I am very impressed with the customer service!I had a negative experience this past week and when an automatic survey was sent. I gave my rating based on the experience the survey was asking about.A team lead called me today to1- let my know my online order was filled and ready.2- reminded me they close early today so my ducks get their feed.3- explained to me that the team is there for the customer and to ask for help.I was very pleasantly surprised! This place has a lot of products that you would never think would exist in this store like notepads and journals and books of all sorts. It was an interesting experience shopping here. The gun safes are nice and good quality!

They knowingly sold moldy Producers Pride whole corn to me on September 5th 2022 and are forcing the burden of proof on me requiring a 40 mile round trip to show them the corn.

Went and got propane at TS. The lady that filled my bottles was very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 3 minutes before she came and filled my bottles. Paid for propane outside and was on my way. Thank you very much.

A couple of this stores employees were very disorderly, rude, and arrogant. Banging on the restroom doors trying to dictate whether customers and roadie drivers delivering for them can use the restroom. No apology from these disorderly employees either. Don't support this store or these degenerates, go to another store location or different company. Very unprofessional. Ive turned away business from them and will continue to as a result.

Never surprising., A couple years ago we ordered product and when notified of delivery the educated manager swore it wasn't there. Blamed the truck. Made a bunch of excuses. He even went as far as saying it went to another location. After an hour of me explaining that it was just delivered that afternoon and might not be in the system because of shorthanded employees, then maybe it just wasn't scanned in. A guy Mike found it. Then this happened again and another big waist of time until I found Mike again. And what do you know..my order was there. Fast forward to 4 days ago. We bought some busted hood rat back alley chickens that tractor sells. My first chickens were from tractor and still alive. One died before morning. The second died 3 times. The the first 2 times it died I literally did breath to beak and chest compressions. He died after 3 days. Tractor gave us 2 more and didn't want us bringing them in because they might have disease they said. All u hear is these chickens dying. My advise is buy from a normal rancher. Stay out of the tractor hood

One of my favorite stores, but lately the lines and lack of service have been painfully obvious. Any time I've talked to an employee it turns into complaints about the manager. With that and the poor performance at the store, maybe that manager needs to go. After my birthday, I stopped for dog food. After waiting 10th in line, and never seeing any employees other than the cashier, I paid and left. The dog food has gone WAY up. So, $87, for a bag of food and dog treats. I went back a few days later and the lady told me I needed to use my birthday reward but I had to spend over $50. I wasn't going to go spend $20 more to save $10, and I had been there 3 days earlier, spending that $87. It would have been nice to use it then. I like the store, but if this keeps up, I'll just go somewhere else.

I would like to start off by saying the employees at this TS are wonderful and among the most helpful workers I’ve ever approached. I came here for a delivery, I was here 1 day early and made that none to the gentlemen who unloaded me. There was no obligation whatsoever that you had to unload me a day early. I tried making small talk with him and he completely ignored me. One of the employees needed his help and he walked off saying he was busy. When he handed me my paperwork he stated loud and clear that their plans for this week had to change because this driver showed up 2 days early when in fact I was not 2 days early. I hope that I do not ever have to come deliver here again, he needs a better attitude towards people bringing product to their store!

First of all, I can’t say this for All of The Tractor Supply Stores, but here in Edgewood NM, I enjoy that there are several Parking Places for Veterans and even more Important, Many Handicapped Parking Spaces.Also this Store is Aesthetically Pleasing, and Most, if not All of The Staff, are Genuinely Cordial and Most Willing to help.Other than that, Our Store is Very Clean and Organized, and we’ll maintained.However, as important as this is to my Wife and I, and Our Family, The Most pleasing Aspect is that Many of The Staff, when told, “God Bless You”, will respond In Kind.Oh, and The Prices are Comparable to that of Walmart and other Stores, and Most of The Items in The Store are American Made.Thank y’all for all your Hard Work.

Went at 9:45 in the morning to get a propane tank filled. After requesting it through the app - an employee came out and said it was going to be awhile as they only had 2 people who could fill propane. 1 was on a conference call and the other was on lunch.. after only being there for an hour and 45 mins ? Also why only 2 employees can do it when I go into the store and there are 3-4 just standing around.Will not return to a tractor supply for propane refill as this is the 3rd tractor supply I have been too recently where filling propane is more of a hassle than it’s worth.

I've learned it's a bad place to buy your dog food at. 3 times now they've been out of stock So I now have to order it online. Why can't they just order it online? If they know that they sell out because of high demand, why not increase supply? Their online information is not reliable They'll say they have something and they don't have it or vice versa.

Pretty good place and generally have what you need. Staff is very nice but sometimes no one is around to help find something. Prices on oil and lube are good, bird seed and other feed prices are good but not the highest quality. You definitely get what you pay for. This is a solid bargain store.

I like tractor supply. Always someone to help. A tad pricy but worth it, IMO. Bought a trailer and the price tag was incorrectly marked yet they honored it. About 300.00 less. That's part of what keeps me going back. Don't see that form of action these days.....very refreshing.

The people at Tractor Supply are wonderful! They are willing to find things for me, load things for me, share advice on products and they are very knowledgeable about products, they do everything that they can to help me get what I need to do what I need to do. They have a real Community spirit and are just darned nice people! They are my 1st choice!

Employees are pleasant and it's nice to be able to buy locally but the Tractor Supply corporate mentality leaves a lot to be desired.Tractor Supply operates as if the customers exist for their convenience.RAX, Home Depot, and Lowes all deliver but not TSC. They are the only home improvement store around that sells big stuff but doesn't deliver and TSC is often MORE expensive than the stores that do deliver. Even when a big or heavy product needs to go only a mile or two down the road you are out of luck if you don't have a big enough trailer so many of us shop elsewhere and at least get the illusion our business is appreciated... and we can get things delivered.The TSC buyers don't understand the markets where they have their stores or they just plain don't care about their customers. When it's single digit temps in the area they are out of wood heater pellets . This happens EVERY year but they have peat moss and gardening soil when it's 10 degrees.They're really good at thanking you for the feedback and telling you to call customer service which is a waste of time.Customers deserve better... vote with your wallets and shop elsewhere.

The three star rating is because so many times, my friends or myself show up for a certain type of feed that they stock, and they're out!! C'mon guys, take your job Seriously and pay attention!! This store is great. The staff is always friendly. Very helpful, I wasn't able to pick up a large bag and they had an associate get it for me and load it in my car. The prices are low and its never too packed.

Great do it yourself dog wash with tub, grooming table, towels, dryer and grooming products if you dont have your own. We will come regularly. Such a fantastic addition and service for our community.
