large supply of all pet's needs. easy to find items. not the best prices, but definitely not the worst. really depends what you are getting. they are competitive on higher ticket items, less on dog food and toy type items. online prices usually better.

I bring my 2 pups to the Clovis PetsMart for their nails, ears, and glands. Alexiss, Belle, and another gentlemen were working today. Just wanted to shoutout to them as our 2 dogs are NIGHTMARES in public. They always make sure we're taken care of and we really appreciate it as we know we're not the easiest clients. Sarah, the store manager is also Uhmazing. Thank you!

I was on time for my appointment in Clovis NM with my paperwork. I was told that the rabies shot had to be in effect for 48 hours before they could attend my dog. It sure is nice to have that information today and NOT the day I made the appointment. They said I could come back tomorrow. No thanks, I WON'T BE BACK.

I’ve been bringing my (3) doodles here for almost a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I was super hesitant to use PetSmart’s services due to the negative stories I’ve seen on the news and online but they’ve surpassed my expectations. My pups always look and smell extra fresh after being groomed here and I never worry about the quality of care. The groomers I’ve booked specifically have been Alex B and Alex T.

Love this Petsmart! I get my dog groomed here monthly. The staff is friendly, she is washed and ready to go within an hour and a half usually, and they are really sweet to her. Everything else in the store is great too. Always stocked, staff loves animals, and they have a great variety of products! I'm glad we have one in town!

Alexis in the grooming department went above and beyond for me. She helped me out in a major bind with my dog that got sick on himself. Being out on the road as a driver and away from family it's nice to know there are still genuine people that care about their work. My dog looks amazing and she did a better job than any groomer before. Thank you again Alexis and you deserve to be recognized.

Manager claims fish are healthy, but it is clear that all of their fish have parasites (Ick). We were refunded the cichlids in the beginning of the month, this is also when they were originally notified of the problem. Our other 55 gallon tank was contaminated by the Gourami's that were purchased and they continue to sell sick fish. Pictures were taken on 29 November 2019, they were notified of their problem on 10 November, but are still selling the sick fish.

I am always greeted when I come inside and that small detail means a lot. They have plenty of options for pet supplies, ample healthy fish selections, and usually have a few aminals (cats, snakes, birds, hamsters, tarantulas, lizards, and even a scorpion) for adoption. They have grooming here as well. I only have fish at the moment, but the fish I bought from here are well over 2 years old and I even have some babies (Mollies) that have grown into adults that are still alive and well. Don't forget to use your phone number to get your points!

Staff work fantastically with my furry friend. Super nice and patient throught the entire process, fair pricing and gave some good advice for heavy shedding dogs like mine. I will be using their grooming services again and I advise people to do the same.

I walked in to get Hills dog food. I found the dry, but there were 2 kinds and I wanted to ask a question about the difference between them. There were 4 girls stocking and never even acknowledged me. I tried to get the attention of one and she completely walked away. This store is a poor excuse of customer service. I have been in different stores in Texas and they are always nice and accommodating . Never will shop at this one again!!!

So we went in to buy some fish to go with my new glow in the dark beta.. very awesome staff!! They took the time to teach my boyfriend the ins and outs of fish care. They laughed and made it am awesome experience. The manager who is super tall is a super sweet funny gentleman always had a smile and on my worst day makes me feel better. The products are good and the price matching is awesome and the staff is always patient with me while I look each item up for them. Great place And my dogs love it as well they are always ready to see their clovis petsmart friends .. the treats they give them aren't bad either!!!! Love this place stop by and see them!!

Extremely helpful, always has a large supply of mealworms and crickets for reptiles and amphibians! Has a groomer and in house vet...Cindy's hope for precious paws also has adoptions here! Tons of fun if you are an animal lover!!! We got our sweet stripe from here and our leopard gecko!

The cashier deserves a raise. I was berated by a manager unprovoked by attempting to return two harnesses that did not work for my dogs. I had a receipt... but no longer the hangars they were attached to. I understand people can have bad days; however, it should never be taken out on someone. Especially a customer. The cashier was professional and maintained amazing composure as this person accosted me in front of other customers for attempting to make a return. The cashier did get another manager to assist with my return, to which i am very grateful. I hope this is not a reoccurring problem and a one-off situation.

Super friendly staff! Great selection of dog food, toys, treats, and accessories. One of if not the only place in town that sells premium dog food. They also offer a 10% military discount on all products. I recommend downloading their PetSmart app and playing their "Treat Trail" game, which will give you coupons for 15-25% off one item in store.
