This is a large and well stocked hardware and yard supply store. They have a wide selection of flowers and vegetables for gardens. An extensive paint selection and tool selection in addition to all the other items you'd expect to find in a well stocked hardware store. The staff are always friendly and helpful every time I've ever gone in.

Avoid shopping here. Nothing but teenage girls with 0 knowledge about tools. They are privately owned so any sort of sales you see online are not honored at this location. They hardly ever have anything in stock... You are better off driving 15 minutes to Farmington. Lastly, take your measly 5% discounts for Veterans and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

Avoid shopping here.If you want to be fully ignored, while all the teenage employees stand at the registers and flirt with each other, then come here.And when you have a question or are ready to pay for your items, they'll treat you like you've just inconvenienced them by interrupting their conversations about the latest party place.Probably the worst service I've had at any place in a long time.Drive elsewhere and give your hard earned money to people that actually care about giving good service.This same experience has been repeated multiple times that I've been here.

It’s so disappointing to see stores disregard the safety of their customers. Wearing masks has been proven to protect people from spreading COVID.I suppose you could interpret it as them trying to say both masks and Joe Biden are useful... but I doubt it.

The owner loves getting political! Granted Bloomfield is 85% conservative but jeeze how you gonna isolate 15% of a small towns population? So weird to run a business this way; good luck but I will take my business to tractor supply or take a 20 minute drive to Home Depot

I absolutely love this store! The girl at the front who answered my phone call, Sierra, helped me out in the best of ways. She was able to handle my order over the phone and make sure that when I arrived at the store, there were guys here to load up my order for me. I had my kid in the car and we have no air conditioner and she’s sleeping, and they truly helped me out with everything! I will definitely keep coming back here!

Great place! You will be greeted the minute you step in the door and one minute later, someone will offer to help. They don't try to upsell you on anything. They are always extremely friendly. Good return policy. Well stocked on a variety of items, from farm fresh eggs to dog leashes. Not just hardware! I love this place.

Very clean organized, stocked with common every day items that you use, also have or specialty items or can also order. Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful and courteous staff. Great place to shop and get supplies. Highly recommend. I drive 8 miles from another town to this store because it is to me outstanding.

Super service !! Gave associate my husband's product list. He came back with all the screws ...except the black ones... He looked up plywood prices and loaded the truck. What a great job!!! Only thing is husband so happy he's sending me back for more stuff ...

Terrible customer service. Every single time my family and I come here we are dissapointed. Do not recommend. There was even an incident where my step dad was targeted for his ethnicity by the " boss". We waited on a delivery for 3 weeks and ended up just getting a refund because they didn't know how to explain themselves and literally told me "our boss won't send the order in". Horrible experience.

My husband rented a rug Dr here, and I had to take it back while he as at w work. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way to return it, but I had my two very young children with me, and might need some assistance. I think her name was Cheryl, but she was very kind. Assured me that when I pull up they'd have someone cone out,get the rug Dr, hand me the bill,get payment from me, go cash me or and bring me back my change. I got there and it all hastened very smoothly. Can't say howmuch I appreciated not having to take the babies out. They will definitely keep our business. Thank you guys

This place is certainly centered around customer service. At times they can almost be overbearing but I think it's because they are also very focused on preventing theft. Overall the staff is friendly, the selection is good, and the prices are reasonable. I don't hesitate to make a quick trip inside when I don't want to go all the way to Farmington.

Its always a good time walking into ACE Hardware. Friendly, helpful and attentive. And they cut pretty good keys. Also my son and I are loving the random used toys and games that are for sale by the garden area.

The Gentleman that loads out stuff like Whole pallets of concrete in the back. I got there 10 minutes to close in time before I shut him down and told him I was here to pick up another pallet of concrete. Without fail he happily went and got back on his forklift and retrieved the pallet for me . That's what I call keeping it real! I Thanked him for His services, Then tipped40 bucks!

Been coming here for years but not any more. Yesterday one of Mike's little pet girl employees was extremely rude to me because I brought up a peice of rope to purchase and I didn't know the price for it. Instead of finding help she complained to me and was further upset that I didn't measure the rope. I come to this store to purchase hardware, not to get get talked down to by the cashier.

I have a soft spot for locally owned hardware, farm and ranch stores. This one is definitely one of my favorites. The only thing I can think of to make it better is for them to sell firearms along with the ammunition they already offer.

The store was good but just need to train the younger staff alot better then having them stand around like they know what they are doing because it was sad too see the young kids thinking that he knows what he is doing but they truly need more training on all the products that your company is selling know just what they want to know because in the end it makes them look stupid standing their and walking around

Staff is always right there to give a hand and store is always neat and well keep. I go here a lot and most of the time they will have what i need and saves me that trip back to farmington for whatever . Thanks Thomas
