This place was bit pricey. I have mini schnauzer and it cost $55 to get her groomed. Filing cost more than clipping and my dog had patches in her hair cut. More than likely not going back. Q

I absolutley love these girls at petsense super helpful always willing to price match and remember my military discount when I don't. They know my pups names and the 10 bags one free is awesome and they always ask how my pups are doing. Just like the small town feel . Very helpful!!!

Great place for pets! Amiable staff and knowledgeable. They can suggest different things also. I went looking for quick bleed powder. They didn't carry it, but it's my got to place for my dogs

I brought my fur-baby here for a bath and trim before a big trip home for the holidays. What should have taken 2 hours max had my 10 lb Toy Poodle there for almost 5 hours and he looked awful when I went to get him. I had to hold him and have another groomer fix areas where his fur was uneven (all over), there were mats still in his ears and tail, and he was terrified. When we got out to the car to go home he went straight for his water cup and drank the whole cup (they didn't give him any water while he was there)! I will never trust Petsense with my baby again!

I was having an emergency for crickets on a Sunday and got off work around 6. This place was still open around 630 due to customers still inside who were leaving. I ran up and cracked the door and asked if they were closing and instead of turning me away the very nice lady sold me some crickets and I was able to feed my babies.This place always comes through when no one else can. Prices are a little on the high end in comparison to other places in town but when all else fails this place comes in clutch. And EVERYONE is extremely nice so I've NEVER had a bad experience here.

This place is great! They have Caprock veterinarian staff come in about once a month or so to give puppy shots and rabies shots at a price for poor people. But the service I have been here most for is to get my fur babies nails trimmed. Same as this visit. Wasn't the same girl as usually did it on Sundays when they were located across Prince Street from this location. But, I took an instant liking to this girl who was singing to the radio while bathing another customers pet when I walked in to the groomers part in the back. And, that rarely happens to me. I am a lot like my dad was, I like animals better than people. Sorry I didn't catch her name, though. My dad would have asked her that much, even.

This was the 1st time we've taken our dog (who is a small dog) here to get groomed. His appt was at 10:30am, we arrived at 10:20am. No one was up front to greet us or tell us what we needed to do. Finally a girl walked us back . They took our dog and said they would call us. We have never taken him to the groomer so we came back in about an hour. Instead of telling us he wasn't ready yet, they handed us a half dry dog who had not been brushed. When they handed him to me, my entire hoodie was covered in dog hair. I made a comment to the lady about it and she just look at me and wrote me the receipt to pay. When we got in my car, our dog shook off and covered my back seat in dog hair because they bathed him and didnt brush him!!!

Took our senior Lab mix for a toenail trimming. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed the visit. Our dog? Not so much. But, she scored a new toy because of her stress.

The girl that groom's is great. However the other 2 girls have no professional skills. Was told "you know" when explained I have not been able to get my size of dog food. Volunteered to special order. Was told"everybody has a bad day" with no resolution.

Good pricing on food and pet supplies. Really helpful staff. Great products. Offers reasonable prices on vaccines for dogs and cats. Good prices on dog grooming.

Okay here we go. 120$ to adopt a kitty, you've got to application, you'll get a quick response call/text then they'll give a home inspection. Your pet will have shots etc. At the humane society/pound here in clovis it's 165$ for a pet, dog or cat it includes shots and microchip, no home inspections and you take your pet home on the spot. At petsmart it's 125$ for a kitty , a very long process and wait time and you must apply. I know about the pound because I got my kitty from there, then I got a kitty at pet sense. Just in case you needed info. ALSO my kitty from pet sense was very stinky, very skittish and had very dirty ears. So I guess expect that?? I gave my cat a bath and cleaned ears and he's warmed up good. Oh, I had to tell a girl who works here to give the cats some water because they had food but were digging in their water dish. That's really mean :( if you notice they have no water or food, please let them know.
