Had propane, but after waiting for 5 minutes and ringing the office 3 times I was finally informed they have no one to pump propane (on one of those times they called me back trying to reach “Andrew” makes me think they just didn’t know how to use their radios). Clearly management needs a different strategy surrounding their propane crew. Should have gone to Mavericks Truck stop 5 miles up the road as gas was 40cents per gallon cheaper.

Good place to stop if you're on I25, bathroom clean, and maintain. The cashier was very nice. We always stop here restroom visit to fuel ⛽️ up and grab some snacks 😋 for the road.

They have 6 fuel pumps one was out of service.. there's not a whole lot of parking and it was still pretty full when I got there around 8 a.m. the inside was mostly clean including the restroom.. the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly..

Here at the service center, guy said he could air up tire that the bead had come off. But instead of doing so he took the tire and is now an hour in on a personal conversation with his friend about their weekend. Extremely poor service! No customer service skills at all! Should be Fired!!

Pretty calm and quiet most the time, everybody has the same energy at truck stops. This bike is pretty clean and family friendly don’t see many homeless vacating the entire lot

I find it hilarious that the shop makes all its money from truck drivers yet they don't seem to care when you walk in to buy parts. I hear them in the back laughing and socializing. It's to the point I will not spend a single dollar at loves other than fuel🤷‍♂️

Heads up: don't pay at the pump with a credit card here, as they will hold an extra $90-$100 on your account, for a few days. And don't use your debit card at the pump if you need your cash!This is a very disappointing policy that could be handled in a more timely manner.

Terrible looking restrooms very rude staff that is not in anyway motivated to help you there’s no room to park a truck in the trucker lot, there is no lounge and showers are often busy or dirty Honestly, zero out of five stars honestly honestly better off passing on Belen and going somewhere else to rest

Fairly new place great staff there is truck shop and diesel for semis. Arby’s inside they have a quick bite to eat as well as an assortment of coffee. They have your basic tools and additives in case of a breakdown

Do not swipe your credit card outside at the pump! Loves puts an automatic $175.00 hold on your card just to put $15.00 in gas! Ridiculous

So very happy that Love's has moved into this new location! This area in Belen has needed this type of service for quite some time. Love's is a Travel Center/Truck Stop name that can be trusted and is proven to provide clean safe restrooms, convenience items, snack treats, good gas, and hot fast food, all in one stop. This is the last stop for these services for 50 miles south, so it is needed here. Thank you for coming!

Totally embarrassing no shame no nothing. Called to get price of propane. clerk tells me they don’t do it because no one can pass the test to be certified to do propane. Jeez stay in school kids.

Today I went in and asked to get my trailer clearance light fixed but instead of getting it fixed, the young lady at the front desk was being really rude, let alone to fix it by just replacing the wire and bad fuse, she told me I need a whole new light set and had me waiting for almost more than 2hrs , once I told her I cannot wait not more because I will be late for the delivery, she said I have to be charged for advice even though, I was the one that told them the problem in the first place , it really is a disgrace to see such kind of people put in position to work on things they don't know, they will turn in to scammers.

Stopped here with a friend on the way to Albuquerque. We stopped here because the gas price was good. I paid for gas with cash inside. Employee was competent. Not too friendly, but fine. I just needed her to take my money.Women's restroom was clean. Store seemed clean when I walked through it to get to the restroom.This is not a huge, sprawling truck stop. But there seemed to be plenty of snacks and drinks.We needed to take our dogs out, but didn't see any designated dog walking areas, which was a shame. I've seen some truck stops with fenced in areas especially for dogs, but not this one. We had to take our dogs to the dirt/rock area on the edge of the parking lot.

This store has cool things inside of it but unfortunately, if you don't fit their idea of what a paying customer looks like you're likely to get discriminated on. It kind of sucks when u go in and intend on buying something and you hear, "security scan all isles. " then to top it off my friend goes in and is looking for something to buy for her mom and while she is looking for stuff she gets asked to leave because they assume she don't have money but little do they know she had more than enough to buy those tacky gifts.... U can't judge a book by its cover

5 stars for the store in general but the fruit in a cup is not good as it used to be. The company supplying the fruit is not cutting them in slices how the used to so I don't like it anymore . Today's is just quantity not quality! And I was forgetting this to open this cups man is a pain where you already know!!

Place was wonderful when it initially opened up but I must say that it has went down hill big time within the last two years! Management has now seemingly made it to where you have to present your CDL to even buy a shower which not a problem for me seeing as to how I always have mine on me but really!? Come on Loves you can do better than this especially seeing as to how some of us are paying a good chunk of money inside of your stores on top of showers! This location has definitely lost my business!

This Love's has very friendly employee's who greet you loudly right when you walk in. They are as equally friendly when they ring you up at the cash register. The coffee is always fresh and there is a good variety food selections including fresh fruit and snacks. It is very clean and there are no homeless people lurking around like the ones in Albuquerque.

Cashier there Nelson is freaking wonderful. Even did his best trying spanish it was awesome and inspiring. We love getting our "road dogs" there, and this guy made it definitely a WOW experience. Great job Nelson!!!!

The staff was fast and friendly. Was in and out in a couple of minutes. Even though it was busy the employees were fast at taking care of customers. Ensuring no long line at any point and time. Store was clean as well.

We went on Saturday June 10, 2023 to Loves in Belen at 1:20 to get our lottery tickets and the lottery is playing a nascar powerball promotional that’s good for a free entry. So you get your lottery ticket and the additional entry coupon to enter online. Well the older lady that printed our ticket decided to keep our entry. She just gave us our lottery ticket and put our entry to the side. We had to ask her for it and she gave it to us. She knew what it was and I guess was making a pile for herself to keep. Who knows how many these employees are keeping that don’t belong to them. This isn’t the first time it’s happened so just be aware that this is what your employees are doing.
