Always a pleasant experience, worth the drive up from town. Coffee and staff are fantastic, kid loves the tea. Beautiful location.Vegetarian options: Alternative milks, and I believe vegan burritos but I can't do gluten so never tried.

Best coffee spot in east mountains. Actually do great latte art! Staff and atmosphere are top notch. Also have delicious burritos. Grab a coffee and take a hike, the trails are about 100 yards away.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options available, and delicious.Parking: Tons of open parking.Kid-friendliness: Bring my three kids all the time.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed by wheelchair, both indoor and outdoor seating.

Legitimately one of the best dirty chai lattes I’ve ever had, if not *the* best. Breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty too. Bright and friendly service completes the package for this cozy cafe tucked off the side of the road by a post office. Perfect place to gas up before a hike.

Wow! A perfect gem of a coffee shop. Best scones and a perfect blueberry muffin. Friendly, tasty, clean and a pleasant space.2022 update. We camped nearby to have our morning coffee here. It is funny to plan a cross country route based on excellent coffee shops. Fun walking/biking trail at the end of the parking lot.2023 update. No longer artistic plates and porcelain mugs- paper cups. Too bad.

This place is a hidden gem! The coffee is fabulous. They actually care about where it comes from and take the effort to ensure they're selling quality coffee. It's a wonderful place to chat with friends, sit and work, or decompress. It's always worth a stop by.The food is okay. It's nothing to rave about, but it will do and is made up for by the wonderful coffee.

All the prices of everything were very reasonable. The place is cute, was a good place to chill with the dogs before a hike. My tea was wonderful and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I got a burrito and it was super tiny and not great . Don't typically eat a lot of carbs, so I thought maybe I was going to be able to eat some of the inside eggs and bacon and cheese and chili, but it was all a big mushed up concoction of ingredients so that was kind of a bust.

This place is a gem in the mountains. My favorite cafe to go to. I drive in from Albuquerque just to come study here. The coffee is delicious, good food and pastries, staff is always friendly and feels like more of a family atmosphere. The view of the mountains is beautiful and peaceful. A must visit when in Cedar Crest. ☕️🏔💗

2022 update!Cabra continues to improve their product and I am happy to say I visit here at least once a week for a small drip coffee.Coffee flavor has become significantly better (or my taste buds have changed). I love this place and the fact that they continue to improve and listen to customers means a lot. A+2021:I actually really like this place. It's chill, they have free wi-fi, and there's nothing like a Duke of Earl on a snowy morning.Comments:1) Stick to the espresso drinks as the milk helps mask the overly acidic roast they use for all the coffee.2) I am still puzzled about whether they actually offer a "nitro" cold brew (as stated by one of the baristas) or not. The two times I've ordered "nitro" cold brew, I've received what looks like coffee poured over ice.

Great place to stop on the way to a Sandia hike! Hannah's coffee shop is the only one I could find in the area open early, and she was happy to be there serving customers with her delicious coffee and baked goods. My hike wouldn't have been as enjoyable without this friendly pit-stop on the way.

Used to be one of our favorite coffee shops. We frequently would make the drive to come and relax with great coffee and pastries. The last couple of times we have come the staff has been extremely loud while they socialize with each other behind the counter while not paying attention to the patrons. One staff members text message audible alert was going off constantly! The coffee also has gone down in quality quite a bit as well.Don’t know if it’s worth the trip anymore.
