Surprised to find myself shopping, regularly, at a store for feeding wild birds. I've seen the store for years, and wondered how can a place like that be successful. I started feeding birds in my yard to keep the cats entertained while I worked. Somehow I ended up placing an online order, and from the start the staff have been wonderful. They're so helpful and friendly. They take your purchases to the car and offer curbside pickup. My backyard birds are a dedicated bunch, as buying the products here include no mess seed, and almost all is eaten.

Went to pick up feeders for my new home. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, offering pre-assembled instead of the ready to assemble I had pulled from the shelf. They had suggestions for seed, too, offered to help me carry and load my purchases and it's a dog friendly spot. Very pleased with my experience!

After receiving a mail flyer for suet and a cylinder feeder, I was brought back into your store after a few years of not shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited. What a disappointing experiment it was to say the least. Your staff right off the bat walking in the door, is rude and stuck up. I would like to shop local but honestly, I felt insulted by your membership “deal” to save a few dollars on your already overprized products. You charge WAY too much for basic bird feeding supplies. Your store is dirty and unorganized with product all over the floor. I will not be back and will be sure to tell me neighbors, friends & family about my poor experience at Wild Birds Unlimited.

Love this shop. Great nature store with anything and everything you need for feeding birds. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!Indoor shopping is back and the staff is still top notch. Thye were kind enough to mail me a piece of Hardware that I had not picked up while I was there. That, my friend, is great customer service!

Such a fun store. I have never been in here and not been helped by a person who did not love what they do. The only down side is that they are too good and then I get a little more excited and end up buying more then I intended. But I have always been happy with what I buy. These feeders I got on my first visit years ago are still in great shape, and I do not expect that living in this environment.

This is such an amazing store for anyone who loves birds, and caring for them. If you want to just start learning to care for birds, they will teach you the baby steps without judgment. You even get an AWESOME BIRTHDAY GIFT EVERY YEAR!!!! I'm so glad I was introduced to Wild Birds Unlimited!!!

The products are very good quality. At first, I was hesitant because the products are more expensive than some or the larger stores. The difference in quality is definitely noticeable. The feeders are durable and won't break if they fall. Also, the feeders look great! The staff is very friendly. I appreciate the employees helping me pick out feeders and food. Recently they did a 25% discount off of one item. I love how I didn't have to do two separate purchases to get the discount on the most expensive item. We all know those big chains try to discount the least expensive item!

I'm writing this review because of the one written by Tracy Bengtson. That review is not an accurate representation of this store. My mother and I have been customers of this location for over 10 years and in that time the staff has always been courteous and helpful. In all the years I've shopped here I've never seen any negative interactions between them and anyone visiting the store. Wear a mask and stop posting nasty reviews about businesses for following state law and safeguarding the health of their employees and customers!

Nice staff but very pricey imo. I know they have to make money but with online sales these days, it's no wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing. I wish them the best and hope they continue to succeed.

I wanted to exchange an expensive feeder because it was not attracting the Hummers @ my house. Looking for humming bird feeders. Not much selection @ Wild Birds. Walmart has much more selection & better quality @ lower prices. Return policy is better @ WM. I don't think I'll be returning to WB's. In the past the owner has been more accommodating. Maybe I'm just getting old.

I went in with zero knowledge and a blurry cell phone picture I had taken of some birds in my yard. A quick chat with a super helpful and knowledgeable associate, thirty minutes and thirty dollars later, I'm back out on my patio watching seven *Lesser Goldfinch* and what might be two *Canyon Towhees* (see what I did there - I already identified birds! Maybe?!) hungrily making cute little gluttons of themselves on seeds and suet perectly suited for them. I'm so glad I made the trip across town for this little shop.

Full disclosure: I co-owned this business until 2006. That being said, it still is a great business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. You'll find everything you need to attract the widest variety of birds to your yard & how to identify them. From seed to feeders & books to binoculars, they have it all.

When I visited I was questioned as to why I was buying the quantity of thistle seed and the weight of the bags of thistle I was trying to buy. It made me uncomfortable and this is the first time I had any problem at this store. There are other options in town and I think I will try another store for my bird seed and supplies.

The past two times I've visited, the staff have exhibited overt condescension regarding where I'd purchased the bird seed that I'd been using. Earlier today, the staff member that helped me briefly and initially, abandoned me to help someone else. I won't be returning.
