The prices are outrageous here but if u need wht thy have badly, u might as well get it. Using a Bashas card doesn't really save u an arm & a leg unless it's expired donuts. Whn thrs a line most ppl don't knw tht u can also check out at the deli or bakery if u don't have any produce yr also buying. U can also get cash bak to but $40 was the limit...I think. Try it.

Personal experience is some of the deli workers were rude. Im not sure if the girls had a hard day by customer service I'd the industry they chose and they need to project a friendly mentality towards customers especially when the customer is as nice as can be. A few items are over priced and can easily be bought at another place.

Friendly customer service. Good deli food. Here's a good place to shop if you can't travel far for groceries. About the same price you would pay at Albertsons grocery store. So I don't mind shopping here for food and non food items. Plus, they sell items that support their local high school too.

Staff aren't pleasant, was asked for a Bashas' card, but wasn't offered an application, just a snotty attitude from the cashier. Didn't save any money that day, she didn't even try to use the store savings card. One other thing, why do the meat look blue, like their going bad. Why is everything so expensive??

This Bashas is convenient considering the location.. I would stop here again. They do have public bathroom's. It is a little expensive, but it is in a remote area. The people are nice. I like the deli. You can't miss it, it's visible from the road. Just be careful, there are panhandlers around, so try not to go alone late at night. The parking lot could use a touch up.

It is always crowded with groups blocking the way, even near the cash registers so it can be stressful shopping here. Most of the time there are only one or two cashiers avaliable so lines can be long. However, this is because this is the only grocery store within about a 30-40 mile radius. One thing I can positively say about this place is that their bakery is nice with good deals on tasty treats like donuts. FYI, Fridays are buy a dozen donuts and get 6 free. With all these goods and bads mentioned, this is a community grocery store that also serves as a place where you cannot leave without meeting someone you know because everybody knows everyone.

Having shopped Bashas in Tucson, Phoenix and Kingman...why is there such a huge difference between the locations on the Navajo Nation and those off the Nation...the Navajo Nation bashas locations need to be held to a higher standard by the Navajo Nation Shopping center, we pay higher prices so why not higher standards for the market we shop in?

The service that we got was terrible because we purchased items and most of the items were not in our grocery bags. We had our recipe and we were blames for not paying attention for our items purchased. We had our recipe to prove we purchased those items and was not giving those items.

Prices are a bit high on some items unless you are a member...it only takes a couple min too become a member and staff always has a smile. Usually their is only one register open and you have to wait in line

They have Western Union service too. The only Western Union service in Crownpoint.
