I wanted to stop in during the hours of 2p-4p known as Happy Hour on Thursday, 12-14-2023 and had of the opportunity to arrive @ 3:53p and first off this is before 4 p and second, the first Ice machine (west side) STILL does not operate which, being awhile since, I had been fortunate to even, be here and when, I approached there was a line & I being second standing in line behind one at 4:06p checked out by Server: Laikyn L was told of the Full Price and not of Happy Hour Price which was oh so surprising and all, I can say is you may wanna have associate(s) to announce that happy hour is coming to an end so it is not a shock !!!

I love their crushed ice. You can buy it by the bag. The staff is almost always in good spirits. I go there quite a lot.

Placed curbside order. Arrived within 5 minutes, check in and wait for 25 minutes before I finally just walk in. Waited for an additional 5 minutes before anyone even said a word to me no greeting when I walked in either. For not being busy they had plenty of time to make 6 coffees for a drive thru order that just pulled up right before I got down and walked in. Didn't even get a apology. It's cool I go there for the tea not the experience.

What happened? The tea has changed. It isn't as sweet anymore. The flavors aren't there like they used to be. I was talking about it at the Lowes and someone in the aisle blurted that they thought it was just them. So clearly, it has been noticed. I love the customer service. The ladies at the window are always super pleasant and the manager clearly cares about the way the establishment is ran. I can only assume someone in senior leadership decided to make changes.

There coffee is better as a sample… than actually purchasing one. I went to taste the coffee a week ago, unfortunately they weren’t for sale yet so I was offered a sample…. Absolutely amazing it was great long story short i went and ordered a coffee almost $5 for a medium only to receive a cup full of foam and a shot of coffee very disappointing considering their coffee is better than Starbucks just saying in my opinion 😒 sad to say this was my replacement coffee tsk tsk

This is iced tea heaven. They have any kind of delicious iced tea you could think of. Also, they have the best water in town. The employees are fantastic and the owners are great people. It's never a bad time. The only thing that worries me is how I'll deal with my new addiction to their "Texas Tea" iced tea. Oh, it's so good. Thank you HTeaO Clovis for being a refreshing oasis in a hot windy desert.

Left a 2 star review on their app yesterday because the styrofoam cup our tea was in collapsed as soon as they handed it to me. Within an hour the owner called me personally to apologize. That is great customer service and I will not for get it. Love their tea and the smiling faces at the drive thru. Hope you keep us hydrated in Clovis for a long time!

I come in a lot and fill my water jugs here weekly. Today the water station said cash only and I didn’t have cash. I went inside and asked the girl up front if she could fill it. She was so nice and said yes, and told me the total was higher than it is outside. So I asked about the price difference (wasn’t even a big one, I was just inquiring), so she asked a person I could only assume was the manager or supervisor, who explained the price difference. I stated “oh okay it’s just different outside so I was just asking”, in a fine tone, wasn’t upset at all. The supervisor was not only not personable, but was pretty rude. I have literally left maybe 2 google reviews that were less that 5 stars before in my life, but when a customer has a question and isn’t being rude, I’d hope a supervisor would represent this chain better. This was such a small thing that it’s a bit wild to me that it got this kind of response. The girl who was helping me was so kind and polite. So thank you to her for being great at what she is doing.

I do not drink much sugar for health reasons. I go here a lot for iced lattes and i always get it made sugar free.I called today to let them know that the iced latte I ordered was not made sugar free. I explained I just wanted to let them know because if their bottles aren't marked correctly or not marked clear enough, they could make people sick who don't drink sugar.The girl on the phone did not seem to care. She just said "ok thanks for letting us know" and she sounded annoyed. This is not the first time I have had to complain about something or just let them know something. Each time the employees I have told have sounded annoyed.I am from west Texas area, and I have been to a lot of the HteaO locations. Any of the others have offered to remake the drinks, especially because they made the mistake. This location has never done that. This location is not near as friendly as the rest.There are 2 girls in the morning around 7-8 that I see who are friendly. The other employees don't seem to be friendly at all, or maybe I just catch them on bad days. Maybe they get rude customers, I don't know.Unfortunately there are not a lot of other options for coffee in this town, but I don't think I will be back for a while.

I had the unsweetened strawberry tea with cucumbers on the 8th, and it was amazing. My granddaughter had the sweetened version of the same. We will definitely be coming back for more and a different one each time. She visits from Santa Fe every other week, and we both love tea. The people are friendly and professional. Certain times are very busy, but it's worth it as long as you are not in a hurry. Worth the wait for this place.

Drive-thru is poorly designed. Driving in a circle then hoping you don't get blocked in or block someone in is a bit annoying. If you can catch it when it's slow it's a good place to go for a drink. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Well I got a water melon tea and it was okay not what they say these teas are I expected something different but great service and always greeted with a smile but star bucks teas are still better thou but I would still come back for another round
