Lately they don't let you know (text) when your prescription is filled. You have to call and keep checking, they they're like "oh, yeah, it's here", no caring attitude anymore. You have to call to tell them to check their fax because a preauthorization has gone through (faxed a day ago). Dropping people from delivery service for no apparent reason. It's like everything changed. They were the best.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to both Kare Drug locations for taking the extra step to keep the public and their employees safe by not allowing the public inside the pharmacy during this pandemic. The window service idea was forward thinking. I miss getting to go inside and browse through all of the unique gifts and cards. Both places are always stocked well but not obnoxiously so that is cluttered. The owner has really stepped up over the last year or so. The inside seems cleaner, more organized and most of all the employees seem very happy. Pharmacist are very knowledgeable. Great place to get my vaccinations

I transferred my prescriptions. I've been here a year I gave them a year. They change system so you don't get a text anymore of when your prescriptions are ready or pick up. they didnt tell you that the system changed. they're very rude so I decided to go to a different pharmacy p

Super nice pharmacy, always has the coolest stuff inside and really nice people behind the pharmacy counter. I always like going in there to ask some medical questions because the staff is super knowledgeable and it saves me an expensive trip to the doctor. I even prefer to get my yearly shots here instead of the doctors office because it’s way more convenient, no lines, and the pharmacist is great at it. They also sell local honey so that’s a big plus for me! 🍯

This is the best pharmacy in the area!!! I took my dad in this morning to get a flu shot which he was not happy about. He is literally the definition of non-compliant and is very difficult to take places with. They staff were great despite him being impatient, rude, and ridiculous. Thank you so much for dealing with us, so kind, professional, and essential!!!

As a Navy Physician deployed to New Mexico to help with the surge of COVID cases, I have had to deal with multiple unfamiliar pharmacies. This was the first instance I have experienced in which a prescription was refused for one of my patients. In calling for confirmation, the pharmacist was quite rude and condescending to me.Minimal impact on my life, but quite unfortunate for the patient as she denied him his medication over the weekend with no alternative.I wish that patient well, and I will recommend other patients we assist avoid this pharmacy.
