I'm usually don't shop here. I stopped on my way to Albuquerque and was hoping for more variety of meat. Usually they will have a small amount of mutton. But nothing. Meat packs were small for the high price that was labeled. I thought I would just get pork steaks for grilling that night or even steaks. But they weren't appealing to the eye. Maybe next time I stop there I'll find what I want. It's a Friday and maybe they don't pack up on meat on weekends. I was disappointed.

Staff was friendly and I was able to get everything I needed! Including fresh popped popcorn and fresh Indian oven bread! This store is wonderful and had fresh produce and meats as well as hardware like shovels and stuff.

July 18, 2022 was our 1st visit at Mickey's, my son and I were advised to speak to the owner about a different need. We were very pleased to have been welcome in immediately at our entrance by the young cashier and directed to Alexandria who was very kind to answer our questions. We needed a bag of ice as well and right after paying for it the gentleman stocking the bags in the cooler already had it ready to hand it to us. Aside from that the store was also very well organized stocked and clean. We are in hopes that we will build great relationships with the store owner and staff as we will be visiting for business fairly often, God willing. We also want to thank all the people from the village of Cuba as everyone is very kind and friendly!

I've only stopped here for groceries ever since I was young. And I've no complaints with the employees nor their service of fresh produce and canned goods.I've been giving 5 ⭐ (until I realized I've been asked to give my rating of places I've been. Ponderin' if I would give myself 5 ⭐'s of where I hangout most times, my bedroom. I know my bedroom ain't exactly showroom spectacular.).As a guests to places I venture. I surmise that a four (4) ⭐ is my best rating because all sports athletes will mention that "there is always room for improvement," in their performance or as a team.

It's a small town grocery store that at many times takes full advantage of the fact they have virtually no competition by hiking their prices. Yes, it's out there but it's along a major state highway so hiking prices is only somewhat understandable. It's a matter of time before a cleaner more affordable option comes along. A smart business person would be planning for that now instead of playing catch up when it happens. In the meantime, I'll continue to only use this store when I need an item or 2. Anything else you're better off shopping in a larger town before you get here.

I see a few complaints from people that clearly do not understand how transportation works. They stock for their regulars that are not dumb enough to spend more on gas just to refuse supporting someone that has to specialty order their products for them. If that is not you then by all means enjoy your ride.

Family owned local grocery store with a wide variety of items considering its size. Prices slightly high for major brand items but they have many store brands at low prices. Check them out first for what you need and support the local community! :-)

Great, friendly, family owned grocery store! They have a lot of groceries here that replenish your pantry and give you room to explore different items without spending the extra gas money to discover these new items in neighbouring cities.

Small local market. Pretty much the only game in town for groceries. They have most of what you need, not a super big selection or lots of sizes, because it is a small market in a small town! But it beats driving 60 miles to a large supermarket.

I enjoy shopping at Mickeys Save-Way Market because it is close to home, l have found that l can get everything there that l could get in Albuq and not have to drive 100 miles, and the prices are comparable with other stores, also l know everyone there and if l need anything all l have to do is ask. I am very happy shopping at Mickeys Save-Way store.

Was told at 6:50 at the door that the store closes at 7pm. When I pointed out that the time was 6:50 the female employee very rudely told me that they had already run the end of day and the registers were down. It is unacceptable and unprofessional not to adhere to the posted business hours. Unfortunately this is the only grocery in a small town so they don't have to care about how they treat their customers and they let you know that!
