This is a busy little place. You always see clerks stocking shelves and if you need anything, they will willingly help you. I get the majority of my groceries here and also my prescriptions. I'm giving it only four stars because once I needed to speak with the manager and ended up speaking with the assistant. He laughed at my problem and just flat out told me he couldn't help me and stood there looking at me still smirking. There was a young man standing next to him and I had the feeling he was showing off his authority to him. Thank goodness the manager himself must be good at his job to keep the place running as he does. Don't bother asking the assistant anything because he simply won't help.

It really dislike the new checkout system. Multiple times have I gone there 0 Braggs are present. How hard is it to keep bags in the store? 1st you said this was for security purposes. But now it feels more like you're just trying to make our lives harder. I know you put up these walls of security to help with theft. They aggravate your routine customers who are going to start shopping elsewhere...Update bags are back in stock. The current staff is really working hard. The checkout counters are good i like having real people to check out large carts and the self check out system has really improved. With the ammount of traffic that goes though the store they are doing a great job managing it.

Went to the money center and stood there for about 20 min, and no one was around employees saw me standing there and couldn’t bother to tell me it was closed, not until I went and asked Ashley tells me it’s closed and when I asked her why she hadn’t said anything she said that wasn’t her area even though she saw me. Then she said that if there isn’t anyone there why was I there and one it’s not suppose to be closed and the lights were on. She said she’s the manager so how was the money center not her area. She’s the manger than she’s supposed to be in charge of what is happening, … will be calling higher up cause that’s ridiculous… no customer service from not one single employee…

I have been coming to this Wal-Mart since it opened! Smh it gets worse .Twice i had to wait for someone to come to cosmetics for service,😡 lots of workers standing around with no keys 🤦‍♀️waste gas had to go to another storeto get what I needed! And most the time this store never has much in stock🤷‍♀️why couldn't they make a mini Smiths im am tired of this Wal-Mart on Sages 🤷‍♀️🖕

This neighborhood Walmart is very convenient. Employees I give them 10 stars. Very helpful and good at whatever job they do. Stocked up,clean,helpful atmosphere breathable.

for a local neighborhood market, shopping here is a relatively good experience. Things are in stock most of the time, and despite the economic issues facing the world right now, this store still offers good prices. I despise the slow self-checkout system, but I am aware it isn't going away anytime soon. (If you are a fan of AriZona Tea like me, this is the place to stock up on some as they have a great price for their cans here)

I have been doing grocery pickup for 3 years or so. I shop not only for myself but for my elderly neighbor, grandfather and mother-in-law. Today I sat and watched while they loaded a cart into the vehicle next to mine all nicely bagged and ready. Similar to the experience I select when I’m picking up for a home other than mine. I selected bags at the $.10 a bag price cost because I was traveling about 3 miles away. When they came out my items were rolling around and I asked if I could please have bags, as I requested in the app. I was told my Veronica or Victoria (shift lead) that they were out of bags. I asked, why did the gentleman next to me have his items bagged and then was told that he was a delivery. My question was then, why can I get bags in the store, or they can have them for delivery but even though it’s requested on the app, I can’t have bags? I was met with a sarcastic yeah. I pulled bags from my trunk and she sloppily helped me load the bags up. After she put raw chicken in a bag with cleaner and potatoes, I stopped her and told her come on let’s not bag food with cleaning supplies. My regular guy Damien was there and proceeded to assist as the shift lead could really care less. I’m very disappointed and debating when and if I will return. If bags aren’t available they shouldn’t be an option. I let her know that I would do a review, and conveniently I can’t post it on app. Now, I posting on the google review because I’m so annoyed.

Pretty sad place. Nothigs organized fruit looks like its a week old? Ask employees where something is at and no one knows? They don't even provide bags to put your groceries in? For what they charge you think they could provide bags for their customers? You have pile them all in your basket then pile them in your car. I have to find a new place to grocery shop. Do not recommend this place.

By far the worst store I have ever stepped foot in. By store, I mean in general not just Wal-Mart stores. It's way over packed by people and products. The store employees have no courtesy for customers. To complete my very regrettably shopping experience. The store had no employee ran check outs open, and the line for their self checkout wrapped around the store. Despite the excessively long line for the self checkout, not once did I hear over the PA system for help at the checkout. Despicable store, very clear that new management is required and not just the store manager. It's clear the assistance don't give a single ioda. Will never make the mistake of going there again.

Awful!!!!! I cant believe the pick orders don't get bags!!!! How incredibly inconvenient. What's the difference between pickup and delivery? Every one would like bags! I will never order from this store again! It's the only store that practices this rule. This review is only for customers. Management obviously has no clue of convenience, and I'll be willing to bet that absolutely nothing will be done about it. Just as any other customer complaint. It all just disappears.....

Customer service is rarely open when I go. I have gone at different times and they are closed. Why? Why isn't mgmt taking care of this problem? Oh yeah, more people watching you as you scan your own stuff no-one to work area.

Usually they're the preferred market in my area. The staff is friendly and the protest is fresh. It's a small and easily accessible market.. I enjoy being there. However recently the management has decided that the front aisle in front of the automated check out cashiers has to be full of massive kiosks selling selling cards and Dubious items. This leaves only about 3' for people to fit a shopping cart and never mind the scooters. They barely fit. Of course this is a fire hazard. But it also takes the stress of trying to walk through and amplifies it greatly Visa greatly. If you decide to go there please remember you should add an extra 5 minutes to work your way through the traffic jam they intentionally created

This store has always been open until 10pm, as it is closest to my home. Came tonight after actual walmart on Coors closed an hour early at 9pm because I refuse to scan my own groceries, and they tell me now that they close at 9pm? What the hell, Walmart? You guys have seriously got me having to shop at Smiths because at least they are open till 10pm! Although I recall their hours used to be until midnight. Abq does not even have a 24 hour option for Walmart, now you are closing every store on the westside by 9pm. Even during the pandemic you had better hours. Way to lose my business.

I love shopping @ the neighborhood markets rather than the super centers. This facility is convenient for me but they never have their money order center open. I can't even get ahold of a person when I try to call and see if they are up and running. With the price of gas.. I know the super center wants my business.

Clean, the produce is good compared to the super centers. The staff is helpful. there are more self-serve checkout lines than there are cashiers which I don't mind but the wife hates it. For me it's quicker except when you're trying to do the fruits and vegetables.

As a multi billion dollar company I know my opinion means nothing but I am sharing it anyway! You provide curb side pick up which at one time was amazing but sadly the amazement turned to total disappointment. To be told your store no longer have grocery bags and the groceries just are loose to roll around the trunk or back seat is absolutely mind blowing. Again I know none of this matters but driving across town to your competitors who have actual cashiers in store and bag your groceries for curb side pick up is totally worth the extra expense. To bad this multi billion dollar company doesn’t believe in customer service.

THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE!! they r NEVER in stock, they always have they're stocking pallets ALWAYS blocking isles n produce. Management is completely rude and don't even bothering calling because they think if they don't answer the phone they don't have to deal with complaints. Office manager Crystal thinks she's APD(BWAHAHAHAHA) and the skinny fruit case front manager Joshua are horrible managers Joshua didn't even know how to run a coupon in the register not even 4 months ago idk how these ppl get promoted at this store but it's HORRIBLY ran n half the employees hide in the isles that can't monitor them just talking n not working at all

Good stuff. Sometimes it is a little packed after 4. Much better service since they put in automated checkout throughout the front area. No pickup tower, but there is a pickup area at the Money Center desk. Bathrooms are usually clean and carts are collected from the lot in a timely fashion and always available. Store is in an attractive steel-girder building with cmu, brick, and stucco exterior and exposed ceiling structure, on a well-landscaped lot.

The Pharmacy staff at this Walmart sucks trash juice. They’re always standing around talking, not helping customers and the pharmacy manager Heidi is rude. I won’t ever be going back to this pharmacy again. If your going to work there have a smile on your face and be courteous to the customers coming in and out you don’t know how they’re day went. They either need new staff or fix the attitudes with ones you got now. I wasn’t rude just picking up simple medication!
