I am writing this as a past customer of 25 years who is no longer using your store as my source for a lot of my groceries. On multiple occasions we have gone in for sale items only to find they were sold out before the first day of the sale was over. We are repeatedly told that the warehouse is out or they didn't ship the sale item. We are told that they don't issue rain checks because of covid and rain checks are only good for 30 days anyway and they can't get a resupply in 30 days. After spending 15 or 20 minutes conversing with a sales clerk we were again told these same things over again. While checking out one of the cashiers friends or family got in line behind us with a extremely large amount of the items we were told they didn't have and couldn't get. We asked if that was the reason that the sale item was not available for us and the cashier replied that she had just bought all that was left. (Chicken Breasts and I'm just guessing that there were approximately 30 plus pounds in the box someone was buying for her) We were also told that the manager may or may not come in tomorrow and may or may not bring in more of the sale items. In response I may or may not shop there depending on your response.Edited to addThank you Lowes for the response (non response) after saying you would like to contact me. Per your request you have had my email and my phone number for over a week now. My decision to shop elsewhere is now validated.Edited to add...againNow two weeks later and still no response. Do you think everyone who read the initial response from you really thinks you replied back and resolved my issue? You didn't and they don't but thanks anyway.

Decent store but cause I was standing in front of store for a quick second to fix my hoodie they were quick to assume drug use of some sort when nothing was even being "smoked". Not everyone is a drug addict and even if I was one i wouldnt smoke in front of the store out of the respect of myself and others especially CHILDREN

Long lines and untrained cashiers. Customer in front of me was basically accused of theft when the cashier neglected to check said customers bottom of basket for large items when ringing him up. She made everyone in line wait while she rescanned every one of his items. I only needed a few things and I left without my stuff. Never shopping here again.

Lowe's Market is for when you don't want to run to Walmart. Their selection is limited and overpriced. Meat can be iffy at times, NM at your risk. The same goes for produce. They do have a good alcohol selection and some items not found at Walmart. Staff can be extremely rude and very slow. Also for some reason, they clean the carpet with tile cleaner, which makes the place smell like mildew.

I had way too many items in my hands because I chose not to grab a basket when I came in... only needed a couple of things. I passed through the meat section of the store on my way to get some bread and I saw the boneless beef short ribs. Could not pass those up! I grabbed two packages and completely forgot about the bread I was headed for. Oops. I gotta say, they always have such a great selection of some of the best quality meat I've seen in years...yes, even better than what I've seen at the local meat markets. Besides that they have quite a few items that I can't find anywhere else around Valencia county. Now, back to the whole reason I'm here...I want to thank the sweet lady who opened up a register because she saw me carrying way too much at once. THANK YOU, friendly cashier, for just being a genuinely good person. I wish I would have read her name tag I would have mentioned her by name. This is the kind of customer service that you just don't get anywhere anymore. Give this woman a raise.EDIT: December 24th 2023, this place is still a great place to shop. The cashiers are ALL very cool people and the meat is STILL the best. Even shopping last minute before Christmas Day the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Great place.

A nice little grocery store to get something quick without having to deal with a superstore. They always keep their products stocked. When something it out at a bigger chain, I know Lowe's has it fully stocked. The one thing I won't buy here is the meats. I have had bad experiences with the meats here. Something they have been dealing with more recently is a shortage of staff. Many times you have to deal with long lines.

It often smells funny. I only go when absolutely necessary. I only buy meat when it comes prepackaged from the distributor - think hams or chicken. If you dont have a smartphone to access the coupons you're out of luck

Most ridiculous customer service! I bought 3 Coke bottles under the sign advertising $1.89 for each. These were the glass bottles imported from Mexico. At the register I got charged $2.89 plus tax for each. Didn’t get a receipt. As I am walking out, my wife noticed I overpaid. So I go back but at this time there are already 5 people in line with carts of groceries. The clerk tells me I can come back at a later time and go to customer service for a refund. They were probably short people that day because there was no one to help at customer service. In about a week or so I went back and picked up a few more Coke bottles thinking they owe me $3 and some cents for tax. The clowns at customer service made such a fuss and refused to give me the credit as I had no receipt. I was never given a receipt. They knew I got overcharged as one of them (Tammi) apologized for what happened on the day I got overcharged explaining how clerks don’t know how to scan and enter the correct numbers on the bottles. I can’t believe a business would refuse to credit a customer $3 after overcharging the customer. Who does that? Seriously? I will neves stop there again. And the two ladies at customer service should be ashamed of themselves. It’s hard to imagine the business owner would condone the type of stupidity from his/her employees. According to the name tag one of the women’s name was Tammi. The other short haired called herself the manager. Just ridiculous!

Very rude staff!!! Everytime I go there they treat you like you are bothering them and they would much rather be somewhere else. This could be a really nice old timey store that people enjoy going to but the staff make you feel bothersome and unwanted it's crazy how rude they are to their guests

Had items I needed. Fast check out. And first time coming into store without the horrible smell when you first come in and shop. ( store has had this smell for years) Whatever your crew is doing keep it up. I didn't have to rush to get out of there.UPDATE as of 2/12/2022...store still does not have an awful smell. Great job !! Thank you it's much appreciated!!!!

Excellent customer service.. and the stockers do an amazing job at making everything look in order and they're really knowledgeable of the whereabouts of items in the store.. the cashiers are extremely friendly and helpful.. I gotta say it's always pleasant shopping here.

I'd rather drive 30 minutes to Smiths from here or go to Lowes in Abq. At least with those 3 blonde employees working here. They were so rude!!! If you're working retail and working as a front-end staff member, you should need customer service skills.

This could be a really nice grocery store if the owner would just hire employees with good customer service! At this store, there is no customer service, not even a thank you! Employees act like they hate being there.

Way over priced. Sales are only thing really makes it worth Wild. Produce is hit-and-miss. Been here many times where it's actually starting to expire. Customer service it's pretty decent. Make sure your id swipes like a debit card in order to buy products that require an ID. Which can be rather inconvenient.

Lowes supermarket is not such a bad place to do your grocery shopping.You can pretty much find anything in general what your looking for.Prices are fair. Also seems to be pet friendly since I've seen customers walking in with their small pets.

Great neighborhood grocery that is doing what they can to protest customers. Wide selection, well stocked, good prices - all made the shopping enjoyable and then you add the staff. Cashiers were fast and friendly, staff in the aisles were helpful and kind. We will always go here before Walmart.

Always been the local grocery store but just not the same. Freezer are always down. If your not buying items from the sales ad your going to pay almost double what you would at Walmart. The staff is amazing tho.

Took the time to call ahead and order pork fat was given a time to pick it up, showed up and was told the they no long take meat orders due to people not picking them up(which was never disclosed when I called and placed my order), said their machinery was already cleaned for the day and I would have to show up another day for what I wanted. I was in the middle of processing wild game that I harvested and scheduled my whole processing routine over my 2:30 pickup they put me in a huge bind. I was told by the store manager she could not over see the meat market and that the meat manager was not present on this particular day and there was nothing she could do. Thankfully Walmart was able to fulfill what I needed.

With everything that is going on right now with the pandemic I got to Lowe's and it was a small line which went pretty fast. I did my shopping and I was really impressed of how fast getting people in-and-out of there. They've been doing a really good job and keeping up with these hard times. I give thanks to all workers there at Lowe's for all that they've been doing. Thank you and God-bless
