This is the last time I’ll use a Walgreens pharmacy. The staff don’t know how to see in their system if a medication has been ordered, and every month for the three months I used them my medications were late. I didn’t even have them mailed to me - I went in and picked them up and had them on autofill, but even after getting the text the meds are ready, they still sometimes weren’t.Don’t make the same mistake I did and expect the pharmacy to be able to get your meds filled in time, because that won’t happen.They also wouldn’t honor two vaccine appointments we had because the pharmacist wasn’t feeling well (but was inexplicably still handling medications), but of course didn’t tell us until we arrived and wouldn’t reschedule us in store. They also randomly closed for a few days without notifying customers in March, nor did they have another Walgreens branch fill prescriptions. They also sometimes close early, so it’s a gamble on if they’re even open.The store is dingy and the front register is almost always closed with a sign telling customers to go to the alcohol section to check out.Overall, l an incompetent pharmacy and dingy store. Skip it.

Most hateful staff possible. I asked one employee if she worked there and if she could help me, she just looked at me and ignored... mad. Then I asked a other to help me find a brand of shampoo to see if it was available. All she did was tell me the aisle they are in. After I had been searching obviously in the only aisle that has shampoo. Didn't care to help. So then she tells me go ask her, the other employee that ignored me and she tells me that I never asked and she gave attitude about how she could hear me... so I told her I'm fine I don't need help. You didn't say you worked here when I asked. So I juts said I dint need help I'm fine. And she tells me out loud. Cool whatever. Like I'm fine I dint don't need help from. People that don't want to help and have a good attitude with customers. Especially with something as simple as lookng for an item to purchase. Then to top it off the cashier in the liquor department thought it was nice to snag and grab the stuff out from my hands when putting on counter. I literally did t do or say anything to be treated so horrible. I can't believe they have those type of people working thier in customer service. I will be reporting all those employees whether they don't care or not. I'm honestly in shock.

I put no stars because everything I go over there to pick up my family members medication there is a line around the corner. Yesterday I pulled into the line and just as the car in front of me drove off the girl in the window walked off and didn't come back at all. I waited patiently for 30 whole minutes and looked behind me and there was the line around the corner by this time its 20 toll closing. I rang the bell and the girl who answered did literally stated we are short staffed right now we will be right with you. Didn't even wait for a reply from me before disconnect from the intercom. What if I simply had a question?For her to be so rude and dismissive it boiled my blood so bad after waiting 30 min you cannot even begin to understand. Then if you go in the store and your browsing makeup you have one employee after another coming up yo you trying to see if you stealing I have never stolen a thing in my life but the judgement here is real. The when you press a button to get help because everything that you need is locked up the ignor helping you. I told my aunt she better switch pharmacy too because I will be loud next time I'm in there and they treat me like that.

I called in with these prescriptions I was having troubles with online and T sat on the phone with my during a very busy time and he was very patient with me being I had to add and remove prescriptions. And he helped me save money as well.

The expectations consumers are having and the resources they (that pharmacy team) have is just not matching up. Through more work, less help, and less pay, the pharmacy staff is expected to meet all the metrics and goals, while helping us and filling our Rx's - while also ringing up your diet coke. They’re getting robbed or destroyed too often, and here we are complaining because the drive thru line isn't moving fast enough. We need as a community understand that this is a pharmacy, not a McDonalds. If the drive thru line is too long, how about we get down and go inside. If you can't get down because of little ones, then give the pharmacy a call and request them to Doordash your RX (It's free). If they're not answering the phones, use the Walgreens app. If the pharmacy still hasn't heard anything in regards to your medication or prescription change - then maybe we should call our personal doctor and reach out to them too. There are so many option to better your experience - it's just a matter of doing it. The pharmacy isn't here to serve us our medication in a silver platter, they're here to prepare and dispense medical drugs as best as they can, with the capability and support that they have.

Absolute Joke of a pharmacy. They will leave you on hold for over an hour. Never have medication in stock. You have to return in 3-4 hours and your medication is still not ready. I would love to see this company start closing stores because people got smart and started using independent pharmacies.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens in Albuquerque which is unfortunate since it’s close and convenient. The employees are beyond rude, “closed” one night due to an emergency, yet the doors were unlocked, no sign up, and no emergency response vehicles anywhere in sight. And when you can find a rude employee it’s clearly an inconvenience to assist you. It’s better to make drive to any other Walgreens out of the way than deal with such disrespectful employees!!!!!

Rude staff!! Heard them gossiping and down talking a skinny girl for no reason. They keep you on hold so that you eventually hang up on purpose. I was on hold for 30 minutes and when they answered they immediately hung up. Horrible, horrible Walgreens. If you want to leave a Walgreens happy, go to a different Walgreens. Rudest staff ever!!!!!

Worst Walgreens ever never open on one side always force to liquor where you have to wait in a long line because the refuse to work I guess. Employees are trash never good service you see more employees standing around talking than you ever see working. If you don’t need alcohol just go to Walgreens on Unser definitely better service there

I waited over six hours for my prescription medication. I called the pharmacist to have an update when my medication will be ready for pick up. The pharmacist mentioned if I received a text message and if I did it my medication wasn’t ready for pick up. The pharmacist said that it will be ready within 45 minutes. I arrived at the location to pick up my medicine since it was ready for pick up. Upon my arrival the pharmacy started to close While I was in line. I have already paid for my medication within the Walgreens app. As I was waiting the pharmacy technicians closed the windows and told us to come tomorrow at 9 AM since they started to close. After waiting in line for my medication. The pharmacy technician told us that there was nothing that they can do since the registers are now closed. The main pharmacist was walking by us and said an inappropriate remark as she was leaving the store and mentioned “Those people out to go somewhere else.” The store manager came out and asked if everything was all right, and she was made it where the full situation, and mentioned to us that she made the pharmacy technicians and the pharmacy close precisely at seven and well mention for us to go elsewhere. Aside from not feeling well, having a fever and driving over there and driving to a another walgreens location I was able to pick up my already paid for medication and ready within the hour.

This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY IN NEW MEXICO. the techs and the pharmacists are incompetent. They’ll say they’re going to fill the script and then you have to call 6 times to get them to do their job. There is no pharmacy manager. The store manager is also just as incompetent. Go to the Walgreens on Vista Oriente. They’re so much more pleasant and responsible.

Terrible! I thought by standard laws walgreens had to have restrooms available, I had to change my special needs child and my special needs sister in law needed to use the restroom... they denied us, saying they don't have bathrooms available for the public??? AS A PHARMACY????? I dnt know if is the laziness of not wanting to clean the bathroom or why? I will be contacting corporate.

Store is clean, yet staff is always so rude.Cashier was upset because she asked if I needed a bag and I said no thank you, she still placed my items in a bag and when I took them out she got upset and said “That’s why I asked you if you needed a bag!” rolled her eyes and walked away.Absolutely no reason to act like this was such an inconvenience.

I tried to give this pharmacy many chances - I have been lied to about my prescription and its status twice already. The same rude female that has "helped" me the last few times has blatantly lied about my prescription, because when I called back to inquire about it, I was told a complete different reason on why it wasn't filled. No accountability what so ever.

To say I'm livid is an understatement... scheduled a COVID test a week out and had to dive 45 minutes okay, that's the world we're living in now, I am not upset about that. What has my blood boiling is the fact that the pharmacy tech asks my DOB I give no big deal... then she doubles back and asks again which I give it and she states, 68 or 69 I give it one more time very slow. to her reply the year is wrong - hold on, okay no biggie I'll have to reprint the paperwork. okay fine I say she comes back to inform me that she could not give me the test because the date is wrong; and that I would have to reschedule WAIT WHAT???? is the look on my face and my reply and she was like yeah. To get home to confirm I DID NOT input the wrong dates she did!!!! So I call in to be placed on a hold loop for another 29 minutes just for someone to hang up on me.   to say poor customer service is an understatement.~ Never Forget How Wildly Capable You Are.

Sad place takes forever to get a meds don't go through drive through takes even longer very disappointed, aging im done with this location changeing definitely. They never have my meds ready if i really need them for more serious reason I would be screwed. Always waiting for shipping smh we are people. Im done her at this Walgreens!

Horrible front end Manager!!! Disrespectful, Rude,no customer service, not helpful!!! I called to file a complaint and six days later I still haven't gotten a call back from her GM!! I live around the corner but will go out of my way to not go inside This Walgreens!! (This does not reflect on the pharmacy, At All!!)

They take forever to fill prescriptions...The doctor called in my daughter prescription she has bad strep throat they called it in before 11 am I called twice had to complain it had been over 4 hours since it was called in they finally filled it at 4 pm that is just not good service to make people wait that long

Just look at all the other ratings this place is run by simps....I went for a covid test waited outside for an hour went to see what was going on the three people are helping one customer and guest what he left unhappy ...with all three standing there ask me to get back in line outside.
