I shop here a few times a month. Most of the ppl who work here are friendly and respectful.I really wish the site would go back to 24hrs. The night shift would be able to stock the store and have it ready for day shoppers instead of taking up room in the aisles during the busy time of the day. The busy time of the day in Walmart is "always".

Just a word of advice, I bought a rotisserie chicken here at this Walmart when I first got it it tasted funny I thought it was because it was hot I got it home and tried it again and it still tasted funny, be extremely careful when you buy rotisserie chickens from this Walmart it will make you sick I know it is 11:09 and I was just out heaving my guts out, I did call hospital ER they said there's no test that they can do for food poisoning I don't believe that exactly but will double check with a doctor tomorrow be extremely careful when buying rotisserie chickens from this Walmart, I would go so far as to say be careful when you buy any type of hot or pre-made food from this Walmart deli, and the sad thing is I even gave some of this chicken to my puppy, please people be extremely careful

Since when does everyone in the party have to show an ID when purchasing alcohol? For Pete’s sake my husband is 66 and I’m 58. We are looking good for our age but not under 40. Oh well 🤷‍♀️

Want to Thank Luis at Deming Walmart in the auto service center for showing above and beyond customer and showing why humanity is still beautiful with his actions. He was knowledgeable , extremely patient, compassionate, and kind with my daughter and I whom are traveling from Webster, TX to Modesto California to pick up my grandbabies. On January 19, 2024 I stopped at the Walmart in Deming New Mexico to get an oil change. They overfilled the reservoir by 2 quarts or did not get all the oil out of the reservoir. I just spoke to the manager whenever I got a hold of her and, she pretty much called me a liar. I would not go here ever ever ever again.

Walmart has an unusual policy of checking everyone's ID in your party for alcohol sales. My wife and I experienced this yesterday, We were refused alcohol sale because my wife didn't have her ID, i showed my ID, our ages 66 (me) and my wife 58. No common sense was present at the floor manager level. We went to a local grocery store and purchased items without incident. Lost customer, won't be going back to this Walmart

Last Friday around ten in the morning I was in the makeup department and I was talking to my husband asking him if he needed anything and the customer service representative was very rude and made me feel like I was shop lifting. Oh and can you get a bigger selection of makeup for light skinned women please.

The employees never know what the store sells or not. Zero knowledge of store product or location of product!!! It takes them for ever to find it on their ap and even than they send you to the wrong place. Worse the item you're looking for could be right under their nose and they're clueless . And if they do know and you ask where it is they wont show you exactly where it is, they just point where to go, can you say lazy and zero customer service. And a lot of them don't speak one word of English. Cashiers are so unfriendly and slow. Majority of the so called greeters at the door as you come in the store are so miserable and they're there supposedly to greed you, that's a joke!!! Produce is never fresh and out ofvso many items and very expensive. Limp parsley n Cilantro and lemons are old and never consistent with their product.,,

Floors were dirty. Lots of shelves were empty. Tomatoes were soft, corn and shriveled and dried. Everyone moves very slowly, shoppers and workers.

Saw an armed security guard walking around inside the store. Scary and disturbing. I don't like that; felt unsafe.

The worker's kept telling me where the water was but wouldn't show me finally got someone to show me where the baby distilled water was but it was empty and they got it restocked.

The auto care center needs better air conditioning. They definitely need to hire at least three more people. Other than that the employees were friendly, courteous and patient. The service was quick and efficient.

Typical Walmart, although the parking lot is smaller than some. We were just passing through Deming in our motorhome and needed to stock up and were able to find everything we were looking for.

This pharmacy is the best in the region! I was trying to get a prescription filled in Cruces and it was going on more than a week. Not only did Deming have the drug, they went above and beyond to get it transferred! Thanks Raj, Carlos, Linda, Chris, Yvette, Alonzo and Gabby for excellent customer service!

It's an ok walmart the layout flow of the store isn't the greatest, the selection is on par for the size of the surrounding area, the staff is very rude though. If we had a closer walmart we would go there but this is the closest option

The overall experience in the store is great, but EVERY time I go to the jewelry department, they spend 30 minutes calling someone to come assist, and no one ever shows up. Very disappointed. Otherwise, the experience is great. But they need to fire whoever is over the jewelry department because they never do their job. At all.
