Would give - star if I could I wasn’t given I receipt with my order but paid with card order a 6 peice tender only got 4 asked for extra gravy was charged for it but didn’t get it even though I asked “are you sure there’s extra gravy” told me they couldn’t do anything without a receipt that I NEVER got I literally watched the lady crumble it up and throw it away. Absolutely awful

Tried calling to get hours because they clearly aren't posted anymore and more than half the time they close when they want, but instead of answering or having an automated message they literally pick up the phone and hang up everytime. It's ran by a bunch of kids and they close whenever they feel like it.. hoirs are inconsistent and if you go through the drive thru you're waiting atleast 20-30 minutes. The very few things Bloomfield has and they're a joke.

I ordered a banana split and a chocolate covered small cone in the drive up. As I approached the window there was three teenage ladies working, one was waving my chocolate covered come back and forth and the other girl was dancing and singing. She handed me the cone and it was melting so fast I had a mess in my car. The banana split as you can see didn't look like a split. She handed it to me and I commented that it's not right but she said it's how they make them. The split has hardly no ice cream. It's all bananas with syrups and whipping cream. What a total let down service. Not to mention very small. This store is known for their teenage younger employees, but I believe these employees need proper customer service training. I'm very discouraged and won't return again. Where's the manager in this?

Went through the drive through and ordered a banana split with 2 chocolate and one strawberry. The girl said so no pineapple? I said yes. Got my banana split and it had pineapple and the ice cream was already almost completely melted. Pulled back in and parked to go inside to get it fixed and the doors were locked. There was at least 7 cars in the drive thru by now. I waited about 10 minutes and it moved one car in that time period. We decided to leave and call and speak to someone instead and what do you know no one answers the phone. This place has gone to hell.

Decided to go for a sweet treat. They were out of the Oreo Brookie, totally fine so I asked for S’mores. They served me ice cream with a bunch of chocolate bits. I go back thru the drive thru and mention this and she says they are out of the traditional graham crackers and they used a sauce. Probably something that should be mentioned when ordered. It doesn’t even taste the same… I am sure there is a lack of training so I don’t blame the workers for only doing what they know to do. I place blame on lack of care by the owners. I don’t think they care to run a decent establishment. This place has gone down hill and I will not be returning.

Order the number one double meat undercooked. Bad service the kid didn't even ask me. If I needed a napkins or catch up to go with my fries. Didn't even look Me and my eyes when he gave me my order. No, thanks, come again, no, hello.RudeI guess was too busy paying attention to Grandma. Hooking her up with free ice cream. I was just traveling through. I will never stop any here again. I don't know why doesn't give me the option to leave you zero stars

New ownership and this location is STILL the furthest thing from decent. Park to go in, doors are locked, other people are inside, and yet no response. Pull up to the drive through, order, give my gift card along with debit card and tell the clerk to put the remaining balance ony card. I leave realize the whole balance has been charged toy card. So, I pull back around and inquire, the little teenager has the audacity to practically throw the card back at me, and say "there was nothing on it, you can have it back." I should've thrown the rock hard fries and chicken strips back in the window, and said, "you can have this dog food back, where is my money?" Of course SHE DIDN'T SAY A WORD ABOUT THE GIFT CARD NOT WORKING. Just charged me. Guess that's what you get when oldest person working is 19.

Top Notch! Exemplary service! Fast, and delicious! When I tip the crew here I do it happily as opposed to the begrudgingly way I do so at literally everyplace in town besides one other. The service and their attitudes are refreshing in this commercialized materialistic, INCORPORATED society we live in today.

We first got food and then stayed for some Blizzards. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our orders were promptly brought to our table. Food and treats were good. The blizzard is obviously the thing that sets DQ apart

My favorite place ever (since McDonald's ice cream machine is always broken). We have been to this DQ in bloomfield 5 times since we've moved here & every time it's perfect! Fast & friendly employees!

I have always had good service… love seeing teenagers getting an opportunity to learn about work Ethics. Just upsetting reading people complaining about these kids, most of them go to school and work!! Adults should have better respect for these kids!!!

I highly recommend this Dairy Queen if:-1. You want bad service with workers who don't know what they're doing2. After specifically stating you don't want something on whatever then you get it3. Your order is incomplete/not done correctly4. You want a bunch of high school kids yo get on your nerves5. You want to write a bad Google review for this placeI definitely recommend this place, not. So unprofessional and the staff is uncouth. "Whaaa?" "Is that all?(3 million times)" "Are you sure?" ... wow, this is*supposed* to be a business, not a high school full of clueless philistines without a teacher. The workers know nothing about their job at all. I'm shaking my head at this. 👎🏻Shame on you for such terrible service, but thanks for giving me the opportunity to tell people to run and not walk away. No apologies, no nothing.. UNPROFESSIONAL in ALL CAPS!!Definitely not returning unless they get better management and new employees.Also wish the menu was more updated.

Misty machine always down or broken, if you go in evening they are trying to close down more than trying to help and serve you. I worked and managed a few Dairy Queen’s so I know exactly how it can be done. Food always old staff don’t seem to know products.

I just wanted chicken strips I said that at the drive thru .. I bought two boxes of silly bars for my grand kids they told me they do not do chicken strips by themselves I had to buy the meal. I explain to them I have never had this problem before I can not eat all of the meal,so they try to refund me,but it was less then what i paid for. I'm sorry it is a training issue the young man was kind but inexperience the young lady did not care I'm in hospitality for more then 29 years just caring is more than enough dont all gather around pickup window and talk about the customer.. I didnt use my senior discount lol

Taking my mother out for her birthday yesterday and the doors were locked with no sign as to why and you can literally see two teenage girls wearing their uniforms one with her arm around the other, eating ice cream cones just looking at us, two other teenagers behind the building saw us and ran back inside through the back. I was highly disappointed and it’s obvious whoever is in management isn’t doing their job, at least put a sign of what’s going on if there is a problem. It’s the only thing my mother wanted for her birthday and your business went to Sonic. Get rid of all the teenagers and hire a few grown ups

Went there for the first time today after looking at the website and sending a text to my sister what to pick up for lunch. Online menu stated kids meals come with a cone, however she came back with none of the cones for the 3 kids meals ordered. Also bought 2 bacon cheeseburgers, neither had bacon. I called afterwards to tell them the majority of the order was missing items. The manager was sarcastic with me and said the red coupon had to be ripped off the bag in order to get the cones. I told him I didn't read the menus coupon rules, and I just ordered what was advertised online, but it didn't make a difference. I understand it's fast food and I don't hold the bar incredibly high because we all make mistakes, but an apology would be nice at least. I work retail as a manager so I get that it can be hard, but this was ridiculous. Needless to say this was the first and last time I try my local dairy queen.

The malt was so watery. Blizzards melted quick. It would be nice if they didn't make your order until you actually get to window not when you place order especially when there's a line of cars....by the time you get to window their already melty

Very slow service. almost 15 minutes to get a parfait. I get notifications to get specials only to get to the cashier say they don’t have a scanner. Well I didn’t have a barcode I had a number they were supposed to take. I left them with $9 worth of parfaits.

I was pretty disappointed I ordered a 6 pice chicken basket and my chicken tenders were crumbs. Maybe half the size of nuggets. And im pretty sure baskets are supposed to co.e with more than literally 10 sad fries for 10$ not worth it ill stick to the one on aztec atleast they talk to you like your a human and not your such a inconvenience to them.

The order taker tried to charge me for a #2 burger when i ordered a hotdog. The hotdog was supposed to be plain but ended up having both mustard and ketchup on it. I asked her to repeat my order 2xs. Besides the mess up with my hotdog, the fries were lukewarm.

After a 13 hour drive all I wanted was a quick dinner. I ordered the chicken strip dinner and a side salad. I got to the hotel and no salad. The chicken strips were really small. I get bigger and better at a gas station. The toast was rock hard, my dog had problems chewing it.The only thing that was good was the blizzard. My dog got the fries too.I will not be going back to this DQ.
