Got two puppies last Thursday. The smaller one was lethargic on Friday and completely stopped eating on Saturday and then had horrendous vomiting and diarrhea. If I hadn't given him droppers of water every hour, he would have died. On Monday, we got the diagnosis for Parvo. Called the pet store to tell them immediately that they might want to wipe everything down, and was met with apathy and indifference from the man who answered the phone. The other pup has a horrid skin condition that has been here since we got him. Both dogs are on meds to treat their symptoms, but I am appalled at the lack of care and indifference these dogs endured. Their water bowl when we walked in was filthy, with no actual water in sight. No food, and a tiny cat bed for them to sleep in. When we got them home, they were famished and dehydrated. I've been a customer for years, I've had animals from there before. But never have I seen such terrible inaction before now. Extremely disappointed.

I love this little shop! They have everything you need in there! Great hospitality and very welcoming! The animals are very well taken care of,even her mice are nice 🤗! Gotta stop by and see all their stuff!

Terrible place. Went in with my boyfriend and bought two puppies yesterday on Jan 6th,2024. Unbeknownst to us they both had parvo. Walked in and they were friendly but I’m guessing it’s just a front for unhealthy pups. The smaller one we thought was just timid or stressed but then the vomiting and the pooping of blood were a strong indicator. It’s sad that this place did this. They must have known about it seeing as the smaller one clearly was not doing okay and was ill. This place deserves no stars.

I bought a puppy from here for my roomate and instantly when we got it home it started getting sick we rushed it to the vet,and it had parvo. I sent one of my dad's friends in to get one he got one and his died making his other dog sick when we went in to talk to the owner she refused to pay for the vet bill for the dog knowing it had parvo and because we didnt take the dog into her store so she could give it three droplets of her own parvo meds which is illegalshe sold dogs in her store a week prior that had parvo she said she would give us a refund for the price of the dog but that she was keeping the dog she then became very rude telling us that the reason it got parvo was because of the change in food. she was asking us if we'd given it it's parvo shots but the dog is only six and a half weeks old way to young for shots or even to be weined from the momma in my opinion.The owner isn't very knowledgeable and it' smells in there she houses Ferrets with kittens very rude owner I don't recommend going to this business terrible customer service when threatened to be taken to court she said go ahead I don't care, ok lady we will see you in court!!! Doesn't even deserve one star

Was looking for a specific pet and they had what I needed. Plus the cage with all the needs for the pet already ready. It was a perfect shopping experience, the gentleman was very helpful,patient with all my questions & very nice.I'm just so glad I didn't have to go to Albuquerque. Thank you !!!

All the politically correct people moved in from out of state and are crying about the store. I visit here maybe once every two years and its always looked the way it has. Ive bought a black lab/german shepherd mix puppy from here about 13 years ago and she was the best canine i have ever owned. Keep doing what youre doing. Ignore the noise. Youve done a good job being friendly and polite every time ive walked in that building.

This is just sickening. Three snakes in one enclosure. One is dead, one is sick and I’m sure the other one is close behind to becoming sick as well. This made my stomach turn. Thats just horrid. Not to mention it stinks and is so filthy the carpet that was once in there is nothing but flat cardboard. And one time i asked the lady(the owner) about one of her bunnies cuz they had a swollen gooey eye and she brushes me off and goes “oh its fine. Bunnies get this all the time” Not to stretch it out but another time they had people selling tattoos in the back behind the building in an Rv. I dont understand how theyve been open for so long. So many violations here.

Went here to look at pets to buy and when I was leaving I said thank you to the owner and asked if she had any sanitizer and she said no, she could spit in my hand and that’s the only sanitizer. Unprofessional and gross.

We bought our champagne coat ferret from her. She was very healthy and her mental health was full of energy and curiosity she was very well cared for until we bought her now she continues to be a very spoiled happy ferret! We are looking forward to purchasing a friend for our Tesla as soon as she gets more ferrets in. This woman is very knowledgeable about not only ferrets, but all of the animals under her care. She shows a beautiful joy when speaking about her animals and you can tell she loves what she does. 10/10 would recommend her shoppe. If we ever have questions we just go right down and she's always happy to help. This woman deserves recognition for the dedication and hard work that she does she is amazing.

Huge selection, we didn't even have time to browse everything. Way more than I was expecting from the outside. I really like that things like cricket food and water cubes, plants, and other sruff are broken down into affordable packages. The tank decorations were only 4.99- we have a burrowing animal so we didn't need any but I was impressed by the resonable price. Feels like I can get a lot here for my money, we don't need large amounts of anything, because we're still figuring out what works for our little toad.The animals look happy and healthy, and their enclosures are pretty nice looking. We definitely got some ideas for our own toad tank while looking at different environments. The people who work there/own it are willing to answer questions and seem knowledgeable.Also willing to process small amounts on cards, which I really appreciate.

All I've ever heard was this place is trash...and they proved it!Do not buy any pets or supplies from here!!!Selling sick puppies shatters a young girls heart.....(And it's illegal to sell "private sale animals" when your a pet store.)And you knew, that's why you told us not to vax the dog...because you knew!!!!!!!!!

Outside looks ghetto with debris, old furniture and old animal cages all stacked up.Handwritten sign in front with business hours. Looks like a child used a sharpie on the sign. Questionable looking people hanging out around the place .Weeds and old autos surround the place. Inside appears unhygienic, smelly and some animals do not appear healthy. Have no idea how this business stays in business.

Seems like they normally neglects the animals or they just get animals that are either sick or neglected already and it's a disgusting filthy place but I do love that it's there and blend because there's not another pet store
