Amy was super amazing our family was traveling cross-country from California to Georgia our dogs smelled horribly and she did everything she could to work us in and was super kind and helpful. Also she was very informative about taking care of our dogs and how to properly groom them. She has close to over 30years experience! Both of our dogs came out smelling super clean super happy refreshed she went above and beyond and if we’re ever back in New Mexico Carlsbad again we will most definitely be seeing her! We highly recommend. You definitely would be crazy to go somewhere else this is by far a 10 star review and her prices were incredible and more than reasonable.

10 stars! I don't know how I got so lucky to find Amy's while passing through Carlsbad! She was able to squeeze in my Bichon with a next day appointment. Very thorough and professional service. Would definitely come again if I happen to be in the area.

I was very disappointed after taking my cockapoo here for a cut. Amy was late for the appointment which I was willing to forgive. I forgot my dogs printed shot records so drove 30 minutes home and 30 minutes back to get the much needed documentation for her. I did have an electronic copy on my phone but she only wanted the printed one. When I stopped in to drop off the shot records Amy was gone again! What!!! She returned 30 minutes later. I was very frustrated with her disrespectful use of my time. If I make an appointment for a cut I expect the haircut to happen during the appointed time. Though frustrated, I knew that she had good reviews and still was willing to give her a chance to give my dog an amazing cut. Nope, it didn’t happen. My dog came home with a terrible attempt at a cut. She has long spots all over, At homeI ended up having to even some of it up.

Amy is the best groomer my wife and I have used for many, many years. Not only that but she is always nice and really cares about the pets and their owners. Trust Amy to do the best for your pets.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Amy's Pet Parlor, I had a appointment for both of my dogs to get groomed at 1:30. She didn't even start on my first dog until after 4. Which lead to her not finishing until 8 o clock. Both dogs were cut so short that you could see there pink skin and there faces were extremely uneven. After this customer service I was still charged over $30 more than anywhere else in town has charged me. Not a very good first impression on my part, and I probably won't ever return.

Amy always does a great job with our dogs. We cant get them in as often as we need and she still makes them beautiful! I wouldn't take them anywhere else. And the price is great too. Thank you Amy!

I just moved here and needed to get my large dog groomed. Not wanting to just call the first one listed, I called a couple of places... In this instance the alphabetical first also IS THE BEST. Sabrina handled my dog well and the charges were more than satisfactory. They've got a long time customer in me!

Amy gets our 10 year old Shih Tzu in quickly and always does an amazing job with her. And Missy is always happy to go there and she's usually timid about any place besides home!
