The treatment from start to finish was awesome Dr. Monarch was the best she treated my furbaby with such kindness, she went over his blood work with me and explained each test so I'd understand. The team at All Pets Animal Hospital have been the best Veterinarians I have had. They always gone the extra mile for my pets to ensure they have the best care, they feel comfortable and have bee great at explaining to us what is going on and what needs to be done. All Pets vets and support crew have taken care of our chihuahuas for the past 16 years, since their birth, even though the doctors changed my pups have gotten the same high quality care. Docs are gentle and caring with them and compassionate with us and we appreciate their honest evaluations of our pups conditions even when the news is not so good. This amazing group of folks have helped us all the way through the passing of our last little one, Precious, and we will be forever grateful to Dr Reagan, Dr Stallings, Dr Bean.

Today was Lany & Champs first visit. The staff was super nice, patient, and were thorough when explaining certain things. The pups had no issues and loved the staff also. I'm glad we decided to move them.

Great veterinarian.Only issue (and reason for 4 stars vs 5) was that it did take a long time (~1.5 months) to get my cat seen.But once he was seen, the treatment was great, definitely helped a lot. I would recommend this vet clinic, but schedule your appointment in advance of when you think you need to.

They always try to sell you on services versus what your animal actually needs. They tried giving my dog shots that he had just received. They also charged me for more medication than they actually gave me.

Lovely staff and veterinarians. They really ensure that your pet is well taken care of and comfortable before proceeding with any care. The cost is also reasonable and I will continue carrying my 2 cats here for the foreseeable future.

Can't be thankful enough! Had a family emergency and needed to board two dogs ASAP, but needed Bordetella vaccine to do so. I went in and asked and luckily they were able to get me taken care of. I could not be more thankful! Great people, great staff, and animals are happy.

We have a black Lab that doesn't always play nice. Nevertheless, the staff and doc ALWAYS treat our stinker with care and praise. Today, it was a goopy eye. We don't know what he got into. We muzzle him just in case, but he did great. The Vet and tech talked to him and pet him and loved him just like he didn't have the potential to be a threat. Front staff is always helpful and patient and gets us in when there is a need. We drive from Portales and I'm always glad we do.

My puppy had a bad reaction to a bite or sting of some sort overnight so I brought her to All Pets Animal Hospital first thing when they opened. I didn't call ahead and risked it by just hoping they'd be able to see my pup. When I got there I was told they didn't have any appointments, but the receptionist was kind enough to ask the vet if they could squeeze me in, and they did! I was in and out and my puppy is already feeling much better. Very grateful for Dr. Stallings and all the staff that helped/treated my wiggle worm of a pup.

This is a wonderful Vet clinic for the Clovis area and surrounding community! The doctors here are very caring and compassionate and want the very best for your pets! They understand you and are willing to listen to you and work with you to get the best results. When they cannot provide a certain service, they are very helpful to give you choices for other facilities that they know can help you. It's a plus that they are open on Saturday from 8:00-12:00 pm. Their fees are appropriate and not inflated, so you can know that you are getting quality service for your money. They are loving and attentive to all your pet's needs! I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Reagan for the last couple of years, and he has always treated my animals with compassion. Most recently, one of my cats was very sick and Dr. Reagan was helpful and informative, and explained our options honestly. When it was time for our cat to end her suffering, Dr. Reagan handled her departure with dignity and care. He went out of his way to comfort my children, and help them say goodbye to their lifelong friend. My family is extremely appreciative of the care provided at this clinic.

We have been going here for 15+ years and absolutely love All Pets. We don't know what we'd do without Dr Reagan. He's so patient, kind and loving with all of our dogs. He knows each one of them and the problems with them. He's very knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is great as well with our pets. I could not imagine going anywhere else. They're tops in our book!

This place never fails to be amazing. My 15 year old Dachshund was having trouble walking again this morning and I called for an appointment. They said there were none available but called back this afternoon and got her in for a much needed steroid shot and medication and she’s doing amazing tonight. Pebbles has been going there for her 15 years of life and I particularly appreciate how caring they are during her senior years. Thank you so much, Liz

Dr. Stallings and her assistant were so friendly and helpful. We had a super tiny chihuahua puppy who was not doing good and they brought us in quickly. The helpful tips, along with the supplies we needed, has our puppy thriving and doing great. Thank you all for your exceptional and loving care!

This has 2 different reviews due to seeing 2 different doctors!Dr. Stallings- 5/5 starsDr. Bean- 0 stars (see second half of review)Dr. Stallings was absolutely wonderful. My new pup had never been to a vet before. Dr. Stallings was super sweet, compassionate, and patient with my puppy. She wasn’t trying to sell me a product and she made sure to answer any questions I had. And I didn’t feel pressured into anything or feel like she was trying to make a sales pitch. Definitely will bring my dogs to her again! She gets 5/5 stars!Dr. Bean. I honestly don’t even understand how this woman has a degree. She tried to tell me that rice is not a grain. During the appointment, she asked what I was feeling my dog and when I told her she said I need to switch to a new food unless I want to kill my dog. I feed Blue Buffalo Grain-Free Salmon. Dr. Bean told me that they are being investigated because it causes heart disease. When I asked her about it she said it’s an investigation that started before Covid but currently isn’t being investigated. When I asked why she tried to sell me on a prescription dog food, instead of answering my questions. The point is she gave her opinion and when asked about it, she couldn’t give you a reason for that opinion, no facts whatsoever. I did do my research on the dog food. 15+ grain-free brands are being investigated. Not just Blue Buffalo. I sincerely think Dr. Bean does not deserve to be a Veterinarian. Anyone who tries to tell me that rice is not a grain, or try to tell me what I’m doing is wrong without having facts to back it up, they should not be a doctor. 0/5 stars for Dr. Bean.

I've been taking my pets to All Pets Animal Hospital since we moved here 7 years ago. My pets have always been well cared for here. I don't believe I've ever had a time that they didn't try to work us in for acute issues. In the past we've had to use their after hours care and have always had caring service during those times. We miss Dr. H so much but are still very pleased with the quality of care and reliability that Dr. Reagan and the other staff members have given our family and pets since his retirement. Believe me when I say we've utilized their services many, many times over the years. For strays we have found, for our pets and pets we've babysat. I only wish I could feel this way about our human doctors. We can't even keep them in town... they all leave. lol

Don’t bring an animal shelter adopted pet!! We have been going to see Dr Hudson for 14 years and he just retired, he took excellent care of our Dog and our cat, they are now both deceased. Lots of people told us about adopting from the local animal shelter so we went there and found two beautiful sweet kittens. We had an appointment with Dr Reagan, he came in and began to rant about how the animal shelter should have given them their chip injection and he shouldn’t have to and if he messed it up it would be on him to replace, we explained to him they told us to have him do it because they were so small they didn’t feel comfortable doing it, and then one of the kittens had an issue and he said we could take it back for a better one or that the city should reimburse us for the extra cost. He made us feel like we were after something for Free although we paid the city for cost of $165 per pet and All Pets was on the list of vets that participated with this program. I have to say we felt very let down about the whole situation after all we were very proud of our new pets and felt we were doing the right thing by adopting threw the shelter.

Everything is good but assistant vet nurse is rude. My dog is already scared of getting held by other people and instead of trying to calm my dog what she did is she was scaring my dog more. So, that’s not the way you handle a scary dog ma’am.I don’t complain a lot but she needs to work on her attitude

Dr Reagan is knowledgeable and professional. He has cared for my Jack and Russell for over 7 years now. I believe he has loved them from day one. When it recently came time to say goodbye to Russell he showed us so much compassion and thoughtfulness. Thank you all for helping us through this difficult time. I have complete trust in Dr Reagan and his staff. The ladies in the front have always been helpful and caring. They go beyond the call of duty every time. There is no better place to take your pets.

They gave us suggestions based on our specific situation in order for our dog to be as healthy as can be. They really know how to treat animals and how to make the parents feel satisfied with their “child’s” care

Wonderful staff, clean, follows COVID procedures, and great with my pets! The tech was super sweet, and the veterinarian I had was very attentive, informative, and caring! They also have their own website that you can order pet supplies and medication from. I took one star off because they charge $20 for a nail trim, which I find excessive, but other than that I had absolutely no issues!

I've been taking my puppies there for 6 months now, since their first 6-week appointment. The staff are very friendly, and I've had full confidence in their care every step of the way. They're very thorough, and every appointment has made me feel like I was the number one priority that day. I would definitely recommend All Pets!
