I have shopped S & S in Clovis many, many, many times since I was a kid. They have always been stocked better than Walmart. The produce and the meat looked really good when I visited as well. Without a doubt, I'm sure I'll be back next time I'm in Clovis.

This store has always been so clean and merchandise is faced out, looking so neat. Makes it easy to find things and see everything clearly, which is appreciate considering I'm often in a hurry and distracted.I recently requested a special order item and Linda was super fast, helpful and got me everything I needed in a matter of minutes. Rhonda is also so kind, I love seeing her.Everyone here is super friendly and professional. Produce and meat are the best in town!!

I'll never visit this store again. After shopping there for years, I had a terrible, embarrassing, unnecessary experience. I dashed in to buy butter. As I was fixing to start my car a cashier ran out yelling that my purchase wasn't paid for. I walked back in (everyone was staring at me) with butter in hand, showed them my receipt as well as the self pay station I'd used. All this for a $4.00 purchase.

Last non-chain grocery in Clovis with old fashioned custome service. They'll take the groceries to the car for you. All the basics + good selection of fresh produce. There's a butcher & you can get your meat cut how you want. I find the prices are usually below Albertsons. Never busy & you can be in and out in minutes with no wait at the register.

Customer service? I went here just to get mayo and some salad dressings, walked out, and remembered I forgot to use the coupons in my pocket, literally the reason I purchased them. I went back in and asked if they could help me by returning and letting me repurchase them using the coupons. I understand this was my fault, but the co-manager told me no without missing a beat and walked away. This wouldn't have cost them anything!Definitely not the kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE that I was expecting from them.I realize there is not a lot of competition in our great little town, so they might think they have the market cornered, but I won't be back.

S&s is a good supermarket, to me it's not a great supermarket. We usually shop in Albertsons. So we were a little spoiled going into this. It was our first time shopping there. The selection wasn't dismal, but it definitely was not like Albertsons. The personnel were very nice to check out process, I couldn't ask for a better check out process. The lady actually took it to my car and unloaded it into my car. That I loved. That alone will make me go back occasionally because you don't see that anymore. My only complaint seriously is the selection. With Walmart being burnedRight now and us waiting approximately 6 months to a year before we can get Walmart back which I can't stand, we're stuck in a couple choices. Albertsons Lowe's or s&s. Like I say if you want decent prices and you don't mind not having a huge selection like Walmart this is a place for you.

S & S had the BEST customer service in this town! You can't beat their meat either! Lol tenderize the meat. 😅 Friendliest people you will ever meet! I've been shopping there for years! They are always ready to carry out groceries! Their younger staff are usually very friendly which impresses me! Way to go S & S! One employee a girl was very nice she helped me to down load on my cell so that could get water at a discount she is a good employee, the younger man at the checkout didn't want to help, it's OK thanks to the young LADY.

Great store. Good workers . awesome deals to find. Still one of the best places to buy groceries. My only complaint is the fresh fruits & vegetables could be better. Or at least cheaper .. ( Don't mind paying more if the product is of quality standards. But if it's not even going to last at least few days at least. What's the point. Other then that it's a nice clean store with almost all the workers being pleasant & helpful.

Good product, friendly staff, they attempt to observe social distancing. I enjoy shopping here, I prefer it over other places in town. However, every time I go in there they don't enforce the mask policy. They have signs up asking people to wear them. But there are always a handful of patrons that don't and are not asked or provided one to wear. Though I do appreciate that the employees are wear them now. 3 stars

They only have 4 check out lanes but when busy all 4 lanes are open unlike at walmart. The meat is always fresh. They have their own butcher right there. When I was there at 930 am there was only one lane open. I was number 2 in line. They called a second cashier to check me out. Happily shop here..

Small, local style, supermarket. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good and the store is clean and we'll stocked. It ain't Walmart but that is a good thing. Only complaint is the checkout lines are like "express lines" so it is a little wonky if you are doing a big shopping trip.

Very friendly staff here! Feels like a family owned grocery store. They have fair prices, and stay stocked with a substantial amount of produce. Wide variety of items to choose from. Beauty products are a little pricey here.

It's a good supermarket with just about everything you need in terms of groceries. You literally won't find better prices on meat anywhere else in Clovis. Quality of meat is adequate. The only down side of the market is its cleanliness. Lot's of dead flies in the dairy and meat coolers. Other than that, staff are always willing to help and are friendly. It's not going to have the select variety that Wal-Mart has, but as a locally owned Market, it carries its essentials and sales make visits worth while during/around Holidays.
