I've been coming to this store for decades, they are great, unfortunately, they really need to train their pharmacy staff, I switched over my whole family's prescriptions to another pharmacy because of poor customer service and I'm glad I did. Yesterday one of my kids was sick and we had to get antibiotics and ear drops. The ear drops were sent to our pharmacy but the antibiotics were sent here! Our insurance changed so I called to change it so she could pick it up while she was out as I'm sick too. I was on hold a long time, okay, then transferred, then I get "what is the vif number?" Ok, hello to you too... It wasn't right I guess bc she told me it wasn't correct and so I tried the other numbers, she kept cutting me off and was very short with me and extremely rude! I can see why they keep losing customers. The only thing I see going for them is that they are conveniently located in the center of town. She might've been having a bad day but that is no reason to take it out on your customers. I hope your having a better day Marissa!

The employee with the long black hair is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, she takes out her under achievements on customers like if we made her choose that line of work, also the red head employee is extremely rude, is not our fault you're working at a Walgreens at your age.

No stars would be more accurate. I've tried on four separate occasions now to refill a prescription and every time I get piss poor excuses as to why it's never ready to pick up. This last time they made me wait 20min only to tell me it was out of stock rather than just look it up when I checked in...

These large pharmaceutical company's should be fined to work for the people as much over charge as stuff cost absolutely outrageous , can get same product at local store for way less , no need for overcharge this much!!!!!!!

So I’ve been bedridden for a week since I had surgery, and therefore unable to go to the pharmacy in person. I’m on my second day of trying to get the pharmacy to take my call. I’ve been listening to the hold music for 30 minutes now, despite it having told me there was only one caller ahead of me. People answer, breathe into the phone, then place me back on hold. Either hire staff members who care, or hire MORE staff so someone can be on phones (whichever one applies). Poor management.

I had an emergency prescription transfer from Cannon AFB Pharmacy and was so worried after reading all the recent reviews. I am pleased to say that the pharmacy was run professionally, with Technicians that were knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to pick up my prescription a couple of hours after initiating the transfer. I am grateful to have this service available when needed.

They hardly ever have anything in stock. Some of the staff is very friendly some are not. I only go here if it’s an emergency. I asked if I could return or exchange the makeup I was about to purchase if it was the wrong shade.( I usually purchase at Walmart but it’s closed currently ) I was told I couldn’t but the Walgreens website says it’s returnable.

This pharmacy used to be good - however as of late, their pharmacy hours have been getting shorter and shorter to where it's almost impossible to get your prescriptions. What prescriptions you do put in for them also seem to cancel as soon as they are put in. I was told at one point this was a glitch in the app - although it only seems to happen with this store.To top this off of this there are two OTHER major issues with the pharmacy itself , their pharmacists are unwilling to actually talk to patients about medications. I'm not joking on this matter, consultations seem to be a thing in the past according to them. Remember the days when you could ask a Walgreen's Pharmacist about "Hey, I'm also taking this, will it cause an issue?" Now their answer is simply just saying "That's why we attach the paperwork," before walking off to go back to other things.The second issue is if you ever have to CALL the pharmacy for whatever reason. I called today for example, and when it finally went through to the pharmacy, they put me back on hold constantly for approximately a half hour straight after the automatic queue finished. They would just let it ring and throw it right back onto hold constantly or better, pick it up - you can hear them having a conversation - and it goes right back onto hold. The best part of this is, they HUNG UP ON ME in the end of it, so I was never able to resolve my issue, wasting my time. Mind you, this is when their pharmacy is only open for 3 and a half hours for the day.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Go through CVS, the Hospital, or hell...even Walmart is a better pharmacy.

My Doctor sent a prescription to Walgreens after I had surgery. Walgreens proceeded to not answer the phone and I waited on hold multiple times throughout the day while the system would time out and hang up the call. After speaking with my Doctor, they had sent my prescription multiple times, receiving a confirmation that they had gotten the prescription but then being told by Walgreens employees that they had not gotten it. My family stopped in to speak with the pharmacy since I could not get ahold of them, there was no one waiting in line and when they mentioned that I was unable to contact them, the employee just shrugged and asked what she could help them with. My doctor refused to work with that specific Walgreens anymore and I found another pharmacy that confirmed and had the script filled within 30 minutes. This situation caused me over a two day delay in receiving medication that I required post surgery. I will absolutely never use this Walgreens for anything Medical related again.

So i guess the only register that works is the one on the alcohol side? And when I ask for help the girl ignores me then gets mad cause I ask to NOT check out on the liquor side? Are you serious right now?Doyla was the only nice one, I feel so sorry for her. I hope the manager sees this, his name is Sean? I've never encountered so many rude females working under one roof. Ignoring customers, acting inconvenienced by customers, and more.Get new jobs if you don't like it here.

If you want to waste time, come here. Don't bother making an appointment, they never follow it. I have gone up to an hour afterwards my supposed appointment. I see a giant line for the pharmacy & a few workers manning the registers. The manager should every register open & helping get the line down. Everybody! All hands on the floor helping. Very inefficient workplace.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. I have never met such unfriendly, rude, uncaring staff. I only regret that I can not give them a score lower than a one. I live in rural NM nearly an hour and half away and called the pharmacy and was told that I had an electronic script but was informed it would need to be a written script. My physician, apparently knowing their total incompetence and ineptness, foresaw their ignorance so he wrote a back up written script. I took a day off work and brought my written script the next day. The very rude pharmacy tech and the pharmacist who didn’t even have the common courtesy to speak to me refused the written script and said they would have to make a simple call and use the electronic script. The store manager heard my exchange and totally ignored me and walked off. I sat for over 6 hours waiting for them to simply make a call and provide my medication without a single apology or sign of any contrition even though they knew I had a return drive of an hour and a half. All they would rudely say is - we are busy and there of sick people (referring to employees). Never ever will I recommend this pharmacy to anyone and it is growingly unlikely that I can trust any Walgreens. I understand we are living in a pandemic. I understand waiting in line. I understand verifying prescriptions. I don’t understand being given plainly false information and then acting like we are lying. I don’t understand the unprofessionalism of the Pharm techs or the pharmacist but maybe the state pharmacy board will when they receive my complaints or maybe Walgreen corporate will be able to explain to me (a doctor) their total disregard for professionalism, courtesy, customer service, client communication, and incompetency. This Walgreens is the epitome of the worst that any pharmacy could be.

Avoid this pharmacy, it’s horrible. Everyone told us not to go here, but we ignored them because of our past experience with Walgreens in SATX. We have now been to this location probably 5 times and have never had a good experience. Prescriptions take forever to be filled. They don’t tell you if your insurance doesn’t cover it until you get there. The drive through line takes forever. We made an appointment for the kids Covid vaccine and then when we got there, the pharmacy wasn’t even open at all. Terrible all around. Use a different pharmacy.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, do not come here to get your medications filled. It has been 2 weeks and they have not been able to get my blood pressure medications refilled. Every time I come in I get told the same thing, "we are getting another delivery here soon and it should be coming in then". I completely ran out of my medications waiting on them to fill it and had to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy so I would not miss any of my doses, luckily I had some extra meds, completely unacceptable. Worst part is the staff does not even care, nobody would even try to help figure out a solution, they just kept telling me they don't have it. If you value your health and well being do not use this pharmacy whatsoever!

Called store to schedule vaccine only to drive two hours for my appointment to be told by pharmacists that they didn’t have any vaccines left. They were so rude and dismissive to me- saying that I should have called that store - which I had! Not the slightest bit apologetic or helpful about how to find a place to get vaccine.

The lack of communication and patient care. They had no clue what my Dr prescribe, so we got a new script. Then it was out of stock. No one called to inform me on this, I had to call. So they decided to send it to another pharmacy without letting us know. As a medial profession myself, I would’ve called and inform the patient and offer to transfer it to another pharmacy that had the med available. I’m pretty disappointed.

This store is an absolute joke! Called in my refills, the girl, Nicole actually stated that it will be ready by 6. Go to the store, the line wrapped around the building. I get down and only the drive thru is open. Go back in line and wait an hour, get to the window and they tell me that I have to come back Monday. I do not live in Clovis. She kept telling me that they closed 15 minutes ago. At 6 pm they had an employee go stand behind the cars in line so I was obviously in line before they closed.

Being a Pharmacy Tech myself I do try to be understanding and know how things work but this staff and Jennifer the pharmacist are by far the worst I have had to deal with . My grandmother needed her Insulin and had been getting the run around for a whole day , I don't even live in Clovis anymore but my mom called my saying the Tech said they can't transfer Rx's that it needs to be sent there . I called and let them know that is not how this works and they can transfer it . I called even the Pharmacist in Tucumcari to ask if he could just call and get it sent over there so avoid the delay. Did that , then there was a billing issue . I asked to pay for it over the phone they said they couldn't do that but it was FILLED. I get a call later from my mom that they finally fixed the insurance issue (Not Walgreens fault , this was strictly a insurance issue). But the Tech while talking to my mother said there was a glitch and the Rx was gone and there was nothing they could do as it was not their fault. I understand they did not cause the issue but this was 100% their responsibility to FIX. I asked that they call the original pharmacy to get the Rx verified so they could just input it back in the system and the Pharmacist said no , was not their responsibility . I called the Pharmacist in Tucumcari again who left his HOME to go back to the Pharmacy and call Walgreens again so they could fill it since I wasn't going to argue with them. They still said they couldn't find it ! After 2 days they finally found it on the VM that I asked them to check and they said they couldn't. So not only did my grandma go without her NECESSARY medication, the pharmacy had no remorse , no apology, or was even willing to take accountability . However i'm sure the state board will have no problem making them do so.

I just spend 25 minutes in the outside pharmacy pick up line. I am aware that they start their meal break at 1.30 pm. They also do have a mirror that shows whoever is working the counter vehicles that are in line and have been waiting. Originally there were two vehicles in front of me in the left line and two in the right line. The right line kept moving but the left line did not, possibly due to a larger amount to be picked up by one vehicle. When it was finally my turn, after 25 minutes of waiting, the clock turned from 1.29 to 1.30 exactly as i pulled up to the window and the clerk swiftly put the "closed" sign in the window and blocked me from picking up my one prescription (likely a matter of 30 seconds). I understand that employees need meal breaks, but if you see that someone has been in a held up line for 25 minutes, you should help. So i have now wasted my own meal break and still have no prescription. Very poor customer service Walgreens. I think some competition is needed in Clovis. A CVS would be great.

Dr called in prescriptions in the morning. 1was ready within a couple hours. 1 was "in progress" all day long. Went to pick up after work and still not ready. Told to wait 15 minutes, so I did. Another customer waiting was called to the front of the line to pick hers up. I was told to get back in line to pick up mine. Cashier had attitude. Won't be going back.

Worst service ever! Everyone acts like they don’t know nothing. They’re so confused on everything. Scripts are never ready. I call and no one knows nothing. So your stuck waiting another day just so they can figure out how to fill your medication or they don’t know how to bill out to my secondary insurance. Save yourself the time and energy and find a new pharmacy.

I thought Walgreens was a DRUG store. Pharmacy has limited hours, and is closed weekends. The store itself is open 19 hours a day to sell liquor. They've lost focus.

Odd thing is I had been in the walgreens and an old man was turned away in the same fashion not long ago. The rep pretty much laughed when I mentioned I had an appointment and told me to come back another day. Typical Clovis customer service

Was able to make an appointment online with pharmacy for booster but when I showed up they said they’re not giving boosters. Asked the manager if they could update their system to reflect and he said they couldn’t due to manning shortage and couldn’t get ahold of his boss.

It would be nice if the manager sent someone to pick up the fliers they put out. I personally picked up what I could.10-29-2020, My wife and I came to pick up her prescriptions at the drive up and sure enough it was closed even though the sign says open 9am to 9pm. This is ridiculous, we went inside and even the inside pharmacy was closed. Come to find out all seven employees were out to lunch, at the same time. There are people who have to come during their lunch time 12 to 1pm to get their prescription. Their schedule is messed up.

I did not experience any rude employees while shopping here. Everyone was decent. However the girl behind the cashier was a little confused how the couponing work (apparently she thought I couldn't get the added discount on top of what I already have). Receipt showed I got my discount anyway. So if anything at all, I would say, the employees need to be briefed in more detail how things work. It's no big deal, these things happen and you just improve on things as you go.

I have a few notes about this place, and not much good to say.I went to the pharmacy for three refills one day. One was filled no problem, but not billed to my insurance that they had in the system. The second and third script were not filled, and I was not informed when I went to pick them up. I asked about the other two and was told they were out of refills. I asked why they didn't submit them to my doctor for refills. The technician told me she'd take care of it, with no details beyond that. I then asked her to put my first prescription on my insurance, and she told me "I'd have to refill it and I don't have time for that." She took the prescription from me, threw it on the shelf and walked away. I didn't have time to wait, so I left.I am set up with email notifications with Walgreens for when my medicine is ready. I got a notice the next day and went to pick up my medicine. The first one was finally right. The second one was filled, but the third wasn't. I asked why and was told that they couldn't fill the same one twice. For some reason, the tech from the day before faxed the second one twice, and not the third one... I left, again.One week later I got my email notice. One week without the medicine. While I was waiting to pick it up, the man at the counter in front of me was furious with the pharmacy because someone else's medicine was in his bag when he opened it.DO NOT USE THEM.On the other hand, their liquor store is better stocked and cheaper than Walmart. Which was a huge surprise.

Every time I went to pick up a prescription, they never had it on hand. Ever. I understand that this happens, but come on. I take meds which I rely on for seizures and I always have to wait 2-3 days before I get them. Naturally, I switched pharmacies.Did I mention the ridiculously high prices and crappy customer service? No one gives you the time of day...most of them just ignore you and are rude. Even Walmart isn't that bad.
