Not impressive looking, more than a bit dated, but the rooms are large and spacious, very clean, and recently refurbished. Very nice refurbishment, someone cared a lot about the job, and they did it right. Square corners, no paint drips, doors hung properly. Would stay here again in a minute, very comfortable. 4.5 stars. Restaurant across the street, very convenient, food only so-so. Closes at 7:00pm.Rooms: Room was great.

I stayed here for two days to avoid bad weather. The rooms were great and the front desk was very accommodating. I highly recommend this motel if you are traveling that way.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The room was nice given there really wasn't much but still offered alot. The room we had was large. The price was excellent. Two gas stations and restaurant within walking distance. Staff are extremely accommodating. Pet friendly. A rain forest style shower. We'll stay here again happily next time we come through this area.I was overall quite impressed and happy with this motel. Especially after staying in Roswell.

The rooms were clean, reasonably sized, and comfortable given the budget price. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was in pretty good shape. The staff was polite and helpful. Maybe the only thing left would be to have a small breakfast spot, though the nearby options were also okay and cheap.

The place was clean. the sheets were fresh. The heat worked great. The door barely locked and the safety latch looks like it had been ripped off. I was travelling solo, this was a bit freaky and put a chair against the door to quell my own anxiety about it.Nothing happened of course and slept well through the night. The little gift shop in front has neat items and a friendly cat.The owner greeted me in the morning, he was attentive with my concern about the safety latch. He addressed everything with absolute courtesy and professionalism. I would easily stay there again. 9/5/2020 - Stayed here again. The owner is on site, he is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are constantly updated and clean - very clean!!

Very Nice Clean Room. I was surprised how nice the room was. Bed was firm, HVAC was new and worked great, bath had a new toilet and new ceramic tile in the show.It did take a long time to get the hot water to the shower.Drapes were falling apart but did provide privacy

Excellent little motel in a small town. The managers were very nice, the room was clean and quite. AC in room gets cold. The shower is awesome. It is a rainforest shower head and the water gets hot. I highly recommend this place. Definitely will return and stay here.

I am a working person and I needed a place to sleep because I was afraid of driving on to Ruidoso at night for fear of hitting an Elk or a Deer in the Mountains. I was relieved to find a room that I could afford on a three day weekend. It was CLEAN . If I were the owner I would start thinking about buying new carpet . The TV had cable . Our Family had just been forced to pay very high rates in Williams due to an ice storm on the interstate. I was ready to sleep in my car rather than have that happen again so much so that I was afraid of a non nation wide brand hotel. No such problem here.

Room was clean. BUT, curtains did not cover the window. Thankfully we had a blanket with us to drape over the rod. No shower pressure; raindrops kept falling on my head- lol. Rooms remodeled...hate to see what they did look like!
