Only downfall in that the manager, Bryan, is very rude! This is the second encounter I've had with him and he was not respectful at all & has a rude demeanor. Today, I came in at 11:30am and asked if he would like to check if the fed ex scanner was working (very kindly and politely) so he could scan in my drop off package & he walked off saying " Not Really " all rude sarcastically. Totally alarming and not professional at all!! You don't treat customers with that attitude and actually show them what customer service should be especially with your "MANAGER TITLE". I know I'm not the only one who thinks he is rude and He seriously needs his title re - evaluated! Not to mention, I never see him actually working , all I've ever see him do when I walk into the store is standing around or on his phone. This needs to change.
