I’ve been in here 2 times in the past week from out of state. I haven’t been in many dispensaries, but everything about this business is welcoming. Everyone I met who worked there was so incredibly nice. I can’t even recall the last time I’ve had such a pleasant retail experience. I lucked out and visited on customer appreciation day and the environment was so upbeat. I’m sad because it will probably be a bit before I get to support your shop again,as I was in Valencia County helping my parents move to the Midwest. However, when I come back to visit this beautiful state, I’ll definitely be stopping by your beautiful dispensary 😊😊

Let's start with the positive. The bud conesiour Taylor was GREAT. Super friendly and knowledgeable with the products especially being my first time as a customer. The deli style is great, and so far the flower is great as well. The negative part is these White Widow pre rolls, that were gross!! Did not taste like weed, did not smell like weed. They were the nastiest thing, not even joking. I rather have smoked Schwag then take another hit of this pre roll. It sucks because I got a four pack of em. Called and talked with Jeremiah, he was super defensive like it was his weed he grew. He told me he smoked 15 pre rolls of it and he loved them and had no idea what I was talking about lol. Besides that this place seems cool, I hope I don't have to deal with that goof ball in person though. I feel the white widow might be a bad batch but who knows. As long as Mr 15 pre roll Jeremiah loved them, that's what matters. Again, appreciate the good loose flower and the worker Taylor. 🙌 #PeaceAndLove

Only my 2nd time at this shop and I absolutely love it! The guys are super friendly, VERY knowledgeable about all of their products and they tell great stories, made me laugh. I'll most definitely be coming back here for all of my smoke needs! Keep up the great work guys and we'll keep coming back! This place is ABSOLUTELY worth checking out!

Matt will always go above and beyond for the customers and is always in a great mood he even called us after we accidentally left a item it wasn't even two minutes after we left the store and everyone else that's there keeps up just the same

Came in to purchase some flower product(s) where both budtenders were helpful, and knowledgeable. Adam was approachable and friendly regarding any questions I had. I ended up buying the 'Animal Face' strain and was not disappointed. It's not bad for a small-sized shop given the area it's located in. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks guys!

I work in Customer service and I am super picky when it comes to how people treat others. I have to say by far every single experience I have had here it gets better every time. This evening I got to the shop right as they were closing and I was treated like royalty by the 4 gentlemen in there. I didnt feel like I was a bother to them, I didnt feel rushed, it felt like I was their first customer of the day and not their last one of the evening. Hands down the best place in town, best customer service, best products, best everything. This was my favorite shop before this but this just solidifies why it's my favorite and I will continue to support them because of their amazing service. Thank you for the great experience!

The guys and gals at Smokal went above and beyond to get Veteran discount added to their pricing and called us and updated us along the way! Excellent customer service for this medical patient. It's ok. It's gotten more expensive. They are always pushing the most expensive stuff. They advertise for Weedmaps and Leafly but neither have ever worked properly. There's usually a system issue. Major downfall for them I think and it's incredibly irritating for a customer.

Usually smokal is my favorite dispensary in Belen. This last trip was sadly not a great experience. Smokal has changed their systems several times. And their policies. I was unaware of the change. When I received my card I was told that I no longer needed my card and have been in their SEVERAL times with my ID and there was never an issue since my card was renewed. One gentleman looked up my information and told me I was good. All while Issac (budtender) was rude and combative from the moment we walked in. I have been a loyal medical patient at the store, but after this last visit... I don't know. I know I will not purchase from budtender Issac again.

Nice knowledgeable people. Pipes an bongs a lot cheaper than smoke shop on main too. My guess is because they make money on marijuana so the accessories for them aren't taxed... Or they are just way over priced at the other smoke shops.EDIT: Also only dispensary I have found around here with seeds... Haven't tried growing any from here, but nice to know where to find seeds if I wanted to.

Hello~So far, this little gem of a dispensary has really pleasantly surprised me.Honestly, I try to be as fair and non-judgemental on any brand new business. Especially one with so many hoops to jump through just to sell this medicine. It is incredibly difficult! So, "Bravo!" on a GREAT start!The selection is quite good for a start.Loving all the selections of hybrids! More! Am excited to continue trying new items as they come in.Fair pricing, and EXCELLENT customer service.I dont mind a short wait when the staff is so careful and kind with each patient.I see great things happening for this new business. ☺️ p.s.ya'll need to get on:" Weedmaps" !!
