I had the green chile double patty with cheese (no mayo, no mustard, no ketchup) with medium seasoned fries and a large diet dr pepper... burger was delicious, even I'm not a big chile eater, it had a slight kick for me... fries weren't hot, but that's on my, I placed my order online and half an hour ahead...soda wasn't flat and was ice cold... server and service was friendly and quick

Wow so amazing I don’t even know where to start. The staff, top-notch, amazing and friendly! The two gentlemen working in the front were extremely helpful very knowledgeable about the menu and described everything wonderfully and were just so positive and pleasant to speak to! They were just very friendly and made My girlfriend and I feel right at home. Now to the food, oh my gosh! Probably some of the best burgers we had ever had, seriously. We got the special New Mexico style burger with the chilies and it was top notch. The burgers were cooked fresh right in front of us the onion rings and french fries were piping hot cooked to perfection and delicious! Thank y’all so much for making the food amazing, keep up the great work!!!

Expensive for the mass amount of grease you're buying. No where on the menu is the price $12.99 posted, but if you order the meal that's what they'll charge you. Shouldn't eat it, it'll make you sick. I took a few bites to kill the hunger, too much, 40 min. later in the Museum bthrm. with severe stomach cramps.The absolutely worst place to eat! They serve grease! Should be called "lots grease!' The bun, the bag containing fries and the fries, as well the onion rings, covered in a thick film of grease. 5 layers of doubled napkins under the burger and still creating a puddle of grease in the wax paper. Just Nasty.

The food is good and delicious but I think they can do better on their customer service when taking orders over the phone I placed an order this morning and they misspelled my name to Kaleh instead of my actual name Kaleb, and I think they over charged me as well I ordered 2 New Mexico style lota burger meals with green chili jalapenos and seasoned fries and on the receipt it said 2 New Mexico style lota burger meals , two lota burger , 2 large seasoned fries and two large drinks.

We were just driving through NM and needed somewhere to eat. It was DELICIOUS. Great burger.... Cherry shake tastes just like cherry ice cream. If you like spicy food they have excellent green chilies too. Best chilies cheese fry I have ever had. Service was great to...great atmosphere...thanks for the awesome experience I wish you were open in my state.

The Bloomfield NM lunch crew was dialed in today! My onion rings were crispy, my burger was hot, tasty and someone made it with pride. They didn’t just throw it together like so many other places do.Extremely fast service, I was in and out on down the road. Thanks!
