds to the feeling that they have taken the time to get to know them and care about them.

Great experience with 10,000 wags. Booking over the phone/website was super easy and convenient. I felt my dog was well taken care of at doggy day care while we skied the mountain! Pup came home tired and was excited to go back the next day. Thank you, we will be back!!

Our dog loves going to play days!! He can't wait to get in the door and is asleep before we leave the parking lot when we pick him up. The staff is wonderful and friendly every time. When we have boarded him, we are confident that our dog will have a wonderful vacation and is in great hands!

Boarded our standard poodle and chihuahua for the first time ever anywhere at 10,000 Wags in Taos last week for six nights. I had multiple phone conversations with the staff before and during our dogs’ stay. Each staff member to whom I spoke was eagerly helpful and sincerely concerned about not only my comfort level but also that of our two pets. While both Bernie and Sancho were ready to go home when I picked them up, I am satisfied that they received professionally compassionate care during their stay. I highly recommend 10,000 Wags to anyone needing a safe and caring place to board their dogs.

My dog had never been to daycare before and had a questionable reactivity to dogs. They did such a good job of making sure he was comfortable and happy the entire time. It was such a nice experience and I'd bring him back any time!
