Horrible store. Horrible service. Don't even bother to notify folks waiting on a prescription they going to close early. Maybe if you had better management, hired better people, then you could could keep a pharmacist on duty on a regular basis such as possibly your pharmacy posted hours?

Over an hour wait in drive through with four cars in front. The teller at the window is the most patient man I’ve ever seen. If you plan on getting any prescriptions be prepared to wait in a line for an hour. This is recurring with the same person at the drive through window. I have walked in and my luck I ended up with the same employee.

Pharmacy staff are very rude. My doctor sent in 4 different prescriptions on Wednesday. They filled 1 and not the other 3. When I called the woman told me it would be ready in the morning. Every time I call it is just excuses and it is now Sunday still without my medication. Don’t go here if you actually want to get the medication you need.

The customer service was amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful and the store was very organized and clean this is one store that has pretty much everything I was looking for thank you Walgreens staff and management for making me feel at home

horrible pharmacy staff! lady hangs up the phone when i ask about my medication and like gaslights me when i told them i asked for a refill on my medication too. i need to find a new pharmacy now!

I waited for 35 minuets to talk to the pharmacy.They ended the call with me when I was next in line.I called again and I waited ANOTHER 30 minuets because they put me last in line before they hung up on me againI was calling about a prescription they said would be ready two days ago.

I come here for odds and ends items often and the store is clean and workers are friendly. Long waits sometimes though. The pharmacy has always had waiting issues. My friend and I had to wait over an hour for a prescription called in 4 days prior. I don't know what happened but was given a flimsy excuse regarding insurance. Everything was covered so no clue what the issue was. Sitting in the parking lot over an hour right out of surgery was not fun. If there was a problem from the get-go, nobody called. No bueno! Glad we have a Walgreens but no likey waiting!

The in-store experience is great. Orders are ready to pick-up within an hour usually. The lines are short if you're buyinginside.The staff is very helpful. I had a mistake on an online (curbside) order and management resolved it quickly with no hassle at all.The photo service is fast with really good quality. I can do several orders online (prescription, store, photo) and pick them all up at the drive through or curbside the same day. Very convenient!

Overwhelmed or under stocked. Switched from Share n Care pharmacy a few months ago for convenience. Walgreens offered to fill meds every 90 days with 90 day supplies. Hasn’t happened once in three tries. Looking for another provider.

Bought a product at another Walgreens an tried to return it here. But Rachel in management said she would "rather not" let me return it... Because it will mess up the inventory. Then I asked if it was store policy she said no, but she still wasn't going to do it. I don't know why they didn't just say that right away instead of making me wait for a manager asking me 21 questions then still not do it.NEXT TIME JUST SAY NO RECEIPT NO RETURN.

I can't get my prescriptions filled. Their automated service takes my order and puts me on hold. After fifteen minutes of listening to terrible music it hangs up on me. Their monthly refill plan is never right, most of the time I make many trips per month to get everything I need. Their window in-store is closed and has been all week. And there's a endless line around the block of poor soul's waiting for a prescription just to get what they need. It's insane and personally don't think I want to continue going with out my therapies that have been prescribed by a doctor to keep me alive.... If this is their best then it's time to get another pharmacy........TankQ for letting me have the right to comment on this topic.DRC. ;)

I guess the pharmacy is allowed to close early. I called, they knew that I was on my way to get my meds, I pulled up to the window at 5:58pm — window was shut down, ran inside right at 5:59pm and as I was running inside the pharmacy crew was already walking out. I understand I was the last minute person and that’s my bad, however— they knew I was coming and it WAS NOT 6pm when they closed today. They in fact closed early.

As to accuracy of prescription, I have no complaint. The big problem here is messages and phone calls. I just got a computer-voiced message, and not for the first time, where I'm asked some unintelligible question having to do with prescription update(s), I think, but not exactly. Apparently, instead of relaying the status, the voice asks if would like to hear the information at all ? Then, unwittingly, by pressing 7, all future messages are stopped, and without any prescription status. This is terrible ! Now here I sit at 5:00 awaiting a very much needed prescription. So, I call. The long and short of it: After much security information, the voice sees more than one prescription on the phone number for my account, and passes me off to a member of staff, whom, of course never comes to the phone -- and if you've the fortitude to wait - you'll wait for the better part of 45 minutes, then be truncated - bzzzzzzzzzzz. and that's it ! This, I sadly, fear, is going to be the relationship between AI and humans.

Pharmacy has hold times of up to an hour and a half. They take 2 or 3 days to fill an RX. As far as the customer service at the window, I have no complaints.

Homeless folks standing by the entrance. Severely understaffed. They close, yes close the pharmacy for lunch!!!! What!?! There's no signage stating as such. Hate this location. NEVER going back. Manager could care less..... rude. Very obvious she doesn't want to be there. Visited several times. I'm done.

Your whole pharmacy staff walked off the job today. Just totally unacceptable. Luckily I have a days meds left for my husband who had a heart attack. And regular management seemed.to think it was funny. You NO LONGER HAVE MY BUSINESS

I've been trying to pick up my RX Florida several days but due to staffing the Belen Walgreens Pharmacy has been closing early. I work in ABQ so I got off work early to get to Walgreens before 6. I arrived at 5:30 and there was a line of 5 or 6 vehicles in front of me. I was in line for 45 mins, I get to the window and see 3 employees in the Pharmacy ignoring me and the cars behind me...they closed the Pharmacy with people waiting in line...I will never go back to the Belen Walgreens again.

Constantly take an hour and a half or longer to fill a prescription. Then the cashier Jenny was extremely rude. I had to wait until the prescription was ready so I came inside. She continued with her rude attitude then gave me a bunch of dirty looks. Unfortunately I had to go back a few hours later to get my 5 yo daughter tylenol since she has the flu. Jenny was standing up at the front register having a conversation with that cashier. She then began talking badly about me right in front of me. No she can't control the fact that my prescription wasn't ready but she sure as heck can control her bad attitude!!! If you don't like your customer service job Jenny get a different job!!!!

This Walgreens pharmacy never answers the phone. You will sit on hold for ever and then they simply just hang up on you. The doctors office even stated they can NOT get through. If you have any alternative choice to use for a pharmacy I highly suggest you go with another pharmacy provider.

The pharmacy never answers phone calls. They will leave everyone on hold for hours at a time. This is increasingly frustrating when we are trying to handle many prescriptions from a child care facility. We switched most of our prescriptions to another pharmacy in Belen because this Walgreens is a hassle to deal with.

The pharmacist is a rude human 🤦🏼‍♀️ I asked what she recommended for my child’s possible pink eye and she responds with a prescription(sarcastically)🤦🏼‍♀️ it was late to get him in with his doc but she didn’t care to ask that 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ so I told her the situation and she responded with artificial tears 🤦🏼‍♀️ went looking around and there’s actually pink eye relief drops 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just walked into the pharmacy for a flu shot and found out Walgreens is only offering COVID and flu shots by appointment. They have nothing available for a solid week even though the waiting area is completely empty. This is how our small town Walgreens is proactively responding to a Pandemic and flu season. Shame on you. I got an appointment in Los Lunas same day.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! I called about my prescription 4 days in advance, they said yes it’s ready I drive 50 miles one way for them to tell me ohh you need a new prescription.....WTH!!! It will be ready tomorrow... ughhh. Other times I go to pick up prescriptions it’s at least an hour wait. Rude little girl there with black long hair... Don’t use this pharmacy. They will mess ur prescription up!!!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Had a TB test done. The main pharmacist Charlene gave me the test. Painful injection, bleed and not even a band aid was given. Received a document stating dates and times to be read: the first one was wrong. Pharmacy is closed at the specific time given. How can the manager miss that?. Second day, I was informed there was no qualified pharmacist to read the results. So tough on you, you have to take the test again. So unprofessional, now I'm even wondering is she knows what she's going. DON'T GO THERE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN. Her license should be revoked. Save your time, money and a bad experience

I had to pick up a few items and decided to give Walgreen's a try.Unfortunately, one of the employees appeared to be sick with a respiratory illness and was coughing- A LOT.In the times of Covid-19, it was very disheartening to see.The store looked like it had been hit very hard with Christmas shopping as most shelves were empty, but that's hardly anyone's fault.Be advised that it also appears that this location is not keeping up with capacity limits...there were a lot of people in there.Other than that, the employees were friendly and I was able to get some grocery staples.
