The lady at the window was rude, immature and impatient. She said “would that be all for you today” which I responded with “hold on” where she then said “it will be $6 and _ cents” then continued to be extremely rude while order the rest of my food. I also got interrupted several times while ordering and when at the window had a misunderstanding about payment. Then proceeded to be rude for no reason. Horrible customer service.

Google and their Dairy Queen app said they are open until 10:00 pm that is not true they are only open until 9:00 pm. I place an app order at 9:14 pm the app said it would be ready by 9:34 pm but I got a phone call from them at 9:21 pm saying they were closed and not gunna make my appointment order. They then proceeded to tell me they had no control of the hours posted on google or the app. So I asked them to cancel my order they said sorry we could not do that. So I was still charged for the app order. They said they would pass along my information to the owner but they didn’t know if I was gunna be able to get a refund or how long that it would take. I would give zero stars if that was a thing.

This was $14.72. And I didn't get the dipping sauce I had to pay extra for. How about that "Texas toast?" Looks disgusting! I'm not eating it! A "thank you" wouldn't been nice too.

First and last time stopping at this location to place an order...the women who took our order was rude as heck... food was not worth the price... brunt Texas toast... no dipping sauces.. ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket it looked like a kids meal... hamburger was terrible.... bad ... bad.. experience at this location!!! Wil not be going back!!!!

A/C is being fixed, so the dining area is really warm. The ice cream deserts are AWESOME, but the burgers and pretzels are over-cooked and gross. Service is top notch.Kid-friendliness: Great choices for children to choose from, from meals to deserts.

Normally not bad. It's a dairy queen so don't expect fine dining. The service is always a bit lackluster and slow, but that's kind of to be expected with fast food ice cream. Today was the topping that will lead to my not returning. I got the usual blizzard, I waited the usual 3-4 random Spotify songs to receive said blizzard. It was beyond melted and dripping onto the side of my car as it was forced out the window. The drive thru worker's response to watching the mess enter my vehicle was a shrug and to hand me "extra napkins". I parked, walked inside and was greeted by who I'm assuming is a manager or owner or something who saw the mess and proceeded to just offer me more napkins. I had to ask where the bathroom was twice, washed my hands and when I came back, 8 chains decided that not being there when I came out was the best option. I'm no CEO but, id invest a little more into employee training and a little less into jewelry.

Blizzards are so yummy! Recently met the owner in the driveway very friendly and made me laugh alot. The service was amazing! Even gave my little Pug a Pup-Cup of ice cream for FREE! I will definitely be back :)

Good was great. It was fresh and hot. The girl working the window seemed disinterested in her job. Not friendly at all. That was the only negative thing I can say about my visit but for me, it's a big thing. I would have rated five stars if I would have felt welcome.

It a hot or a miss, with the fast food restaurants in Aztec, I'd order back yard ba con ranch burger, didn't come with onion rings or ranch dressing, what a rip-off, plus fries were cold, I'll never buy anything other than ice cream from here, food sucks!

Ordered two fish sandwiches and fries. A full 20 minutes sitting at the window, they come and tell me they forgot to put the fish in the fryer! So after 25 minutes waiting (and everyone be behind me) I get my order. Atleast they were honest and apologized but seriously how could you leave the drive through line stopped for that long?

This was my first visit to this store we did not feel welcomed while ordering our food and While we were there, there was a person wondering around the back in flip flops and short shorts. Thought that was a little unprofessional. When we got our food my cheeseburger tasted like it had been cooked a while ago not fresh and my boyfriends chicken strips tasted old as well. So we won't be going back there again.It won't let me do 1/2 a star!!

I will never be back. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I ordered chocolate cones not realizing they did not have chocolate. The server in a very rude and condescending tone said we don't do chocolate. No, I'm sorry but we do not offer chocolate or I'm sorry we are out of chocolate, just we don't do chocolate. The I waited 15 minutes in line behind only 2 cars. They could take some lessons from the one in Kirtland. That how it's done.

We were just there 8-8-20. We were ordering then my sister in law had a change her mind so I said to cancel that order which she heard! While she was trying to figure out her order the MANAGER requested that I repeat my order. I said hang on... again she asked “can you repeat your order” slight attitude in voice again I said 1 sec... “CAN YOU REPEAT YOUR ORDER!” At this point I assumed she couldn’t hear me so I raised my voice and said “Hang on”. Then she told me to not yell at us and I told her you raised your voice at me, then she told me to go ahead and leave! I pulled up to the window and ask to speak with the manager not knowing then it was the drive they girl and she came to the window and I explained you couldn’t hear me so I raised my voice so she could, and that she kept asking me to repeat the order when there was not one. She then shooed me away and said I’m not dealing with this and slammed the window shut. I was speaking to her in a calm manner while at the window like an adult and she was fidgeting with her ears and mask and was acting like a child. Talking over me and not letting me explain that I wouldn’t yell at a food service worker since I too are in the industry and I wouldn’t yell when I had a sleeping baby in the truck. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. The other two girls in the window were extremely pleasant. But you night manger is not one that should be at the drive thru.

Fries were not cooked well. They were still white not one was alittle brown. Prices are high for what I ordered. Was not that busy either don't know why fries weren't done right. Ended up not touching them.Update: 8/02/22 food not that great still. Might as well close the kitchen and just serve ice cream. Seen the kitchen staff getting upset because he had to cook food. That's your job buddy. Atleast put some effort in it. My burger was not good at all, was greasy and bun was soaking in grease. Bloomfield's dairy queen is so much better. Don't come to Aztec dairy queen for food.

I ordered food and ice cream on 8/09/20. Got up to the window and paid and they gave us our ice cream firat and it took them 15 minutes to make our food, by time the food came out all 3 of our ice creams had melted down, 2 of them wasn't too bad but one was halfway melted so I asked if they could remake that one and the girl who took are order asked the manager and the manager told her no that they couldn't do that, so she asked if we wanted to talk to her and we said yes. I asked her why we couldn't get a replacement one and she said she couldn't do that. I told her that we got the ice cream first and had to wait about 15 minutes for our food, she said the reason it's melting is because of the hot fudge, I asked her why would you make the ice cream first when we have to wait for the food and they had no response. This could've been an easy fix but apparently they don't care about making things right with the customers. I'll spend my money elsewhere, they need to step their game up after reading the resent reviews.

This place, went through the drive thru. The person over the intercom was very rude and disresctful to me, and the speed of it was slow too, there was no professional attire at all on no DQ shirt or hat and not even a name tag, I was a manager at DQ and if you weren't in uniform you didn't work! Was very displeased with this place. The rating and reviews say it all a 3.8 this place can be a 4-5 with the right management and pace.
