We found a sweet little Pembroke Corgi recently and went to tractor supply to get her food. Not only does she love all of the dry and wet varieties of their grain-free food (particularly the one for small breeds), but she REALLY loves the sweet people who work there who are always ready to pet her and give her attention. We also got her a beef rib that she likes to gnaw. The store is very neatly organized, too. Highly recommend getting your dog food, treats, leashes, etc here.

I have bad luck when trying to pay for things online so that i can get them the next day or so later to pickup.. as I live quiet a bit of distance away from the nearest store. Seems like when i buy something a day or 2 early ,, the day i get ready to go pick it up my order gets cancelled with out any explamation.. mabey i better go find another store to deal with,, with out any explamation..What would you do?

Prices can be high but I came here in search for some tools or accessories, as a gift, for a Handyman in my family and found a couple items that were pretty unique items that I think he'll like.Great service but sort of slow because the cashier used a phone to check me out rather than the computer and she seemed a bit new to the device. She was very helpful and kind, just seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. I give 4 stars because TSC should really organize their store better, it was difficult to find what I was looking for and the store layout was confusing. Otherwise great.

Went into the Tractor Supply Store in Carlsbad 11/16 to purchase a toolbox for my work truck. I received excellent service. I want to thank Omar for getting measurements to make sure toolbox would fit in back of truck. Super courteous young man, also a big thank you to Randy for helping tie down the toolbox, also super courteous. To both of you, THANK YOU AGAIN!

We buy a lot of stuff at tractor supply in Carlsbad and in Artesia New Mexico will help you in a moment's notice theyhave everything from tools to bug spray to chicken feed and it seems I can always find that one thing at these stores, the stuff I can't find anywhere else 😊

Customer service here is rude! The supposed manager was condescending and disrespectful when there was a price discrepancy. She could have had a better attitude. Customer service can make it break a business…. Take your business elsewhere! This location just doesn’t cut it.

I love this store I really do. But since Christmas we bought a 4 wheeler a mini bike 196cc and 100cc ... well Christmas day the 4 wheeler have its so much issues and didn't want to start. I totally get it's a cold start apparently. We took it back to the store after Christmas to the gentleman that fixes them and puts them together. Literally one of the mini bikes had pieces falling apart during the first ride. Omg his attitude was s##++¥.... he made it seem like we either didn't no what we were doing and it was are fault. Also we notice screws and bolts missing also he stated that was are fault we should always tighten everything. Well duh I get that as well but I feel like as soon as we get the product it should be ready and not have to be messed with right away.. till this day we still have issues. Now they claim my 30 days are up and I can't get my money back. Yet serve taken it in and the manager they claim we have to go threw is never in when we call our go in.

Tractor supply boy lemme tell ya. They got it all. More than just tractors and tractor supplies... You want a chicken coop? Got it. Clothing? Got em. Dog food, deer food, human food? They got it. One of my favorite stores even though I've only bought like a belt. 10/10 will buy a tractor and supplies if I need to.

Everyone there is overwhelmingly nice. You always get greeted by all of the staff and they are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I couldn't find something, usually they'd ask me if I needed help first. They actually notice and care for you as a customer. I love it.

My husband was in Carlsbad working(we live in Texas) and went to this store on Sept 16th 2021 to buy a grease gun. When he attempted to use his Tractor supply credit card, it was declined. Some woman standing with the cashier announced that he is probably late with his payment. In front of a line of customers. Even though she had no idea why it was declined. In reality, it was declined for possible fraud since he's never used it any where but home. We got an email letting us know why it was declined. So rude to assume and announce that he's behind on the payments. Corporate has been notified. Absolutely inappropriate. * response to owner....I am aware that you all have no access to know why the card was declined. So maybe not say anything at all?Instead of telling the customer that he's probably late on his payment. Just know that I've called corporate. And posted to social media the inappropriate conduct.

Thursday July 22nd my Mom and I went to Tractor Supply in Carlsbad. We are there sometimes 3 times a week. We have always gotten friendly professional service and help but this day the girl at the register Rebecca must have been having a bad day because she did not greet us when we walked in with the welcome to Tractor Supply as we've always gotten in the past. When we approached the register area uncertain of which side to go to because of where she stood she rudely y pointed to the side she didn't say hi she didn't ask for my phone number which I am used to when I told her she said you can enter it on the key pad. Those where the only words spoken to me through our entire exchange. I said thank you no response I said have a nice day no response. She didn't even say thanks for shopping with them.Absolutely hands down worst customer service I have ever received

It's a pretty decent place, and prices aren't too bad. But like everything in Carlsbad this one has been picked clean. There is no selection for anything you want...The staff is nice, and the store is reasonably clean. Adequate parking. But inventory is questionable

Manager is very Incompetent and RudeManager would rather belittle customers talking down to them instead of looking at invoice in hand and reading it to see she is totally WRONG and after 30 minutes of arguing and talking down to me as I kept asking her to read invoice in her hand and her telling me she dont need to read invoice because she knows she is right she finally read invoice and seen she was wrong still she never apologized at all. I was going to purchase a Woodstove online and TSC had some promotions available if the TSC credit card was used to purchase. I went through the online application process and was approved with various messages saying my card was ready to use NOW. Problem 1, I cant use the card without the CVV security code. Problem 2, I cant log into the new TSC card citibank account without the CVV code. Problem 3, On the citibank account registration screen there is a note saying to call if you dont have your CVV number - but there is no phone number listed. Problem 4, I find a phone number for TSC card support can call, I explain all this and they wont give the CVV code. Problem 5) On the approval email there is a note saying "To use your card in store today, just ask an associate to look up your account using a valid ID". I tried that route as well and the associate at the customer service desk had no idea what to do. She called TSC corporate support and they said I couldnt use the card until it came in the mail. The suggested I buy a gift card and buy the stove using my own gift card which is an absurd suggestion that does not address any of these problems. At this point I'd rather pay more and take my business somewhere that appreciates it.
