I ordered a double with no pickles they gave ma a single with pickles after 20 min wait. This is also not the first time they messed up my order. I would suggest the sonic in Bloomfield way better service and can actually make what you order.

Please don’t go here. I ordered a simple meal, chili cheese tots. My meal tasted ugly. I knew they don’t or never change their grease.The small chili cheese tots I first ordered had an icky taste. I went back and told them about it, they said it would be made fresh….. it wasn’t ! It tasted like the same old grease they used and I threw it away. Soooo disgusting and ugly.

I love this sonic! I always use the mobile app to order, but they still have a way of making my experience so nice and personal. Today, Whitney and her manager were so sweet. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and they were so nice to remake my shakes when I got there so they were fresh. I always have fast service and they're never skimpy with the mints!

I pressed the button, at the bottom of the screen it said someone will help me shortly. I waited 20 minutes and nobody even answered to help me. The entire time I could see 2 employees with headsets standing around talking. As I was about to pull away a young lady came out looking for another customer who got tired of waiting for the food and drove off. I asked why I hadn't been helped, she just said I'm sorry, and acted surprised that I hadn't even placed an order yet. This really is consistently the worst sonic in the area. If you're craving sonic it's worth the drive to Farmington. At least you'll actually get food there

Went through the drive thru got my order went home the order was very wrong called and the manager put me on a list to have my order made correctly for no charge went back two days later for the order they read it back twice correctly got my order checked it and it was not correct once again went inside and the manager had to make the order correctly with a attitude. I don't recommend this place if you like something made a certain way or if you like your order to come out in a timely manner.

I wish they had coffee in Route 44. Although, I am sure it is not legal to dispense that much caffeine at once. 12oz. Is just a tease. Otherwise, I great experience. Food was prepared rapidly and was still hot and fresh when I arrived at my destination.

I love Sonic but our experience was less than ideal this time around. 1st issue, they were out of some items, ok this is understandable and they accommodated ua with different items, no real problem. 2nd, they took a very long time to get the order out to us, approximately 20 minutes. 3rd, we did not get one of the burgers that we ordered. That was our experience today. We'll of course give them another chance and hope for a better experience next time. Food was good though!

Best burger I've ever had at a Sonic. Far better than it had any right to be. The crust on the burger was basically perfect and the whole burger was put together cleanly. It tasted like a burger that cost twice as much. Don't know what Sonic in Aztec is doing, but they need to keep doing it.

I used to enjoy this Sonic but the service has gone down and the staff is very unfriendly. The wait is horrible. They take forever. Last time I went they didn't put what I wanted on my chicken sandwich, thankfully I opened it before driving off and thier excuse was that they ran out. So instead of letting me know that they just put a bald dry sandwich in my bag. Haven't gone back since. Didn't even say anything, just looked at me like I needed move along.

This is the absolute worse sonic in the tri city area. Last 5/6 times I have went they have drastically messed up my order. If I ask for no onion it's usually covered in onion! If I want a double bacon burger I get a single burger with nothing but onions! Obviously none of the employees care or maybe they just can't read?! Get somebody in there who can read! How hard is it to make a burger?!?!?!? Not very hard that's why your working there!

Fast service. My tator tots were good. However, my mozzarella sticks were hard a cold and tasted like old oil. They are supposed to be made to order, which clearly they were not. And they didn't put marinara in the bag even though I asked for it. The hamburger was insanely salty and I could tell it has been setting in the tray for too long. I worked for sonic for a long time and frankly, this visit made me sad.

The first time you were able and you had to do something about the situation you had with your mom was to tell me to come home because you didn’t wanna go back home because I didn’t know you had a job that was not going well with you I didn’t want you going to work with your dad I don’t want to go to school and you didn’t even have a choice I just don’t want my mom and dad to come back home 🏡

They charged me for something I didn't get. Never going there again. Hell no. They wont even refund me my money without a bank statement.Ugh. So annoyed. Get a new card reader. Good thing the charge isn't too high but it's still money I could've used elsewhere.

Service was great when I visited right about when happy hour started... My drink was a little watered down but wasn't bad. Mozzarella sticks were really good! Overall satisfied and would recommend.

I was in Albuquerque for a week and they NEVER had sweet tea. I ordered 4 a day each day and it was always only unsweet. Not a HUGE deal but when ordering for multiple people daily it becomes a hastle for those who were expecting sweet.

I ordered food a week ago and I received someone else's order, which was not a big deal at all. It happens. What bothered me was the fact that when I went to get my order corrected I waited for 30 minutes, was ignored after they said they would fix it and had to physically ask where it was. I'm super unhappy with the service.

The Aztec Sonic is very nice. Food was brought out in a reasonable time at the drive-thru. Will definitely be coming back!
