Tractor Supply is generally a good place to get your propane filled. Not here. Showed up at 3:30 on a Tuesday. Huge banner saying "We Fill propane" and a price sign. Enter the store and ask for a fill and was informed that there was no.one who could fill my tank AND their propane station was broken. A sign outside at the gate would have been helpful so I did haul my tank across the parking lot for no reason. Won't be back to this location.

Items and prices are as expected, and they have friendly employees. We shop and fill up our propane here, and love having them just up the road.Only complaint is the person in between the sets of doors, trying to get donations for something or other a few days ago... they need to set up somewhere else so customers don't feel obligated to acknowledge them whether or not a donation comes from the interaction. It's just so awkward and uncomfortable.

Highly disappointed by the lack of communication. Needed our propane tanks filled. My husband and I went to the store earlier this morning and ask if it was possible to get our tanks filled. We were told yes, that someone would be there all day that was able to fill them up. At the time we didn’t have them with us because we have read reviews that they don’t fill tanks on the weekend, I did try to call the store before with no answer. So, we came back to our RV and grabbed our tanks and headed back. When we arrived we were told that there was no one there to fill them. The manager just blew us off, like we have should have known. Don’t go there to fill your tanks, it seems nearly impossible.

Pulled up about 4:00 PM needing propane in RV and spare tanks. Was told “no one here that can operate the propane”.Really? Is it that hard to train employees and then make sure someone trained is scheduled at all times?Very disappointed.

This place is good to shop, they load the heavy stuff for you. Dog food has good prices for large dogs. The only negative is the isles have no space and they have no variety of items like chicken coops, or styles of certain items.

I was in the store on 06/26/2020, I was struggling to find a nut. I went to the front to ask for help and the gentleman Mark was super helpful. He did not hesitate to help and was happy the whole way until I checked out. There needs to be more people like him. Thanks again Mark!

James at the Bernalillo, new mexico location was very helpful and friendly,even offering a free cold pack when purchasing my dog's parvo shot. I have shopped there numerous times and the employees have always gone above and beyond. Kudos to management for creating and driving a great team!

Staff was great, But i purchased a table to be delivered two drivers attempted but could not fit unit in vehicle ordered was canceled and I was refunded table price but not delivery, seems no one knows how to handle. Went and picked up table myself, today I unpacked and it looks like a fork lift went through and damaged the top piece. To make matters worse I had drove 29 miles to the Edgewood store and they could not find the table. Most dis-organized store I have ever seen, told me to go out back and see if I could locate. Pallets everywhere of what looked like stock orders to be put away. This was my first shopping experience with TS. Might just be my last.

Great customer service. Employees treat you like they have known you for years. I wear a kilt all the time, so I guess they recognize me.☺. When I really need any welding supplies this is my quick stop. We buy all our dog food here also

Went out of our way to come to tractor supply to get our propane tank on our camper filled. After taking it off of our car and then going inside seeking help, was told that there was nobody there to fill the tank. Very disappointed that on Thursday at 3 in the afternoon you couldn't do that.

They need more communication among staff and get more people who can fill propane tanks. The last few times I have needed propane I have called in advance to make sure someone is available to fill my tank. Two of the last three times I have gone to fill my propane tank there has not been someone working that day, even after talking to someone at the store to find out when a qualified employee would be working. Employees that answer the phone do not know enough to answer customer questions correctly. From now on I am going elsewhere for my propane.

I walked in looking for a gate opener (sliding gate) because I had heard that they carried gate openers. But all they had there where swinging gate openers. But that's not what I had a problem with... 5 minutes after I walked in, I caught one of the employees eye balling me, so I thought to myself, I could be wrong but let's make sure, so I decided to purposely walk down every aisle and act like I was looking around, waiting for him to say "can I help you sir". Sure enough every where I went I would see him out of the corner of my eye trying to act like he was straightening out stuff (I literally caught him "popping in on me" 8 times) this whole time not once did he bother to ask if I needed assistance. Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFILING. finally after 35 minutes of being in the store and three different employees looking right at me and not asking me if they could help me find something. I thought to myself "forget this, I'm out of here".I drove to a fence and gate store, I spent my money there.NEVER WILL I COME BACK & I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

Placed an order online to minimize the expose to the virus but they just cancelled it without any comments. Made a phone call to figure out what's going on and they said it's out of stock, I already confirmed it's in stock online though. Went through this kind of similar situation a couple of time. Finally I got their approval(?) to come pick up my order in my fourth of fifth trial. When I went there to pick up my order, they just gave me only one I placed an order for 3. They should've let me know they have only one so I can cancel this order ended up wasting my time and gas. Don't understand how they could survive with this terrible system.

Great products for low prices. Nice clean environment and a relaxed shopping experience. Staff is knowledgeable when asked about a product. The layout appears to be that of other tractor supplies. One problem I found was that "chick days" at my tractor supply in el paso lacks the actual baby chicks for sale. Other than that this place has always been my go to place for needed items.

You can get almost anything here. Prices are comparable to most other places.Lag screws, bolts and metal washers are sold by the pound, which can be cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes where they are priced individually.

Consistently out of stock of almost all brands of dog food, cat food, and cat litter. I needed to start going to the location on 2nd street as they are SO unreliable with having needed items. Seriously, do better.

I was surprised at how much they had and the value of everything in stock. From pet food, farm equipment, batteries, power tools, safety equipment, electric fences, tools, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The staff was also knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be shopping there more often.

Waited in line to checkout for 15 minutes. Finally gave up and left. Store was not busy. You have to do better than that if you want my business. In and out of Big R in under 5 minutes!

The cashier don't anything about the products. She just checks out the product. She asked"Is there anything i can help you with? " AhAsk her if this was the right hook for a chain i purchase, she looked at it and said "I think so i'm not really sure". I knew it was the right hook size, since she asked i asked her that question. The cashier should know what she is selling to customers.I've shopped here before and had no problems like this before.

I love Tractor Supply... I end up spending more money than I expected every visit because of all the good prices. And now that the stores are able to open up more. Can't wait to go back and loose my self for a couple hours in the store, because of all the interesting products.Only down fall is an employee by the name of Lisa who runs her mouth about personal business. Having the biggest family in the Bernalillo area, There has been numerous friends and family who have approached me on how they were at Tractor Supply and Lisa starting complaining to them about I've taken my son away from them. First of all she shouldn't be talking to anyone of her personal business, while she's at work. Secondly I have a hudge family. And a lot of them started going else where just not to have to hear her complaining every time they walk into Tractor Supply. So while I'm not trying to make her lose her job. I really feel like someone has to make her leave her personal business at home.Because of her nagging, your store is missing out on a large amount of business in the Bernalillo area. We would like to feel comfortable again when we walk in your store. Not worried about having to put up with your employee.

If you want to legitimate country store within range of Albuquerque, then this is a good place to consider. When I needed baling wire and I didn't want to drive all the way to Texas, Tractor Supply Co was the only game in town. It's a little bit big for his britches in terms of the website and branding stuff they got going on. However, once you get inside the store, the folks working there are regular folks. And the stuff they sell there is what you'd expect to find in a country store.

Had some car trouble on the way to Telluride. Thanks to Sheelah and Jeremy, we got everything we needed plus some GREAT SERVICE to boot. They helped get us back on the road and it took less than 15 minutes. Thank you Tractor Supply for hiring real people who actually still go the extra mile to be helpful to complete strangers.

I really like this store. They have a wide range of feed and hardware. They employees are always friendly and helpful. Thier prices seems to be competitive but I really don't have to much to go on as I haven't shopped around for the feed I get.
