We arrived to a driveway that was unshoveled of which we could easily slip and fall in the snow. The TV was was not working. There was no heat in the bathroom. The internet did not work, so we had to throughout to go into town in order to connect to the internet. this was a MAJOR inconvenience. I told the owner, Brian Hammer, that we had no internet service and that he needed to pay his bill. Brian Hammer said if I was unhappy, we should leave. I looked in the area and could not find another place to say and was literally hundreds of miles away. I was stuck. Brian Hammer, the Owner, REFUSED, to give me a discount for our troubles. Brian Hammer, the owner of Royal Bear Lodge claimed that he paid his bill automatically monthly and checked with his internet provider, whom told him that the weather was causing an internet outage. CenturyLink, his Internet provider, informed me that Brian Hammer, the Owner of the Royal Bear Lodge in Arroya Seco, did not pay his internet bill of $352.04 and that the internet would not be restored until he paid the internet bill.TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE ROYAL BEAR LODGE.DONT STAY HERE!!!!IT WAS ADVERTISED FOR 2 BEDROOMS AND THERE WAS ONLY ! BEDROOM!NO INTERNET SERVICE!!!NO HEAT IN THE BATHROOM!A OWNER THAT LIES TO GUESTS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
