I ordered two cakes For pick up yesterday, only one of them was ready. Because the wrong time got put for pickup on the second cake. However the staff was amazing there was only two of them And the cake decorator stop what he was doing. To get my cake ready for me because I had to go to Albuquerque and couldn't come back at that time. That cake came out so amazing and was very delicious. And everybody loved it. Especially my birthday girl so I want to Say thank you For the two exceptional workers.

An older woman in the grocery pick up department is the reason we stopped shopping at Smiths altogether. Unbelievably rude. Thank goodness there’s a Walmart right down the road.2 stars because someone did reach out from Smith’s… 20 days after the incident.

If I could give zero stars I would from how upset I am. The bakery here is garbage. That is anger speaking! I placed a birthday cake order a week ago, called to confirm my order yesterday and was reassured my order would be ready at the time expected only to get here and all anyone could do is apologize it wasn't ready let alone started. The staff did make my cake for us we arrived to the party late, guest were understanding all in all my son had an amazing time. I do appreciate the staff for working quickly to get us on our way.

You're allowed one question with Grace over the phone before she talks at you and hangs up. No apologies, just a crass attitude. Great place if you can avoid needing help. Go to a decent Smith's in Abq or suffer at Walmart instead.

Ordered a cake for a special milestone birthday for.mu wife 3 days in advance. When the day came to pick up the cake it was nothing like I ordered and was just a left over Easter cake with her name i it. The guy behind the counter said that all he could do not helpful at all. Never trust thier bakery the are frauds.

This is a good supermarket slash drug store slash alcoholic beverage depot. I come here usually over the Walmart because they have a much better selection of booze. As well as a McDonald’s right outside. It slash a little quicker to check out.

I just want to give a shout out to all of the amazing people at Smith's in Edgewood. From the pharmacy to our buddy Ray at the self-checkout all the cashiers but especially for the people in the bakery in the ladies in the deli they do such a good job keeping those delicious chicken strips, and they're so nice and it's so busy back there so thank you guys thank you for doing such a good job!

The store is always clean. They sometimes don't have sale items in stock. Prices are generally higher than Walmart or Albertsons.

Better of going to Walmart. Service here is so rude. No one wants to do their jobs here. Place is so dirty. We’ve seen rats running around here too. Over pricing everything. I’d drive the extra 2 mins to Walmart.

Store is always under stocked,pet section was pretty much empty for 6mo,management doesn't seem to care much, frozen vegetables were pretty much empty, as usual, I said something to one of the floor managers, they just shrugged her shoulders and smirked as I walked away 🤦‍♂️😖trouble is with this, they know that there's really no where else to go, and they don't careI guess I'll have to shop at Walmart 😖😖Well its been a month 😖😖🤦‍♂️👎nothing has changed 😖👎store is still under stocked, same rude people although they do have a couple of friendly employeesAnd they're up to their old tricks 😖😖putting up sale items on their kiosks only to find out when you get home to find out they charged full price 💸💸💸💸🤬🤬Like I said above they don't care, cuz there's no where else to shop

Watched Martha (a manager) refuses to help an ex employee with a letter of loss of employment for her foodstamps. I thought this was your FRIENDLY neighborhood Smith's. I think I will start taking my business elsewhere. Thank you Martha, for helping with that decision.

Funny how they have commercials boasting about their Fresh Vegetables... Well went to get some Asparagus. Not fresh by any means. Very nasty, sitting in spoiled water. All the Asparagus looks dried up. Of course none was bought today.

Went in to buy a lottery ticket....no one at the customer service counter and watched at least 3 employees carefully look the other way while bustling behind the counter. Someone finally showed up, told me it would be a minute because they were in the middle of a shift change. I watched several employees in the self checkout area talking amongst themselves while the clerk counted out her cash drawer. Finally got my ticket but you need to make your shift changes more efficient. I don't expect instant service but when you're the only person there it's frustrating.

First of all, your self check outs are super sensitive and it does not like it when you bring your own bags. The voice is irritating and needs to be turned off Second of all, you are over priced even with sales. Check out took way too long because of the equipment . There is no one that I know of that charges 50 dollars for a large bottle of spiced captain morgan and only to deceive people by charging almost 30 dollars because of yourcard. Walmart is 13 dollars cheaper without the stupid card. I won't be returning to this store anytime soon. I spent twice as much then I would have at Walmart

Great service and selection except for the female cashiers telling another cashier to open a lane and then proceed to stand behind a counter and chit chat without helping the open cashier. I work in retail myself and this is something we don't do, stand around and not offer help. If my associate needs help bagging I would go and help them and not just stand around chit chatting.

My shopping experience today was terrible. The store is moving items around. A shopping trip that should've taken an hour ended up taking 2 hours as I walked from one end of the store to the other trying to find the items I needed. I had to ask store employees three or four different times where to find things. Unfortunately, they had no idea either. The Smith's store app was totally useless for locating products and in one case took me to the complete opposite end of the store from where I eventually found the item. When I was ready to check out, only two cashiered checkout lanes were open and those had lines of customers with full baskets. The self-check station locked up at least 5 times while I was trying to ring up my items. To say I left the store frustrated is a vast understatement.None of this is the fault of the employees, who were trying their best. But the corporate management is making the shopping experience unnecessarily time consuming and frustrating for their customers. Note to management: changing the layout of the store is NOT HELPFUL. Doing it during the holidays, when we're shopping for holiday meals and have less time than ever, is flat out stupid.

Every time I go in here it's a different wierd experience. Sometimes it's a wierd pass by at the self checkout from an employee or a glare while shopping from a stocking employee. Do I look suspect or what? I pay for my stuff and leave. I don't like to lolligag. Get in and get out. Doesn't mean I'm helping myself on the way out. 😮😂.

This has always been one of my favorite places to shop. They do not have a lot of gluten free food options, so you would have to go to the neighboring town of Cedar Crest for that or shop at Walmart. They do have a great selection of gifts, health and beauty, some automotive and mail and pet supplies.

I liked shopping at Smith's and really liked the bakery items until my husband almost ate a screw that was in a cinnamon roll!
