This store is always clean. Always smells good when you go in. Nothing in the isle's blocking your way. The Manager is absolutely amazing. She's always so nice and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience. I've been to other Family Dollar stores in Albuquerque and Los Lunas. And they are nowhere near as clean and organized as this particular store.

As a truck driver these little stores are wonderful, there's a dirt lot on the south side to park a semi, I wouldn'tdo it if its been wet!!!. The selection is great and by far the best customer service and help!! On the evening of August 14, 2020 the people working around 630 pm to 8 pm deserve a raise. In the world of a truck driver nice and friendly people are a rarity with the virus mess going on. Great job! Keep up the good work

The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful and they always have pretty much anything I'm looking for in stock and the location is always clean and organized 🙂 I go to this store almost everyday and I have never honestly had a bad experience here anytime of the day and no matter who is working it's always a nice experience 🙂

I really like this store it's very clean and well organized. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable in most cases less than Walmart!

I came out here from Chicago for the weekend, and so I've only been to 2 different Business in Belen, a little breakfast restaurant near by, and Family Dollar. You would think going to a restaurant you'd be greeted kindly and think they would provide customer service, but I only got that from Family Dollar. The store associate greeted me when I walked in and was very kind at check out. It's the little simple things that make all the difference and gives a great customer experience.

I was at the dollar store and I bought four cans of soup and they were listed for $1.80 a piece and once I checked out they charged me $2 per can when they're listed for a buck 80 and when I complained I basically was told not to come back to the store

The cashier was not friendly and when I asked her to let me have 2 boxes of cigarette tubes and a bag of tobacco she said they didn't have any when I was was looking right at them but she still keep saying they didn't have any finally I got them I had to show her

Nice... clean...stocked dollar store...but cashier forgot my second bag behind the counter..had to go back to register and ask for it..due to chatting w other workers..but definitely will go back there
