Albuquerque location.ordered a cake for my fur babies 9th birthday over the phone. This was my 1st time using this bakery. They asked me about what color writing, what flavor, sizes and shapes. I told them what I wanted it to say and I was asked if I wanted something special. I told her I wanted it pink and girly. I've been very sick so I sent my mom to pick up the cake. She sent me a picture and I was thrilled! It's the prettiest cake! I'm so happy! They also gave her a treat in the store and ice cream to take home. Normally bakeries don't do anything except write Happy Birthday. They went above and beyond! Thank you for the best birthday cake for my baby girl!! I can't recommend this place enough! I'd give 100 stars if I could!!

The best grooming and retail store ever! Our dogs absolutely love going. Mariah is so patient with our dogs. When we walk in, they treat our dogs like their own!

The store was super clean, and the individual at the front was very kind and helpful. We stopped in to get our puppy a birthday treat and they had a wide selection of peanut butter and sweet potato based treats available. My puppy loved the treat! Will be going back!

Wow. This is a great store for any dog owner. They have every treat you can think of for your pets. I live that they have birthday cakes for dogs too. There were so many cute dog leases, clothes, and collars. They have a great section of pet health products too. The staff here is super helpful and friendly. They also do grooming. We got two dog nail trims for only $30 and we didn't even need an appointment. If you have a dog or cat, this is a must visit store. $90.00 To abuse my wife's dog, the groomer cut Lu Lu's shoulder and back with the clippers. Her face was a mess her whiskers were also cut off.

After picking up a foster dog from the Bernalillo County Animal Care & Resource Center shelter yesterday, my husband and I were hoping to find a DIY dog bathing location. We stopped by one business, but their DIY stations close earlier than their retail store. We called Woof Gang and spoke with a helpful person who let us know they had an available DIY station. When we arrived, the same individual was so welcoming and took us through the options and features. The water temperature was already perfectly set, refilled supplies provided, and we were thrilled to be able to raise and lower the bathing station to the perfect height. She also checked in on us to see if we were doing okay. Before she left work, she let us know of another staff member who was available if we needed anything at all. When we finished giving our foster dog her bath, we walked around this delightful shop and found treats for our foster dog and to take home for our other dogs. Woof Gang's staff made what could have been a stressful experience for our foster dog (and us!) into such an easy process. This store is so much fun! We will definitely be back! I have been looking for a groomer after having a bad experience at Pets R Us. My poodle mix is very anxious after having his nails hurt there. Brittany at Woof Gang was so good to both of my babies. My oldest fur baby wasn’t stressed out at all. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing place I bring my two chihuahuas Sugar and Tiny to get there nails trimmed. The employees are very gentle with my two love bugs.I bought my Tiny a cute red and black vest .They have treats galore inside. Everything you could possibly need for your loved fur baby. After coming here you will never take your baby's anywhere else.

Came in to get our dog a birthday treat. Really cute store and a great selection of special bakery birthday treats. Even doggie ice cream! Also picked up some packaged treats that our dog loves, and a new collar. The person working there was really friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff who worked on a custom pupcake order for my furbaby's 13th birthday. Pupcakes were a hit at the party. They also have a great selection of healthy treats that my furbabies enjoy. Highly recommend!!!

Tyrion and Michonne were stinky doggies. Than we found woof gang and noticed it has self grooming and was open on a Sunday!! So Mom and Dad took us there with no appointment to see if we could get a bath. And what do you know, the ladies that were there said we could get a bath!! It took some time to dry off, but we were clean and good doggies!! We even got a treat afterwards. We will go back for more baths so we don't clog Mom and Dads drain at home! Friendly and clean!!

Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming is one place where I can go and it brightens my day. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The store is always so clean and the treats are alway stocked and easy to choose from. The groomers have such a great way with the dogs and it's always great to watch them in action. The fresh custom cake are amazing as well. They are baked and decorated to the customers request. The owners of the establishment are incredible! They bring a whole hearted feeling to the business. You know you are always welcome and treated with great kindness. They treat their staff with so much love, it's like a big family. I recommend this business to everyone and anyone. Very pleasant experience at Woof Gang bakery. The treats there are so cute and my pup absolutely loved them. They also have some amazing options for cakes for you to make at home or that are already made for your pup!! My pup pepper lived the cake and ice cream that we got from here. Definitely would recommend!!!

I just took my pup who is 18 a Maltese mix to get groomed yesterday and when I arrived I thought the place was clean and staff was friendly. Our groomer was recommended based on his age when I made the appointment over the phone. 2 hours later when I picked him up I noticed that the hair on his head was uneven. But when we got home and I was able to look him over I noticed his whole body was uneven. I paid more than $60 + tip for a very uneven haircut. And my poor little guy now has a very irritated eye it hurts him. Won’t be coming back.
