I was using the site today 03/12/24 and wanted to come back and say that it seems to be moving much quicker. I don't have a problem with being critical, but when things improve I also want to make sure that improvements get acknowledged. I came down a little hard initially and they turned it around. Good job.This is not about an individual store, but the company. It's irresponsible to have such a poor online presence in this day and age. Spend the money and fix yourself. Online it drags and takes 5-10 seconds to load each screen. This is not on my end. Invest in your IT guys. Frankly I'm embarrassed for you. I can't believe the investors put up with it.

Terrible place to try and get a job. I have been calling their management "team" for a month straight now and i've been told the same excuse over and over again. "My assistant and I are trying to find a time that works for both of us to start calling people in" You can't figure that out in a months worth of time? Not to mention the customer service there is terrible, it seems like they'll just hire anyone and everyone to fill in a seat until they "can't find time" Take down your job applications and stop wasting people's time if you can't find time to hire somebody.

Starbucks Disappoints. I'm normally a BIG Fan. I always make sure I arrive before 9pm so I can enjoy a cup of coffee while shopping @ my favorite Grocery Store. The entire Albertson & Starbucks Team treat you like family.This Sun evening when I arrived Starbucks was closed and its 830pm. They could not wait until 9pm. Reason : young lady had worked too many hours. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Give me a break. If you advertise 9pm to close I would appreciate you honoring those hours.

Down right friendly people. Prices are alright, specials are great!I'm really happy with the service and interactions I've had.There's also some recycling in the parking lot. Cardboard, tin cans, not aluminum cans!

Great, kind staff! Lots to choose from! Not the staff lol but the merchandise, mainly the food! I ordered online for the first time and that was quite simple, and easy. The nighttime Employee(Chris), was very gentlemen-like and patient and helpful. I Highly recommend the online grocery "Street side" shopping at Albertsons!

Not much to say about a grocery store, tbh? It's good, usually has a nice selection, from inexpensive store brand to some higher quality stuff than Walmart stocks. They added online shopping + curbside pickup at some point, and the Walmart fire forced me to switch last fall--and I haven't gone back. The app gave me trouble for a bit, but the issue seems to have been fixed now, so my only complaint is the location is a bit difficult for my driving anxiety, but that's not exactly something that can be improved, heh.

Second time buying the Honeysuckle White ground turkey from here and it was spoiled both times (days before the expiration date). The packing was swollen/expanded on all of them when we went to the store today.

Great place to shop, especially for those with dietary restrictions! It’s a little pricy but they have weekly specials and have a military discount on the first Saturday of every month.

Worst customer service experience ever. Cashier John was EXTREMELY rude. If Walmart was open I would’ve walked out and left the items there. How did he get a job at Albertsons with a condescending attitude? A long lasting, community based, grocery store needs employees that make people want to come in and shop with them. The other employees are awesome. They would do better without him on their team.

Best grocery store in town. Good selection of gluten free and organic products. Management are susceptible to customer suggestions and always willing to accommodate special requests.The only grumble with the store is that the prices are not in line with the area we are in. With a 40% poverty rate in town good food is hard to be afforded if the price is not accessible for those on food stamps. Wal-Mart rules for most.Would love to see a bike rack installed by the entrance in the near future. Located only 5 miles away I like to ride my bike on the occasional trip when need only a few items. Find it difficult to secure my bike at the store, most often having to use the shopping cart park/return railings to do that.

Decent supermarket. Beer department a little sparse and disorganized but I got what I went for. Couldn’t find the canned meat section on the aisle content signs. Bummer.

This supermarket s horrible. They never have the right prices & cashiers never know what’s on sale or what isn’t. Every single time I’ve been here it’s been a waste of time!!!

Placed my order on at 3:50pm online. Got email @ 3:55pm about received my order and my pick-up time was between 7pm & 8pm. It was 7:50pm and still didn't get a text say order was ready for pickup. I was around Albertsons also @ 7:50. So I thought I go inside and pickup my order since I haven't gotten a text saying it's ready. I go inside and was directed by am employee and told me to park opposite side of the building. I pulled up and by that time it was already 8:06. I call the pickup number and a female answered and I said I need to pick up my order and I haven't got a text saying it's ready. She told me they are closed and register is closed also. She also says they were real busy . I said, why didn't I get a text or email saying my order is ready. With a rude response from her, she says, we were really busy and didn't get to fill some orders, again I asked why didn't I get a text or email telling me my order was ready when I placed the order at 3:50pm today. She tells in a rude voice, I can't tell you why we didn't text you but we're closed., and just hangs up on me. I've been going to Albertsons for years and years and this is the first time I've been treated by arude employee and just hangs up on me. That's why I am giving 1 star for the rudeness and getting attitude with me on the phone when this is 100% not my error. Never got a text or email when my order was ready and my email from Albertsons says my order will be ready between 7 and 8pm. Very rude of the female employee on the phone, her etiquette skills on the phone as I could tell needs training on how to speak to customers with respect and making it sound like it's my fault. RIDICULOUS

The service we got at the deli was excellent! We like this store when we are visiting from out of town. The people who work here have always been super friendly and helpful. The selection and quality of the produce and pretty much everything else is excellent.

Thank you Albertsons staff for listening to me! I noticed about 6 weeks ago that Gluten Free Bisquick disappeared from your shelves, and I was hoping it was just out. I finally talked to a couple of employees (one was the dairy manager) to request it to come back to the shelf. To my surprise, there it was! Thank you so much! This is why I shop here!

I’ve only shopped here four times, but whenever I’m checking out with kids either one of the cashiers or one of baggers is really rude. One cashier kept calling my boys girls even after I corrected them and they are clearly boys. Another bagger kept pushing my cart to side when I was trying to push it forward to pick up one of my children’s shoes. I said, “Can you please stop? I will pick up the shoe.” She replied, “ I’m not pushing your cart.” Then how is moving? The store has been a mess every time I have comes (even before the Walmart fire) and most things are over priced. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because there are other employees that are extremely nice and helpful.

Nice clean store. Happy employees. Albertsons carry lots of New Mexico local products. My favorite is Dolores Salsa from Albuquerque. Most Albertsons participate with local food banks to help feed families by donation food. I haven't confirmed this particular Albertsons but Eastern New Mexico Food Bank is located in Clovis.
