My Roxy always comes out of there looking cute with her bows! I really enjoy taking my doggos there because the owner is so friendly and loves all the animals he services. I wish he took card as payment but hey, one can only WISH!

They have very reasonable prices, great customer service, do really good work on the dogs and to top it off they take care of dogs with plenty of care. I have been bringing my pug here for a year then recommend my mother for her two dogs. They really do just superb work.

I found this place in October, 2019 after moving to Las Cruces in June that year. Gibran has a wonderful personality and did a good job grooming my two dogs. I was a loyal customer for 19 months, and he kept raising my price on the grooming, he raised it 5 times from when I first went, but small increments. I was OK with it because I liked him and he did good work. Last time I used him in April, 2021, I was told he was raising everyone's price by $5. Disappointed, but willing to continue using him, he suggested that I call Doggy Shop Grooming in Las Cruces for a quote, as I drove 100 miles to and from him on grooming days. My 8 and 11 year old dogs weigh between 30-35 pounds and need full grooming services. Having come from Colorado, I had never been quoted over $50 to groom my dogs, usually paying in the $30's or $40's. The Doggy Shop groomer in Las Cruces wanted $80 each to groom my 30+# dogs, which is ridiculous. So I scheduled with Gibran, expecting my price from April to go up by $5 from $43-$48 each. Instead, he tells me that he has merged with the Las Cruces shop and they share the same services and prices, thus wanting $80 each to groom my dogs he did in April for $43. SO NOT COOL! That is very unprofessional to treat loyal customers that way and double their prices. I doubt that was done to ALL of his customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will groom them myself from now on.

Every time I take my doggie Princess in, Gibran and Danya are very attentive to service I ask for her. My Princess loves this place and I love the way she looks when I pick her up. I’ve been a loyal customer since day one, plus prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone asking for reasonable prices and great customer service! Today was the second time I took my schnauzer and everything was fine until I noticed that he did NOT remember that he had asked that they please not cut his eyelashes. After he confirmed that he had made a mistake, he apologized to me but unfortunately they lost me as a client.
