Food is good for take out. I called in a order, got there to pay. Card reader wasn't working. Tried a few different times. Said it was my card. Okay. Worked perfectly at the atm down the street. But they seemed annoyed. They were bickering back and fourth. Who ever is the "manager" was looked like she hated life. Got home my green Chile on the side was exploded in my bag. So now I have to clean my car seats as well.Edit:So even though my last experience was not good. I like blakes food. So I thought I would give the aztec location another shot. Maybe it was just a bad day. But this time, when I got home, instead of my green chili exploding in the bag. They completely solved the problem by not giving me any at all this time. So this will be my last visit to this location. Hopefully the one 8 miles down the road will be a better experience. The food can be really good when it's all there

First off. Your getting 2 stars for not having proper management on the floor that can handle your rowdy staff of not caring. Amie gets 5stars for putting up with the two girls on shift right now. Forgetting the locals who buy here is hurting your business. The girl who bagged my order forgot two items and then stepped out for a smoke while it was busy. I love blakes just not this one.

I'd give no stars if I could. It took them 30 minutes to cook two burgers, that's because 3 managers decided not to prepare our meal instead go prep food. The lady taking our order was not very good at it. They're electronic menus weren't working and she just assumed we knew. They let our cooked burgers sit out for a while before actually wrapping them up. Not only that, instead of receiving the bacon I paid extra for I got an extra patty. All done by managers. Lol

We stopped by this location on our way back to Texas. We placed an online order and it was actually ready at the time it was supposed to be. The food was hot, fresh, and completely hit the spot. (We enjoyed a green Chile cheeseburger.) The employees were friendly despite being super busy. I would definitely return to this location. Great job!

Is this store actually managed?Arrived around 9:30am to order a breakfast burrito and was told that it would be "awhile".When asked what they meant by "awhile" they said at least 20 minutes. (Not sure why they didn't offer that estimate up front rather than saying "awhile" only to have me ask them to define "awhile")Their reason for not having food ready was that they "ran out of product" !!??If the store IS managed they should be looking for a replacement.

I ordered a breakfast burrito online and paid for it online. When I got there they didn't have my order and since lunch had ended, refused to make another one. The girl at the counter, Desiree, was very rude and LIED to me saying the money would be refunded to my card. It wasn't. I called their customer service number 3 times left 3 messages and never got a response. There is a name for this, it's FRAUD!!! I've been a customer at this location for years and have probably bought hundreds of breakfast burritos from them. Needless to say I won't be back. From now on I will drive the extra 10 min to Bloomfield and go to Los Barela's. The food is better and they actually care about their customers.

I customized burrito it was X Mas with french fries to replace the hash potatoes and they did it. The best one I had a burrito. Unlike other Blake in this Farmington because they refuse take my customize burrito order. This Aztec Blake won my money. Would do it again when I got a chance stop by.Dietary restrictions: Can replace to substitute food. Like you don't want hash potatoes but you can take french fries instead.Parking: Nice park but still space park when full park.Kid-friendliness: They are indeed friendly with the deaf ppl. So I believe it's applied to kid friendliness as well.Wheelchair accessibility: They have 4 spot for wheel chair I think.

I’ve never gotten a bad burger at Blakes but I guess all good things must come to an end and today it happened. Person doing the cooking was having a difficult time with orders. The lady ahead of me didn’t receive all of her order and I was brought a bag of fries and no burger. Cook claimed she didn’t see the orders. Also a rather grumpy woman, must have been management, tallied up the register and announced how much they hadn’t made today. Very unprofessional. Is this location under new management?

May be time to wrap this location up amd call it a day. Food has been going down hill. Management rude as can be flailing their arms at me to get me to hurry up even though their the ones understaffed. I understand the staffing shortage but that doesn't mean you can be rude to your customers. I would love to see this place turn around but can't say I have much hope.

One of my favorite places to go when in town. The service is always great, the food is fresh and the burgers are delicious. I have been going here, for more years then I want to count and I’ll keep going when we are in town. I only wish there was a Blake’s Lotaburger in Washington State. People go crazy for green chile in this state too, we would love one.

I order my breakfast online most mornings so i can make it work on time my order time was early today at 7:25am As i arrived to pick up it wasnt ready at 7:50am i then watched the manager take two orders after i was informed mine wasnt ready. They walked out of the restaurant with food before i did. I then asked why this happened?? The responce was we have been busy.... Um i ordered before them??? Got a rude responce and informed i will not be back. Attn: as of 2/26/24 you have charged my card with an online order I showed proof of the purchase and they refused to give me my food I tried calling corporate no response is this REALLY how u run a business??? Ripping people off. I work hard for my money and everytime I want to give u guys another chance u mess it up. So so so disappointed and unsatisfied with BLAKES that it's sicking..

Literally the smallest "small fry" I have ever had. This was the full order- 12 fries 🤣 They messed up our whole order twice, too. But I hear the burgers are great. 🤷🏽♀️

Posting another bad review once again about Aztec Blake's.Why have the option for cut in half, easy Chile or Chile on side if they can't even do any of those things? Instead of easy chile they give us no Chile in it, instead of Chile on side they give us no Chile. Instead of cutting our burrito in half for our kids they just put a plastic butter knife in the bag. I'm surprised they remembered to put sausage in the burritos. Corporate obviously doesn't care to try and make this location better or management is not even trying or they're lacking training or just don't care...

Totally disappointed in their service and online ordering today.We waited over 30 mins to get an online order after its pickup time.Our burgers were incorrect and we were lucky we didn't leave right away because they even forgot our chili and food was cold.I do realize wknds are busy but seeing 7 employees standing around it's hard to believe they were all off in getting our order right.Let's hope next time it doesn't take as long and they pay attention to detail.I still love BL and Aztec has always been our favorite BL.I look forward to a better visit next time. 👍🏼

You're online ordering is the worst I've ever dealt with. Many times like just give up and go somewhere else. A 50% of the people are very nice.The other 50% spend more time smoking than taking care of business. They're always behind the building. The bathrooms need to be upgraded drastically. The one in Bloomfield and the 1 in Farmington by Ashley furniture is absolutely fabulous they are outstanding. My order is always right and the food actually looks like the picture.

Raw meat; burger not cooked well done; wouldn't be a problem but I don't eat pink meat. Discovered this after getting home with order-wasn't gonna drive another 20 minutes back for 'remake'. Went back later, no refunds, only 'remake'. No thank you, same kid was there as before.

I recognized the nasty manager as the old manager from Burger King in Durango. She is terrible dude to employees and customers. She is the reason the whole town of Durango stopped going to Burger King. We will never go to Blake's again for sure.

Very unorganized! Definitely not the Blake's it used to be. Was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes after I got there. Ordered lg fries and they came in a cup that looked like a small size. Overall not very impressed. Probably wont go back. Not worth the money they charge!

Don’t ask for any extras or substitutions on your morning orders, because apparently it’s an inconvenience and you won’t get what you asked for. Very terrible customer service by Charmaine. Only rated a 2 because the green sauce is the only thing keeping it from a 0

This isn’t first come first served. It’s first to complain first served. If you are expecting to get your food faster than an hour and half might find somewhere eles to eat. I order online thinking it be ready when I got to the restaurant. I told them my name and they said it be just a little long, which I was fine with. Sitting there hour later and they still haven’t gotten anywhere near to serving anyone in the restaurant waiting. Finally someone went up and complained and they got their order. Then someone eles did the same, again got their order. So I saw a pattern. I did the same and boom my order was ready.

I tried to put in an order for breakfast. Burritos before they stop serving breakfast. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. Since they stop serving breakfast conveniently in 10 minutes. Then they told me I couldn't get breakfast because breakfast was over. The whole reason I called them was to get breakfast BEFORE THEY STOPPED SERVING BLAKES. GOOD JOB BLAKES
