Kinda a long story with the car issue I had...6 months long of an issue...But in the end these guys truly came through for me. I can't even think of the words to fully describe how Thankful and Grateful I am for the crew fixing what was wrong with my car. It was a rough ordeal for everyone, but they really got the situation handled and I can now finally have my Freedom back. Thank You So Much Big O in Aztec!!! God Bless You All!!

These guys were great today. They fixed my flat tire on my big tires. And they rotated them for me and charge me nothing for the service. I highly recommend this place to people.

This location is very busy so I highly recommend scheduling anything other than quick tire work and lube Bay appointments well ahead of time! They did an excellent job on some front and work I needed on my truck. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff! Nice waiting room!

I would just like to recognize Shawn Edmiston and the crew at aztec big o! They made this tough situation so much smoother! Shawn notified me every step of the way. He apologized for delays out side his control! He kept me calm hope I was super frustrated with the parts store not delivering What they had promised! I went to these guys in a pure panic after multiple things had started happening to my truck and they went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issues I brought to their attention and even found unknown things that needed to be addressed. They took great care of me and were fast, effecient and incredibly kind the whole time. A lot people walk into a mechanic shop and expect to get the short end of the stick but these folks take great care of their community. 10/10!

Best service I've ever had. Dropped my car off Monday evening just before closing to have front end noise diagnosed. They called me the same evening to tell me that I needed the struts replaced. The next day it was done and ready fo pick up. THATS FAST.Thanks Jeremy.

This was the worst experience I ever had ,they were not clear in details was threatened by mechanic (I'll clock and and then see what's up) did good work but they suck as people if u have any kind of disorder or disability just don't bother with them the cube guy

IF ITS NOT FOR TIRES, GO ELSE WHERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON. I went in to check my oil and got told I had a coolant leak. I agreed to have them repair the problem, they replaced 4-5 parts, charged me $1000+ and I picked up my car thinking I was good to go. Traveled a few hundred miles and I had NO COOLANT. I called to let the manager know and he seemed kind, understanding and assured me he trusts his employees work. But they mis diagnosed the problem and they don’t want to refund me at the least the $700 labor but offered a free oil change 😢 Of course I can’t give them back the parts they replaced . I’ve had to pay another $620 else where to fix the actual problem.

Big O Tire is amazing. We purchased new tires, had them mounted and balanced, and we had the give our car an oil change. Greatest service ever! I love Big O in Aztec. I go there every time I need tires and oil changes.

Exceptional Service by Conway Big O Tire team. Without appointment, asked them to find dead animal in vents and replace air filters. They quickly got my car back and finally found a dead rat in air conditioning vent. Mechanic named Gabe recommended product to attach to battery to deter future rodents, product for cleaning air conditioning vents, and a good car detailing shop to clean interior of car. I have been customer for several years and definitely will return. Thank you Conway Big O Tires!

Always have decent service when I go here. Only reason for the 1 star is due to an anomalous repair issue mainly due to my vehicle being uncommon. This resulted in some poor communication but was resolved in the end. I do recommend them over the other options in the area

I went to get my flat repaired and fixed. The customer service is excellent! They repaired it immediately and got me on my way. I will be purchasing my first set of tires for my truck, from Big O in Aztec. I will be recommending their services. My brake service will be from them as well!

I always try to spend my money local but when you get slammed $96.00 for an oil change it makes it hard. The national guys on the same oil change is $66.00. Sorry Aztec Big O, after many years of using your service and buying tires this is it.

Update: Sept 27. Permanent leak on rear differential, its stripped! Thanks.EDIT!!!!!!!!:September 15 2023. They cross threaded the bolts on my rear differential cover of my Rubicon one bolt was at a 3 deg angle...as well as none torqued to spec. Now I'm suspicious if they used the right gear oil, as it differs from other Jeeps. Also they cross threaded and chewed up the nuts holding my diff skid plate (impact Gun). It was all crooked. Lazy AF! I took it all apart and put it back together and hopefully the leak stops and its not stripped. $268 bucks with a military discount...So if you have a junk vehicle or fleet vehicle and don't care about it, this is were I'd go.

Got a flat outside Aztec on my way to Durango, CO. Was about to get the tire replaced (w/ unique tire size) in under 30 mins and was back on the road. I made my appointment with mins to spare - couldn’t believe it. Would recommend
