Had numerous problems, Tv did not work, they would not switch me rooms. hot tub and pool were out of service, beeping sound in hall made it very annoying, advised hotel staff of situation and they did nothing. Beeping was coming from vending machine which we resolved ourselves. Shower in our room was broken it sprayed water everywhere. Lobby restrooms had no toilet paper. Horrible experience. Would like room to be compensated but only offered me 15 off total. Outrageous we checked out early.

I enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient along our trip. The employees were helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and warm.Breakfast was great with lots of choices.I would stay here again if in the area.

Pool and hot tub are empty, "Under repairs" but no evidence of any work going on and no mention of it when you are booking your room.Room was simple, clean. Breakfast was ok; a decent set of choices. But, no waffle mix and "short staffed, manager can pick some up on the way in", but no idea when that will happen. Coffee is basically water. Should be selling these rooms at a decent discount.Noteworthy details: Pool and hot tub are empty.

I can't rate the rooms, service, or the location, since I just stopped in to visit someone here. What I can say is that the hotel was spotless, and the people there were very nice.Given my limited experience, I would definitely book a room here if I needed to stay in town.

The pool is closed, and the workout room needs to be updated and better hand weights.Breakfast would be better with different options each day.Overall room was clean and bed was comfortable.Rooms: Clean but a bit musty smelling.

First I'd like to mention the decor here at Best Western puts me in a relaxed state, I'm very happy to know that I am staying here. Next the staff are not only helpful but so very beautiful especially the ladies at the front desk and kitchen. I assume it's part of the decor, moving on the rooms are extremely clean and the bathroom and showers are what I expect in such place as this. Also take advantage of the breakfast burritos, waffles and hot coffee in the morning. This is a great place to get a goods nice rest. I strongly recommend staying here.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a nonsmoking room and was given a smoking room, the door said no smoking, but the room smelled like a smoking lounge. I immediately walked back downstairs and requested a different room, only to be cursed at and told that all rooms on that floor are former smoking rooms, and if people smoke in the rooms that is just too bad. I once again requested another room only to be told that I would have to pay for both rooms if I switched (I had only stepped into the room, not spent more that a few seconds in it). I told her that I would leave and gave her the card to my room. She said I had to pay for the room. Well, I called Best Western Customer Service and they said that this motel is privately owned, only using the Best Western name, so pretty much, "Too bad". So I have a charge on my credit card of $150 for a room that smelled like an ash tray that I spent about 10 seconds in. My advice: avoid this place at all costs if you do not want to have a smoking room, because once they have your credit card number, they will rack up the charges as fast as they can. Also, there were a half dozen or so homeless druggies hanging out in the parking lot, looking in people's vehicles, shooting up on the sidewalk in the parking lot, I was worried about my truck, but didn't stay long enough to see, luckily. Overall, a VERY shady place.

One of the nicest Best Westerns I've been to, breakfast was great, with fresh cut fruit, actual fried eggs instead of powdered eggs, and french toast some days. Although I only turned the tv on once there was a bunch of channels to browse from. The rooms were nice and clean. The best part was the staff, 6am or 6pm they greeted you with a "Good morning" or "Hows it going" and a big smile on their face. Very welcoming

We were traveling to Santa Fe for the Forth of July, and planned to stay over in Colorado. After calling around to book a room somewhere every place we tried was fully booked. We called the Best Western, and I must say I'm SO HAPPY we did!!! When we arrived, extremely fatigued, we were greeted by a very kind receptionist, and chocolate chip cookies! Our room was immaculate, and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb!!! There were so many choices to choose from. The staff were beyond friendly! They made sure we were satisfied with our stay. After visiting Santa Fe we planned to stay over in Colorado on our return journey, but we opted to go back to the Best Western!!! We will definitely be returning, and we HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay!!!!

Was really disappointed on this visit. I've been coming to this hotel for about 12 years and really enjoy it. The service is top notch every time we come. This time we had great service but we put some water in the mini refrigerator and about 11:00 at night found out it didn't work. The breakfast is really good but this time they where out of most everything she restocked the butter but not rhe bread or bagels cereal tasted old and nasty. The shower had hair all over it and shower curtain was gross. The staff is great I just feel like the ball was dropped this time around and maybe cause of the holiday weekend.

This is an amazing place to stay. The atmosphere is great. My kids love the swimming pool and hot tub. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast ladies are wonderful. Also a very beautiful breakfast spread. The fresh fruit is awesome .

The woman at the front desk was great and polite. We got the last room down stairs and it was righ by the lobby, could not hear a thing was great!! Breakfast was fantastic!! Fried eggs waffles potatoes bacon sausage, good pastries, good bread and bagels. The room was very clean and spacious!We saved this hotel for next time!!!

I would give it 100 stars if I could. It's based in a very small town in Bloomfield, New Mexico. From the second I arrived, and that was at 2:30 am, I had to drive through a unexpected zero viability blizzard in May, the staff couldn't have been more friendly, kind, accommodating and friendly. I was tried , grouchy and they were wonderful. The room was impeccably clean. I felt safe and relaxed. The spa was perfect after a long cold day the following day. The gym certainly helped me blow off some much needed family steam. Every person I had an interaction with was just as wonderful as the first person. Since I grew up there I thought I would test the staff and see what they new about the area and what they recommended. They were all spot on. Thank you foe doing such a great job with your staff. I highly recommend this BW!

What a pleasant Surprise. This hotel is a wonderful spot in a somewhat desolate location. Clean comfortable and great service. Breakfast was a pleasure fresh fruit real eggs bacon sausage as well as all the other breakfast items. Had a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance and a large supermarket as well. Since we were on motorcycles this was a bonus that was enjoyed. 350 to 500 miles on a bike can take its toll after while. Pool was great hot tub as well. Even a stainless grill. We would go back in a minute if heading in that direction.

Room was clean. Beds weren't great but weren't bad either. Breakfast was a bit on the skimpy side but a step up from just a continental breakfast. Overall it was a decent place to stay in a town that didn't have a lot of options.

Great hotel. Small town hotels can be questionable, but this one was clean and the breakfast was AMAZING quality and variety. The staff was so accommodating to our situation, and the shower heads were wonderful. Beds weren't super comfy, but not too bad for the age of the hotel. Everything felt and looked very clean, and the area felt safe especially considering it was a small, older town. Grocery store and gas station super close.

We were extremely impressed by the welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful staff and management of this hotel. The location is convenient, the room was spotless, the check-in staff made us feel warmly welcomed, and the manager went above and beyond in being helpful, especially during this time of uncertainty. I would highly recommend staying here, especially when the world returns to normal.

Online price was significantly lower than what my kids were charged.They were denied late check out, even though it is listed as an amenity.Not sure if they were taken advantage of because they were young, because the clerk knew they were only there because their vehicle broke down (and therefore had limited options) or because they are trans. Could even be a combination of the three.Doesn't matter. They say one bad apple can spoil the bunch.As a family who travels cross-country several times a year for personal reasons, and the wife of an engineer who travels often for work, I now know what chain to avoid.But since they are likely a franchise, they probably think the extra $40 and extra hour of empty room are worth it.
