They did a great job bathing & de-shedding our 9 year old Lab mix. They took care of her and her bilateral hip dysplasia. They were okay with the fact that Liberty may have to sit or lie down frequently because of her hips. The Parlor did a fantastic job getting her brushed out and the parts of her undercoat in areas that looked all tangled came out smooth, and shiny. When we arrived to pick her up she was lying down in the front area where they do the grooming. Shey got her leash on, and she was excited to see us. She seemed happy, unlike when we had her groomed in AZ at a pet store. We had the same de-shedding treatment done months ago when we were in AZ, We paid more money at a Pet Store and they didn't get her brushed out very well. The deshedding at the pet store was for like 15 minutes of brushing plus we added another 15 minutes and that wasn't enough to get loose fur off and to get her undercoat cleaned up Thnak you, The Parlor

This is the best place for dog grooming in Carlsbad! The dogs are happy and the staff is extra special. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for almost 20 years and have never had any complaints whatsoever.

Our 3 fur babies love the groomers and are so excited when they get there. The staff is absolutely wonderful and treats our babies as if they were there own. The do a fantastic job, and the dogs come home looking so adorable! Thank you ladies!

Very efficient and caring staff. Our 2 little dogs were quite dirty and their hair was a mess after camping for 2 months! The groomers dud a great job trimming and cleaning them, so they look like "new" dogs!They are very COVID conscious are have all the safety protocols in place.

We've been having our dogs groomed at this location for years and were somewhat hesitant when we learned that Rhonda had sold her business. However the owner and staff did a wonderful job with our two girls and we're very pleased. Their schedule is pretty full and you should expect at least a week wait time for an appointment. They did use a powder or soap that seemed really heavily scented on one of my dogs which gave me some allergy issues so if you're sensitive to smells you may want to ask about that beforehand.

Didn't get what I paid for.I like Rhonda and used to take my dog to her for grooming. The last two times I took my pet in I paid for Rhonda to flee dip my dog and the first time the pooch came home with ticks the second time my dog came home with flees. The grooming was fair but basic. I decided to go elsewhere because I didn't like paying for services that were not delivered and the service I did get was not much better than I could do myself.
