Ordered ice cream from Vanilla Moose to cater our Durango wedding and it was absolutely incredible. First of all, everything was so conveniently scooped into individual containers and stored in a freezer for easy guest access. Also, Nicole worked with us personally to customize the flavors for our wedding and they turned out so well. I was so excited to have ice cream and sorbet at our wedding and Vanilla Moose did not disappoint. Looking forward to going there in person one day!

We enjoyed our ice creams very much. Portions were very reasonable and the flavors were good. We had watermelon sorbet and samosa. Both were very good. Service was very good as well. We'd definitely go back.

Sadly it's not the vanilla moose you remember and love back when it was Pam's labour of love. The ice cream is ok if your looking for options of unique flavors of non dairy soft serve, but it's not the nearly endless sundae options that took minutes of careful deliberation to settle on the winning masterpiece. Forward progression is an admirable trait, but maybe not so much with small town ice cream shops.

I shouldn’t dwell in the past but this place just is not the same! This used to be the place soft serve dreams were made of with decadent toppings and a good price. The prices have escalated and the focus is more on scoops now. The service is really variable and the quality of what you order really depends on who is serving.5.2023- I had to return to this review. We recently went to Vanilla Moose now that they have opened for the summer and it was delicious. I'm hoping they keep it up, the specials were so tasty and those dang scoops I talked about last time 100% beat out the soft serve.

This place has ruined ice cream for me anywhere else! They are incredibly good. There is a reason this place can afford to close down M-Thurs and winters, although it's a shame. Make absolute sure to try them while before the close down for winter and you'll never want icecream from anywhere else ever again! Do not waste your time on the soft serve, you're there for the premium icecream! They also really under charge for their product, they are so inexpensive for what they provide!

The bathroom was out of paper towels and the kid working gave me a couple to dry my hands but didn't refill the bathroom. Consequently everybody in our party had to go and ask him personally for paper towels while he was just on his phone hanging out. Also he was helping the young lady that was taking our order and he didn't do any of the orders that he took from us she was left to do them all by herself and therefore forgot several different things that we had ordered we got them all eventually but it took about 20 minutes just to get four people ice cream

This was our go to place until tonight, the girl at the drive thru didn’t listen to us of what we wanted. The ice cream was melted and made a mess. The portions have gotten very small. Looks like frozen yogurt from now on.

I have been coming here for a long time and they were generous in the ice cream portions. A regular used to be from the bottom of the cone to 3-4 inches above the edge and ran over. The one I got wasn't even a baby cone. Pathetic. I hope it was just a new person who hadn't learned how to do it right.

Terrible service. Was in line for food at drive up finally after 10 minutes they walked out to car and took my order brought my order out to the car and I was blocked in by the car in front and the car in back and the car in front had been there 15 minutes and they would not ask the car in front to pull forward so I could leave. That would have required them to take the food out to the other car if it had pulled forward.Acted like it was no big deal that I was blocked in. Brought me a large dripping ice cream cone and one tiny little napkin
