Joe brought the purchase out to my car and then grabbed my credit card to go run it inside. They seriously went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.

Wow, this spot has everything you could possibly need for any weekend project, all your grilling needs, firearms, outdoor necessities , a great spot to get gifts for loved ones! It was spotless, well organized and had friendly customer service to help us find what we were looking for. Found some great buys on ammo, trying some new coffee, bbq cleaner and got a few other things. Very glad I stepped foot in this place, I’ll be back!!

My mom works upstairs so I come and hang out here all the time.i have gotten to know the staff they are friendly and helpful along with patient, I love helping out when I can to get to work with these amazing people! I highly suggest coming here for any hardware you need they have it all from fausets to grab bars to doors and so much more! Five stars from me.

I like this store they have a lot of everything and a little of nothing . Wide variety for a small town hardware store of tools. They also have pretty cool spices and really nice jams and much more.. you know it they have YETI!!!! I am always checking for a new color or am old color because we all know 25 is NOT enough for me!!!! Lol. So by and say hi and check out all the cool unique and the regular things. This Italian Girl gives it thumbs up!!! Oh side note I am from Italy and I bought my Italian handmade martyrs with movable base there for a super good price so check out their bed side and the gun shop inside...

So...while visiting a friend I snapped off a plastic piece and broke her toilet. This store was close by. Yeah!The staff offered excellent customer service in choosing the best replacement. Toilet works even better now.

You just can't get the kind of service that Burns Do It Center provides at any other business. The employees are always super friendly and really seem to care about their jobs and helping customers. I rented a rototiller today and as always, I was super impressed. The tiller broke half way through my project, but they were quick to get it exchanged and I was able to finish. Thanks!

I'd like to give a shout-out to Burns Do-It-Best Hardware store in Clovis. Every time I have gone in, the employees have been very helpful in guiding me to choose the best products for my job.Last time Beau worked with me to choose the correct blades for my saw and even taught me a few tricks to make it work at its highest potential.Today Richard helped me find the proper sprinkler head to replace our broken one. Within minutes of returning home, our sprinkler system is working better than ever!Sure, the big box stores my have a wider selection and a slightly cheaper price, but the smaller stores will save you more in the long run by helping you choose the right product the first time and will provide helpful advice on every visit.

They were extremely helpful. I had quite a few items I felt would take sometime to locate. I was approached and asked if I needed help. Before I new it an employee directed me to everything I needed, had my larger items carried to the register, rang me up, and helped with loading my purchases. Have never been happier with a hardware store. Just bought a home here and am new to town. Have multiple projects need doing and limited experience. Went with a list and had no problem finding an absolutely amazing clerk that literally walked me through every isle and helped me check off everything. Couldn't not have been nicer! Will only ever shop here now for my home project needs!!

The service and advise is outstanding. The people are always friendly and willing to help in any situation. Prices are slightly higher then your box stores but the knowledge of the floor staff is outstanding. No waiting in line EVER. You are a customer and not a dollar sign. Best all around hardware, DIY, yard, building store in the area.

Super clean store (newly remodeled) and had basically all the hard to find hardware I needed for a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful, and the manager had no issues letting me finish finding the things I needed even past their closing time. I'll definitely be coming back!

This a new post to the original post below which I gave 2 stars.So I contacted Mr. Burns after seeing his answer to my post and we game to a agreement of how to handle this issue. Apon arrival at the rental desk the clerk had my paper already and the machine had new teeth on it. (Which made short work of what I had to finish at my house). So 5 stars to Mr. Burns on how he handled this Issue.Thanks!!I needed to rent a stump grinder & found one here at Burns called them to put a hold on it and make sure that the machine would have sharp teeth on it and the gentleman assured me it would , when I arrived the machines teeth where all dull or almost nonexistent and was told that they didn't have any to put on them. So what should have took about 3 hrs to do ended up taking 6 1/2 hrs and its's not easy manipulating a stump grinder much less when its dull. Very disappointed!!! They only charged me for half a day so that was good and I have usually had a good experience here but they really need to keep there equipment in good working shape.

I appreciate the wide selection of goods offered at Burns. And while you might expect a locally owned business to have higher prices, I was surprised to find alot of what they offer beats national chains. The people are really friendly too. Make me feel like "someone" when I walk in.
