I went to this location yesterday and I purchased quite a few items and the two employees working there (Ruben and I can't quite remember the girls name) were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and kind and I also have to say extremely hardworking. Everywhere else I had been had the most hateful and rude employees but these two wonderful people made my day! I hope the manager knows how amazing they are and how lucky they are to have these great individuals working for them! Thanks guys!

It's better then some still could not get to shelfs because of freight in the isle clothes isle where are mess clothes on the floor just a complete disaster customer service was great the lady was very nice

Employee there by the name Raul is rude!!! A lady in front of us wanted cash and he told her she couldn’t get any and she said the machine said you could get up to $10. After that, he put a sign up, “no cash” per management, I came up with a $1 disinfecting wipes package and wanted to buy two. He said only one per household. I then asked him politely if my granddaughter could purchase the other one because she lives in another household. He then laughed at me and said “no”! That she was with me and couldn’t. I told him it was rude for him to laugh at me. he just said he knew how people were!! He needs to know he doesn’t own the store. He could have said, “I’m sorry but we can only let you buy one and not laugh. Jerk!’

Always have what I'm looking for at a cheaper price! I'm not after name brand, just what will feed or clean my home! Very satisfied! They are always helpful too.

When we got there all the workers was outside it seem that they all was locked out. I was then told by one of the workers that looked very confused about what is happening that we seem to be close, In my head it looks more like the company closed that location down and did not tell the workers, I pray they get a severance package, but anyway a few days later the location was empty so I guess I was right.

It says Dollar not," only 1 dollar items", its in your imagination that its a dollar store. Anyway its okay​ we got vandals and this place probably needs an extra employee or something to help organize. But I think thats all family dollars.

Good place for a quick shop! Sometimes you do have to let the cashier know that your ready to check out.

there should be a way do not login every time you want to go shopping at the store we forget our password once in awhile and I forget mine all the time there should be something going on to help the people that are very forgetful

Family dollar on 21st is great, they're having a sale with some 50 percent off stuff, and staff is very helpful.
