I’m from California on vacation, went in just to check out the store was told I could not bring my purse in, told me I needed to leave my backpack in the car! A customer at the checkout had a similar size backpack purse on and was allowed to shop!

The store is clean and has friendly workers. The road entrance to the store is rough and the potholes need to be filled, making the entrance only one car accessible causing backup for other vehicles exiting.

This place was terrible to drive into parking lot is hazardous some might get hurt or vehicles damaged the entrance is a hazard dangerous entrance needs to be fixed at once please people speak up about this your voice can make a difference or if u don't care about your vehicle u will b stuck in the mud or pot holes that enter this store or hit or b hit by vehicles wrong entry to this store...photos will come soon if the hazard there..

Parking lot needs repaired as you have to drive through ruts to get to the actual lot. Inside of store was much better than outside. Cashier complained that people were buying treats for a hungry dog that appeared to be a sick stray.

Love this store. Nice to have nearby. But the DRIVEWAY INTO THE PARKING LOT is DANGEROUS! Been like this for over a year. Fix it.The store manager says the property belongs to the land grant and they won't fix?

Amazing! The store was clean with well stocked shelves. We came for a water hose, but the shopping experience was so nice we purchased much more. The store is close the Casino RV park where we were parked to charge a 36 foot motor home. We purchased more than what we could carry back walking and the manager was gracious enough to let us use the shopping cart to lug our load back to the RV park with a promise to return the cart Yes, we did return our cart.

This Family Dollar has the most friendly, courteous, and helpful employees we've encountered. From their gracious greeting as you come in the door all the way to their goodbye at the register. The shelves are well stocked and they have really great deals. We usually stopped at the casino across the road, but since its closed due to the virus, we spend some break time at this store. We will definitely visit the store again.

You guys must have your own hours set for yourself when you decide to open the doors. Here it is 8:26 in the morning and your doors are still locked and several people have already drove away due to you not being open. I think somebody needs to turn you into better business bureau

I did not like that the manger kept staring at me like I was stealing due to my 4 year old niece being a little excited but come on she is 4. She was get arts and crafts stuff and she got really excited and was jumping and running just in the aisle we were in..

This was a very confusing store front but they carry everything that both stores would carry so its a one stopshop for all your last minute items. Staff was great too!

The store has always had great staff & clean products. I was charged twice on my card for 2 different prices. The store manager didnt seem to care or acknowledge my concern. She only stated " call your bank, not sure why that happened" 🤔

Had a bad experience today & probably wont ever go back to shop there. She THOUGHT we were under 18 years old, gave a snarking attitude to my mother in law over her own assumption on purchasing cigarettes whom was buying ahead of us SEPARATELY only to get my stuff thrown in a bag by her after we offered to give her our IDs & a very bad attitude from her. Long hair, thin female with glasses. Asked for a name & she never gave it nor was she wearing a name tag.

Went in to get a few things, sign on door said "change shortage" I am like ok Bill came up to 32. Something I am like ok I will donate the change as in coins. Was getting 40 out of wallet and she is like I told you we have a change shortage. I am like ok just donate the change and give me the bills. She rudly said no I can't give you nothing back. Never again will I stop here. People here use to be halfway friendly towards truckers.

The so called manager, an overweight young woman with black hair, was rude, lazy, arguementive and unprofessional..she got mad when she had to open a register and wait on customers, and difficult when I asked for assistance locating some items. This is definately not the standards Family Dollar promotes, they need to replace this person with someone who wants to work and is courteous and polite to customers. I have contacted Corporate and filed an official complaint to address this person's negative attitude and poor customer service. Family Dollar can do better than this immature and offensive personnel. Looking at other reviews it appears this is an ongoing problem with the manager.

You need to the name dollar tree to 1.25, false advertising, stores was confusing, it was like hoarders place, couldn't find anything, even the employee couldn't remember where thing were, so we left

The cashier was one of the worst employee I ever meet she should find another job if it is that bad for her to work there she was really rude refusing peoples service. I will never go there again and she was real disrespectful in front of our kids family dollar needs to do better at how there employees treat people

It's a smaller store but it has basic everyday needs. Didn't find everything I was looking for but found everything I needed. It's located next to a casino, travel center/Mcds right off the highway.
