They had green Chile. They roast it for you. Put bags in crates, carry to your car. All I did was pay. They did the restI recommend

Great little market. Lots of fresh produce along with an assortment of tortillas, spices, chiles (dried, frozen, and fresh in season), and other grocery items. Also talavera and various Mexican collectables.
