It's in the worst part of town but I always receive excellent customer service here at pickup. The pickup is amazing, and really fast. The in store management is another story. They consistently watch you, it's not 24hours anymore but the rude lifeless employees stock in the day and they won't get out of your way. Cashiers are rude and slow, I'm faster at self checkout... The heavy set manager with the vest, is a joke. He has been there for years and still follows me and my family when shopping. Always out of stock on the app and in the store.... This store is trash. Never any dog food, no milk, no cream, no roma tomatoes, this store is still trash.

I have shopped here for over two years. Until recently, the "recepit showing upon exit" was excessively comprehensive at this place. Wal-Mart: the only place you're treated like a king upon entering and a criminial when exiting. I understand it is holiday times but if this comes back, I will drop another star. I found a puppy, got all the required (and some not required) shots and I'm trying to train him to come along in stores so that I can go RVing with him. My rating dropped a star because this Wal-Mart REALLY sucks for pets and the employees are excessively mean and/or impractical. I was told in self-checkout if he barks again I will be kicked out of the store (after he boffed and a single bark since he has never seen a human child let alone a group of them). Then on a seperate occasion, upon exiting was told (with a 20lb dog) "Next time walk him on a leash in the store don't put him in the cart." I later joked with my friend about it. What in the hell would that look like? A puppy the size of a large Chiuhaha with a cart weighing over 50lb in a crowded Walmart shopping for a months worth of food. I've seen a large breed dog once walking on the floor but I think it was a seeing eye dog on a sitdown cart. Maybe the majority disagrees with my views and thinks lap and travel dogs should stay at home alone. But I'm going to continue exposing him to people when I can while he's interested regardless of how uninterested I am in being around society.

RACIST PEOPLEHorrible experience that my boyfriend and I lived, we were passing the products in the machine and two workers were only taking care of what my boyfriend and I did, then by mistake I duplicated a product and asked for help, then one of those ladies told me that it was better for me to stay at my house, they should change that type of RACIST PEOPLE DISGUSTING PEOPLE LIKE THAT, we prefer to go to the Walmart that is in Los Lunas than to go back to Belen's.

Just curious. Is it normal to be waiting an hour and a half for pick up service? My pick up time was between6 and 7 am. Its 830 and yes im still waiting. If I wanted to wait this long I could have been waiting in the ridicules lines. I have watched numerous other films drive up and pick up their orders. They drive up, two seconds later the attendant comes out and loads it in there vehicle. I list count at the 2 hour mark

I will not ding the store on (stars) for one ("bad actor"). I am in my wheelchair, and my wife puts eggs on the corner of the scanner. We did not know as my wife was scanning other items. The eggs were scanning over and over. So, we called for customer service, as the scanner kept getting stuck, and the service rep had cleared the system about four (4) times already. Then, I noticed a lot of over-charges of 18-pack-eggs that inadvertently were scanning on their own. So, I asked the customer service rep/assistant manager to please review the screen, as I believed one 18-pack of eggs was not deleted. The customer service rep/assistant manager had taken out the overcharged items out very quickly, and I believed I had seen (one) more over-charge on the screen. So, I asked her, "Is there one more of the 18-pack of eggs, still on the system?" The assistant turned and looked at me and said: "EXCUSE ME, I know how to do my job"!!! She turned and walked away in a rude manner. Then the scanner got stuck again, and she would not help us. So, another woman arrived to clear the error on the machine. The new nice women said the computers seem to get stuck for no apparent reason. So, we finished and paid for our purchase, and the rep/assistant manager just stood there and watched us, as my family and I left the store in my electric wheelchair. Horrible experience.

The people are terrible by the door and at the cash register. Just today another pain is the door greeter pulled everything out of my bag's to go over the everything then I had to rebag all the bags myself

Staff is friendly I've never had a problem with them.where my issue lies is in why do the stockers have to be out when we're shopping? WALMART no longer opens 24 hour's so why can't stockers do it at night?It's already bad enough with self check out..that is just a stupid idea but I know nomatter how much I don't like it,that seems to be the direction in which thing's are going . it's supposed to be progress but in this situation in my opinion I don't see the progression. Obviously for WALMART it's a win it's free labor.The majority who go in are elderly people who prefer earlier hour's but it truly is hard to get around your staff.i know putting this will not change anything or even really matter but I will try just the same.Instead of taking all your staff from checkouts, do something to help your consumers. You already make enough money make shopping there atleast less of a hurdle and hassle

1 manned register open which is hard being vision impaired. It took me longer to check out than it did to get my 7items. staff did not seem to know where anything was or inclined to help find it.

Honestly I may have had a few issues with employees not doing their job or just having a no good attitude... But I've had more good experiences then bad. Most of the time they have what you need. Stores always neat, until my child gets in there then seems like things tend to get a little messy 😂 but she's decided to pretend to be a worker there and try to fix things now. So now the store looks way better with the mini worker there. Highly recommend Walmart for your grocery and daily shopping.

This is pretty great, but a bit out of the way. 3 stars because they harass paying customers about their receipt as they leave far more than any other walmart I have been to. Be ready to have it out or get yelled at, chased, or accused of stealing. Happened to me and my wife several times.

It's a Walmart. Nothing special. Same issues with stock in the aisles, employees stocking shelves adding to already over-crowded conditions. If there was an option to shop somewhere that had the selection of products I need under one roof, I'd use it. Even at higher prices. Target comes close, but they aren't as present as Walmart and their selection is under par. There's gotta be some business out there willing to seize an opportunity to create competition to what is, in my view, sub standard customer awareness or care. I'd switch in a heartbeat! ✌️😎

It's a decent Walmart, if not my usual one. Had a hard time finding some things so I used the item locator feature on their app. Things were listed in the wrong aisles which resulted in some frustrated hunting. Staff is nice though and things were pretty well stocked.

It's a decent Walmart, except don't expect to get any help if your coupons are on the product itself, like $5 off a pack of Sheba cat food. They can't or won't help in the self checking area. Oh well.

Used to be a great location. The self-checkout is incredibly difficult if you are purchasing a large number of groceries. (Good luck getting anyone to help you). Also the employees filling the online orders are AWFUL! They are rude, push customers out of the way with their carts and block aisles/shelves while they play with their phones. Produce is always soft and molded. Meat is always discolored. Products on the shelf are often outdated, cans dented. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to shop.

Was there last night Sunday October 8th 2023. Was paying for my items at self check out and was approached by a female older employee asking me if I was a Dallas Cowboy fan? To which I replied I can't stand em! She said good because if you were I couldn't help you and laughed. Well she was so busy putting down the Cowboys she couldn't do her job properly and input something incorrectly so she had to call a lil boy girl looking troll that came with an even worse attitude and told me to leave! All I was doing was paying for my groceries!!! What a bunch of LIL LOOOSERS!!! IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE!!! I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER BUT THEY CAN KEEP THEIR SORRY WALLMART AND CLOWN ATTITUDES! I HAVE SHIRTS OLDER THEN THEM WANNA B KIDS! ID BE ASHAMED HAVING PEOPLE LIKE THIS REPRESENT MY COMPANY!!! It's Walmart if you haven't formed an opinion about it already, where have you been, my view is they're all pretty much the same, the chain that made ghost towns of main street america, is still going strong, while a lot of retailers are gone or going, if you have one close by you know the routine, good or bad, it's what it's came to, Sam Walton took full advantage of the capitalist system.

Arrived 25 minutes before 11pm to get diapers and the ticket boy (tall, skinny with glasses) was at the door, refused to open it and instead put his foot in front of the door so it wouldn't open, put his hand up dismissing us and didn't even want to listen to us.Everytime we come to this location, he's always rude and has zero social skills.I want to see the companies policy that states they can close 30 minutes before 11pm..
