I ordered a medium pizza, garlic bread bites and chicken Alfredo on line and picked up in store. Food was as ordered and very good. The atmosphere was very lacking. Not a single employee acknowledged that I was there. The cashier finished with the customer he had and looked at me. Told him why I was there and he got my order for me. Here is the rating reason. He asked if I wanted hot peppers. I responded no but I would like some parmesan. He said "oh we have to charge for that". Really? Over $30.00 in food and you can't give a little packet of fake parmesan cheese?

Super clean dine in Dominos I have never visited in my life, customer service was also very good. We tried vegetable pizza and cheese pizza Both were good.

Absolutely horrible service! Talked to 3 different people and was told they can guarantee there was a 2 hour wait when screen shots show otherwise. 0/0 star make the drive elsewhere or order from DJ's pizza!

Yes. the store was clean. The staff needs to relearn safety and food handling. Hairnets. disgusting. Twice. the worst food i have ever gotten. i was also, 100% GAURENTEED, there would be no hair. gross. someone needs to educate. only one female had a hairnet with the cap. Samantha and Miranda, Managers. are the ones who handled the pizza. Miranda had bushy hair and no hairnet. I contacted the main website and customer service. emails as well. ruined the night. Never going back again!

Dry desiccated Pizza. They barely put enough cheese and sauce to cover it. Within minutes the pizza dries out and the edges start to curl up. YUCK. Some hourly kid has been warned to barely put sauce and cheese on to save money. Digiorno rising crust in your oven is 10X better than this animal feed.

Hit and miss! When it's good, it's great, and when it's bad, it's a hot mess! Last time we ordered for the 4th of July, we missed the fireworks they'd messed our delivery up so bad it was the worst experience with a delivery I have ever experienced. They offered a replacement order on another day, and when we called, the young man compt a part of our order as if it personally affected him. So after all of that, there is no apology and a half compt meal. The delivery girl was very kind and at least she apologized.

I did an online order and decided to go pick it up myself. When I arrived home and opened the Dominos food I was very upset. Everything was cold. The pizza had way to much sauce and dry. The new loaded tots were glued together so nab I couldn't separate one. The tots were a flop! The buffalo chicken was just a tiny piece of chicken sprinkled with hot sauce. It didn't have any buffalo sauce on it hardly. I will not visit to eat here ever again. No pride in there food they send it out the door as slop.

Domino's in Bloomfield is great! We use the app to order and they have never gotten it wrong. Staff are always friendly and the food gets made and delivered quick. Love it!

Ordered pizza ahead of time while traveling and it was hot and ready when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Not five stars only because there are shady people in the area, as soon as we came out we had someone begging for pizza and money in the parking lot. (We gave him pizza:)

Domino's is great and convenient and I use it regularly. Their app gives good rewards. Delivery drivers are always friendly and the product is delicious. However if you can order from the local place and pick it up please do!

Absolutely terrible! Ordered at 6:50 two medium pizza and a small boneless wing special. Not ready till after 8, expected time 7:30-7:45. Didn’t listen to app instructions, later wait, won’t make it right. Will be calling corporate and manger in morning. Unbelievable.

Never order online from Bloomfield Dominoes Pizza. They never put order in correctly. Seriously over 55 minutes for a pizza. Online tracker says ready but employees can never find the order and have to redo. All employees just stare at you when you enter store.

I wish Domino's hadn't of outsourced their calls to another country but I haven't gotten a good pie since. The last pie barely had any sauce or cheese a kid you not. It's been disappointing I haven't called in a while.

My family and I were going through Bloomfield and we were hungry. Bloomfield us a small town and there are only a few options on where to eat. We decided to dine at Domino's. Our experience there was very good. The customer service is nice and friendly they serve you quickly and the pizza was delish, the addition of garlic bread knots and Buffalo wings topped off our meal nicely. We dined in and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. I would probably stop in again some day.

I have been going to this Dominos for almost 3 years now, and is still hands down, some of the best pizza I have ever had. The pizza looks like it does in commercials. Great job guys

For the past 6 months or so the quality and quality has gone down quite a bit. I mentioned this to them this week and was informed they have experienced a ton of turn over. Makes sense but maybe have someone double check the new guys...

Top notch pizza, always comes out right. Friendly staff will always let you know if something is taking longer and make you feel welcome. Currently due to certain national issues you do have to go through drive thru or curbside pickup, and these guys are keeping up the good spirits through it all. Please, if you go to this restaurant, or any other, treat these people with respect! They are working hard for us all right now, and deserve our thanks. Will be back for more

Decent pizza when you have that craving. Being in Bloomfield, we don't have many options so I appreciate that they deliver. However, if there were ANY other options (besides Dj's) Dominos would NOT be my first choice. Pizza is mediocre and very hit or miss on the quality. They WAY overcharge for what they offer and they are completely stingy with any extras (dipping sauce, peppers, cheese, napkins) They will nickle and dime you to death with those!!However, sometimes just having anything delivered to your door after a long day, you deal with it.

This place used to be good when they put cheese on the pizza. Now days they are so cheep there is not even enough cheese to hold the toppings in place. So sad to see this business go down hill like this.

CELIAC and gluten sensitive friendly!!! Make sure David is there :-)I went in with questions about their gluten free pizza. I have a disease that makes it so that a few crumbs of gluten can literally make me sick and in pain for a week. David was a godsend. He took extra measures to make sure I was safe. He asked his fellow employees to use a different (clean ) cutter on my pizza, he prepared it himself on wax paper instead of a potentially contaminated surface... has was just wonderful. Since my diagnosis, I never thought I'd be able to eat at Domino's again. This was an unexpected treat. Every precaution was taken. And I will be back again! I admit, it will only be if David is there, but it will take time to build trust with others. I am so grateful for his thoroughness and compassion.By the way.... the pizza was DELICIOUS!!!!!

Only problem I've had here was with one of the delivery drivers and she was an older lady I guess she don't like her job or something because she was real rude towards my husband trying to buy pizza from her but it ended up back at the store she took it back to the store 😑 and we ended up having to go and get it ourselves. just because we were a little short on the bill but we're trying to give them business but she refused to give it to us! It was so ridiculous ugh but anyway other then that everyone besides her have been so nice and have there orders on time but mostly early really and if they make a mistake on the order they really do make up for it. They even stay open late and that really does come in handy no where else will be opened in Bloomfield. Fantastic place that satisfies my family !
